Samiel was sitting on a throne.
The throne sculpted of visages of ferocious creatures; minoutars roaring amongst eachothers near the bottom whilst the totem pole lineup had wyverns clashing against eachother in a silver display.
She sat in a reclined positon within her regal throne room, her eyes faded as both podiums of pure unfiltered light beside her pulsated. A wooden door to the right as a chandeileur swayed side to side on the ceiling as if leaves in the wind.
BAM.
The double-doors in front bursted open as Seven individuals walked into the room, comfortably.
“What do I owe the PeaceKeepers of Invalia?” Samiel sighed, her gaze lifting onto the seven as they walked in. “I hope Zero didn’t trouble you.”
“The Imp?” An ogre spoke, scars covering his entire body as white ribbons were displaced across it. “You underestimate us.”
“There’s only been two Imps, one here and the other— he’s your boyfriend.” A goblin spoke, “Our friend as well.” The goblin was dressed in a pink skimpy outfit— disgusting, lustful.
“We love Zero! But we are on buisness for today.” A shark walking on two feet in a fedora clapped, “It regards the building of Invalia.”
“Yeah. As God of Ogres, I believe that we should be having some input.” Zorc pounded his chest, “I mean, it looks great outside but it could look better— just a forest full of some convenient buildings right now.”
Zorc’s Pride. I can see it in his eyes— those green ovals, that tone of ultimate superiority, to even challenge a God.
Samiel scoffed, “So you believe that I’ll just let the Seven Deadly Sins come and help with creating a whole new world, are you guys even that powerful to even travel it? All I’ve heard you guys do is collect bounties.”
“However! We are great at that.” A skeleton spoke, dressed in a pirate attire— however his body was two dimensional, “But tha—”
“Samiel! I am sick of having to explain myself! I am Zorc! God of Ogres! My power is unrivaled and unfiltered and you cannot even contend!”
Samiel tilted her head.
“Are you stupid or something?”
“Let’s go outside.” A foreign voice spoke— one of the seven though.
A human man dressed in a black trench coat, his fingers twirling together as his face was screwed. Jet black eyes and a furrowed brow, his teeth hostile and his elegant black hair flowed down from his scalp to his charcoal boots.
“Finally. A serious member of the Sins.” Samiel smiled. “Asura.”
His attitude, standing against the door as he let the breeze of the air flow on him, the vein pulsating on his forehead. This must be Wrath.
“I apologise on behalf of Zorc, Deb, Biteso and Skelsor.” The figure was posed against the door, holding it open.
“Let’s speak.” The other Imp spoke— identical to Zero, holding onto the heel of a gigantic ruby red dragon. “We haven’t met though have we.”
Samiel glided off her throne with elegance, walking past the prior four to meet with the three.
“I know Asura from the news but who are you two?”
“I though God was omniscient. Well I’m Masalor and this is my buddy Fafnir.” The Imp smiled.
Just like Zero.
“What’s your relation to Zero?”
“We are just the only two devils on any of the worlds— that’s all. We haven’t even met.”
“Born in Hell?”
“Well was Zero born in hell? I just remember waking up in the forest not so long ago. Funny enough, it’s crazy how all of us somehow can magically live for so long— the laws of these worlds are loose.”
This individual, he speaks with casuality but he doesn’t bother to remember his past? The only thing an individual in society understands is themself and he is too Slothful to care.
You could be reading stolen content. Head to Royal Road for the genuine story.
Samiel stood still, emotionless.
“Did you hear about what the Lord of Floria was planning?”
“Oh we don’t stay in tune with that world.” Asura grinned, “That Amarze fellow is a tough cookie— you can’t keep him down for too long because they just heal their wounds with enough willpower. We did hurt his face though.”
“Pardon?”
“We should get going outside.” Skelsor walked up to the rest alongside the remaining three, “We can hop a ride on Fafnir, enough space on her.”
“Before we go.”
“What is it darling?” Deb kissed.
“I have a question— why would you guys so easily welcome a human into your ranks, considering he’s from Floria that also means he can do enchants. Why do you let them in your party?”
“There’s no difference between humans and monsters.” Zorc exclaimed, “I love them all with my divine love— but honestly there is no difference. If you wish to think of them as souls corrupted by divine contradiction, so be it. But we still breathe the same elements in the air as you.”
Samiel shrugged but before jumping onto the saddle of the dragon— she looked at a grandfather clock behind her.
“Was that always there?” Biteso turned to Malsor who shrugged.
“Samiel. You piss me off.” Asura spat on the concrete floor, “It’s makes me more mad that Ezekiel decided to just—”
“You know ten years ago the world didn’t exist.” Samiel faced the clock— back turned towards the rest, “Now we all have our own realms— my former friends that is. Ezekiel now lives a tower near where Zero and I’s home were.
