Venku coughed blood, whispering hoarsely.
Venku: "King..."
The El Lord's writhing mass rippled, eyes glowing like suns of rot. Its voice echoed from everywhere at once, a chilling, omnipresent whisper.
El Lord: "Impossible. How are you still alive, Green? I remember striking your heart. I felt it stop."
Mr. Green stepped forward calmly, his green suit sparking with arcs of electricity. His fedora tilted, and that grin spread across his face like poison.
Mr. Green: "What can I say? Miracles happen all the time."
The El Lord raised a pulsing hand, flesh shifting into a jagged blade of living rot.
El Lord: "If you think crawling back from the grave changes anything, you're mistaken. I'll melt you down, piece by piece."
Mr. Green's smile widened. He stretched, unfazed.
Mr. Green: "You've squatted in this land for too long. Look at the filth you've made of it... worse than I remember."
Bacteria: "I cannot die I am Bact- ."
Mr. Green: "Oh but you can, you may have fooled everyone else but I know you have a heart."
El Lord grunted.
Mr. Green's eyes narrowed, he could see inside the El lords bio body. Inside stood a small green orb. Although he could become any part of the ground, his evlutionary body had a core and if destroyed he could be destroyed.
From his tailbone, a massive emerald construct burst forth, mechanical, ethereal, serpentine.
Mr. Green: "Emerald Snake."
The blade and tail clashed with a sound like worlds breaking.
Earth quaked, stone split, shockwaves hurled corpses and debris into the air. The two moved in blurs: acid streaks flying, emerald sparks cutting through smoke.
The El Lord screeched, hurling a hundred acid orbs at once, blotting out the sky.
El Lord"Inferior lifeform, I have already won this war, all of your comrads are dead."
Mr. Green tilted his head, took to the sky utterly calm.
Mr. Green: "Green."
Dozens of emerald spears appeared above him, raining downward to meet the swarm.
The sky lit up as acid and emerald collided, an explosion that blinded the horizon.
From his broken cockpit, Venku shielded his eyes. The ground trembled like the end of days.
When the smoke cleared, Mr. Green was still standing, dusting off his sleeve.

Mr. Green: "Quite frankly, you bore me. All this time, and still the same tricks. How primitive."
The El Lord surged forward, its blade slicing through Green's arm at the elbow. Acid hissed, eating through flesh and fabric alike. Mr. Green looked down at the dissolving limb with detached amusement.
Mr. Green: "Hm. Interesting."
Without hesitation, he tore the arm clean off and let it fall. The acid hissed harmlessly against the dirt.
El Lord: "Did you forget? The Bacto Blade disintegrates all it touches. Not even you can—"
Before it finished, Green's flesh rippled, regenerating. A new arm sprouted, perfect and whole.
El Lord: How? What human can regenerate it's body instantly?
Mr. Green: "That's a secret."
They both blurred forward.
Fists slammed into jaws, tails and blades clashed, each strike cracking the ground deeper.
El Lord: "Humans never change. Always clinging to fleeting power."
Mr. Green: "And all you bacteria want is to turn the island into sludge. Predictable, low IQ and lack of vision."
The El Lord kicked him across the battlefield, wind gusting in its wake, then dove in for the kill. Its Bacto blade gleamed, acid dripping.
Mr. Green raised a hand lazily.
Mr. Green: "Bacto Blade."
A bacteria blade identical to the El Lord's appeared in his grasp. He swung.
The El Lord froze, eyes wide, as the strike tore across its face, half of it disintegrating instantly. His form shrivling.
El Lord:"How? How can you wield my Bacto Blade? How did you become so strong?"
The monster shrieked, ripping its own dissolving head free and regenerating another.
Mr. Green stepped forward, eyes glinting.
Mr. Green: "Because I am superior to you. You corrupt. I create."
El Lord: "And what do you create? Human hierarchies? Kingdoms that always fall?"
Mr. Green chuckled darkly.
Mr. Green: "Oh, you're mistaken. I'm not interested in hierarchy. I'm not interested in this pathetic land."
Venku's vision blurred, but he heard every word, his bloodied body shivering.
El Lord: "Then what... what are you after?"
Mr. Green's grin sharpened into something monstrous.
Mr. Green: "What lies beneath the ground. The Abi Core. The heart that keeps this island afloat. I'll find it. Break it. And free myself from this prison sky."
El Lord: "Fool what are you babling about! The surface is ruled by Barrakudo. Even if you reach it"
The monster lunged in fury, clones erupting from the soil to hold Green's legs. Its maw opened wide, belching a wave of acid.
Mr. Green screamed as the acid engulfed him, his body melting, green electricity scattering into mist. Venku's heart sank.
El Lord (gloating) "All of your comrads have fallen to in the name of humanity. And you would throw away it all for some psychotic suicide, selfish ambition? You don't understand a thing about this world especially the barrakudo's."
The battlefield fell quiet. Smoke rolled. Acid hissed.
Then, an emerald blade pierced the fog.
The El Lord recoiled, slashing to defend itself. From the smoke came a voice, deeper, more resonant, laced with cruel certainty.
Mr. Green: "Oh, I understand perfectly."
The fog cleared. He stood there, body no longer fully human, scales gleamed, his grin stretched impossibly wide, his aura suffocating.
Mr. Green: "In fact..." He raised the emerald blade high. "I am a Barrakudo."
The El Lord froze, stunned for the first time. Venku, drifting on the edge of death, whispered weakly in disbelief.
Venku: "No... it can't be..."
Mr. Green spread his arms wide, laugh echoing across the ruined field.
Mr. Green: "This island was never yours to corrupt. It was mine to claim all along."
KING MR. GREEN REVEALED HIS TRUE SELF, HIGAN.
