The tale of the wizard Asmin as he plunges the depths of the astral plane, in search of scholarly knowledge of the worlds beyond men. What he found was not what he expected, instead of returning to Etterdam as a great explorer. He found himself transformed into a demon and bound to a vengeful wizard eager to use his demonic powers on her enemies. Damned to the Abyss, Asmin must use all his wits and skills to keep his head lest heaven and hell strike him down.
