The world changed 70 years ago. People started gaining superpowers, be it magical or physical. Crimes got more violent, and the rate of crimes also went up. Vigilantes helped, oftentimes they caused much damage as they helped. Things were starting to look bleak for the world, but a charismatic man pushed for change, and slowly but surely. Change did come.
