Chapter 7 - The Love Interest

The Undertaker, the man that was responsible for the disposal of the corpses, dragged the dead body across the floor. He wore nothing more than a pair of rubber gloves and a black plastic apron. Not even a pair of boxers were present. He was of a great age, nearing retirement. But in a place such as this, retirement was a fairytale. He was bald, save for a small patch of white hair around the back of his head. He may have been old, but his toned arms dismissed that fact. Climbing up a pair of steps, he carefully laid the body down into a large plastic tub, almost resembling an outdoor swimming pool. The hydrofluoric acid got to work instantly, eating away at the uniform, flesh, and bones, dissolving it into a bloody soup. Pieces of skin floated up onto the surface of the sizzling blood, but quickly melted away into nothingness, leaving no trace of the corpse. Climbing down, he went to fetch the other body. A large cleanup crew proceeded to scrub clean the bloodstains and clear away the guns and spent bullets. Everything had to be spotless and they had to be absolutely sure that there was nothing that could tie them to anything. After all, everyone who worked at Pulvis was a ghost.

Frank walked down a corridor and opened up a door, entering his large and lavish room. He put his weapons down at a table and proceeded with cleaning his daggers. He then replaced the bullets in his pistol and walked out.

Ellis stood in her room, hunched over a table, panting. Adrenaline ran through her veins like petrol. She closed her eyes and slowly proceeded to control her breathing. One false move could land her six feet under. Suddenly, there were a couple of knocks on the door. Ellis snapped her head towards the sound and stood up straight, turning around. She walked over to the door and opened it. Frank stood there. He gave her a small smile.

“You seem spooked.” He told her. Ellis stepped to the side, inviting him in. He stepped inside and she closed the door. “You have been working at Pulvis for some years now, I thought that you had been under fire before.”

“It never gets any easier, Frank.” She told him.

“We won the fight. Just relax.”

Ellis barked a laugh. “But now we have MI5 following our every move.”

“Then we will push them back. What are they going to do, blow us up? They will attack, and we will win.”

She gave him a small smile. “I suppose that’s one thing to count on. You know, I still haven’t thanked you for saving my life back there.”

Frank waved a hand modestly. “I’m used to it. After all, I’m just a ghost. And if you’re talking about money, I can happily retire right now.”

Ellis chuckled lightly. “This isn’t about money. It’s a bit more intimate than that.”

The assassin raised an eyebrow. “Now? Right here? Shouldn’t we become more acquainted?”

  “Who has time for that?”

Frank's face immediately turned to pleasure. “You’re a woman that gets straight down to business, I like that.”

“So are you going to sit there twiddling your thumbs all day or are we going to do this?” Ellis asked, taking her suit off. She hung it up and proceeded with unbuttoning her trousers, opening up her fly. Untucking her shirt, she undid the buttons one by one. Frank also stripped himself of his suit, hanging up his clothes next to hers. They stood mere feet away from each other, dressed in nothing more than bare essentials. Frank's eyebrows jumped up and down as he gazed upon her small and firm breasts.

“Nice tits.” He said. Ellis nodded her head down.

“Your bulge can speak for itself.” She suddenly planted her lips onto his and they proceeded to share a slow and loving kiss. Ellis laid a hand onto Frank's chest and pushed him down onto her bed. She suddenly grabbed hold of his boxers and pulled them down, throwing them onto the floor. Taking his cock, she proceeded to slowly stroke it, letting it harden in her hand. Frank let out a shuddering breath of pleasure. Ellis undid her bra and threw it down, releasing her round breasts. She took off her panties and then threw them over to Frank, hitting him in the face with them. Frank took them and breathed in the scent of the wet patch, breathing in her juices. Ellis took his cock and proceeded with licking the head and then gradually took it into her mouth. She sucked at it slowly and Frank let out a shuddering sigh, moaned in pleasure. Ellis twisted onto her back and Frank knew exactly what she wanted. He got on top of her and she took his wet cock, letting it slip inside her. He proceeded with slowly thrusting in and out of her, her juices making a slopping sound as he pleasured her. Frank picked up the pace and Ellis gasped as she caressed his back. Her hands went down to his arse and she squeezed both of his cheeks slightly. After a moment, she took his cock out of her and quickly stroked him. A couple of seconds later, he groaned as he came all over her chest and breasts, covering them in his seed. Frank rolled over onto his back and they both panted, staring up at the ceiling.

“Christ.” Frank said, sweat running down his forehead. “That was something.”

“Well,” Ellis also panted, two drops of sweat on her forehead. “seducing double agents is one of my specialties.” She rolled over onto her side, grabbing a towel from under the bed and wiped herself clean. She chucked it back under and reached for a drawer. Opening it, she took something out. She rolled back over to him, showing Frank a blunt, a lighter in her other hand. She smiled at him cheekily. “You like to party?”

“Why not? We are in no hurry.” Frank said as he laid his back against the bed frame. Ellis lit the marijuana cigarette and took a puff. She relaxed and handed it to her lover. He took a few puffs and also melted into the bed as his muscles softened up. They smoked the blunt at long intervals for a couple of moments, letting the thick smoke waft about above their heads. Suddenly, Frank spoke out. “No one can prove that today is Monday, we just have to pray that someone has kept count ever since the first one ever.”

Ellis suddenly frowned, the revelation catching her unawares. “You what?”

  “I’m not wrong.”

Ellis' face immediately turned back to its neutral expression. “Well, I can’t say that you are.”

Frank suddenly got out of the bed and proceeded to rummage through Ellis’ kitchen cupboards. Ellis blew out a stream of smoke.

  “What are you doing?”

  “Queso.”

Ellis frowned and turned her head to him, seeing him arranging a whole bunch of ingredients next to a large pot. “What?”

  “Queso.” He repeated.

“Well, I am kinda hungry.” She looked at the ingredients. “Please don’t tell me that you are just throwing in any random shit you find.”

“It may look like it, but you will soon see.” Arranged on the table were a whole array of different ingredients. Frank proceeded with grating some cheddar and mozzarella cheese and threw them into the pot along with some chopped up jalapenos. The cheese quickly melted and some rotel tomatoes followed next, along with a whole can of cream of mushroom soup. Some ground sausage went in and then some roasted garlic. He diced up some chorizo and a chipotle pepper and then threw in a diced poblano pepper. He mixed it all in as the cheese bubbled away. The naked, stoned chef rummaged through the cupboards some more and then threw Ellis a large bag of tortilla crisps. She almost just managed to catch it and then sat at a table, laying back in the chair. She flipped her hair forward, letting it cover her breasts.

“I have to admit,” She said. “that whatever monstrosity you are cooking up there actually smells kinda nice.”

“The recipes that you come up with whilst stoned at university are the best kind.”

  “Perhaps.”

Frank put down the pot of queso onto the table, onto a wooden chopping board. Ellis looked into the pot, taking a whiff.

  “Christ, that actually smells delicious.”

Frank gestured to his secret recipe. “Please, be my guest.”

Ellis took a crisp and dipped it into the mix, took a bite. Her eyes widened in surprise and her eyebrows jumped up and down. “Frank, you have outdone yourself.”

“If I wasn't an illegal assassin, I would have become a chef.” He said, taking a crisp.

  “Can't argue with that.”