Medea now made a world solely on replicating a heaven he never saw, divine replication of a foreign concept.
Thidos decided to upgrade along with us— his land, planet and all within that system are in such a traditional sense. As with the time.
Now I hold a forest that you haven’t seen, dissappointing I apologise.”
She turned to look at the others.
“You monsters have existed alongside humans for a decade however they shunned you due to your supernatural— only through Thidos and Medea they got their powers but you were born with yours.”
“What’s this yammering for?” Malasor rolled his eyes, “My Lord— get on the Dragon.”
Samiel smiled, she walked toward the dragon— her angelic footsteps wielding no weight as she climbed aboard.
“I assume all of you are faster than light.”
“Precisely.” Zorc scoffed.
“Why use a dragon for transport? It’s redudant.”
Fafnir’s wings tore the sound barrier — vanity draped in flame. The God of Sloth smiled. “Cool, huh?”
That dragon, she must feel compensated and validated by these fools— these individuals. Mortals, she must be envy— the wish, the desire to fit in.
“Alright— we are going to move so fast we are phasing through all those walls in front of us.”
“GO!”VROM.
Samiel didn’t bother to blink— it wasn’t impressive to her. She was now sitting on a dragon above Invalia.
The luscious greenery flooded the world, trees waving in the wind as animals galloped and did as they do. There were small shops around such as a vendor for fruits and vegetables.
Greenery surrounded and flooded the world, trees waving in the wind as animals galloped and the flying ones chirped. A stone tower standing in the distance, Ezekiel’s new home.
Samiel felt the warmth of the sun behind her blossom.
“I have a question, my Lord.” Asura spoke, “Every one of these worlds has a sun— is it just specified to them or not?”
“I mean the cosmology of all the worlds are unique and vary due to our personal beliefs, for example Thidos has space whilst Medea doesn’t, his sun is more artifical whilst Thidos is true. My sun is real— I have space as well. As you can see with the moon, the stars— the galaxy.”
“Nobody asked for your exposition you dumb bitch!” A feminine voice erupted— from where?
“You guys really just made your own universes at this point— it’s weird to me.” Skelsor chuckled, “Nothing makes sense.”
“I guess that’s the meaning of life, that nothing makes sense and that everything is abrupt.” Deb shrugged as Fafnir grunted.
“You must be stupid— you don’t want everything this world offers?” The Shark, Greed— hollered, “Think about it some more. Or do you want to give some more people blowj—”
“Were you people there for when Ezekiel spoke?” Samiel’s eyes glimmered.
“Yeah.” Zorc crossed his arms.
“Ezekiel was an apathetic person, he didn’t really feel love I believe— it was more as God’s vessel only developed apathy. Well it’s unknown if he truly was a vessel.”
“Stop talking.” Asura hissed, “I know you are our God— but you are just gonna give us more questions than answers.”
“Ezekiel spoke to Thidos and told him that there will be a chance for people to become holy— as if us.”
“Hahahahaa!” Zorc grinned, “As if a God needs to become holier.”
“Trials will open up in Floria, you’ll have to compete against everyone there and be the sole survivor. Legends state that once you touch the prize, the Angel’s Light that you’ll become a God.”
“Bullshit.” Malasor grinned.
“Some say it’s a living fragment of Ezekiel’s Godhood, able to reshape souls or awaken latent divinity. But it’s all a lie— there is no such thing. Those who make it in the end just are practically drafted into a broadcasted event, and that’s when you get your powers.”
“Hey. You are practically spoiling us— what do you gain from this.” Asura spat.
“It’ll be in a couple years anyway— when you all are possibly dead.”
“We came here to give advice, not be given death threats!” Zorc exclaimed.
“Thidos is a real bastard. You shouldn’t be in this world ten years from now.”
“Sure— we’ll remember that.” Biteso gulped.
“Now what was the point of all this again?”
Samiel looked up to the sky— the night beginning to fade in as the constellations glimmered.
“Hey you.” She pointed at Zorc, “You said you are strong right.”
“Precisely! A GOD must always be strong for their people!”
“Destroy all of those stars.”
“Why?”
“Just do so!” Samiel screeched, emotion in her voice. She coughed and patted herself down, “I’ll remake them so don’t worry.”
“Freakzoid.”
Zorc shrugged— he pointed at the constellations, a sharp beam of pure light emerged from his hands, instantly destroying all of them.
“The stars detail a future— but there is no such thing as a future. Therefore they serve no purpose.”
“Seven Deadly Sins? Why name yourself as such?” Samiel grinned.
“You can probably see who we are.” Asura snickered.
“I’ve caught onto all but Gluttony. From process of elimination, it must be Skelsor….” Samiel shrugged. “But I have no reason to suspect him.”
“Shut up whore.”
The same voice spoke…. from where?
“Well, don’t worry my Lord— now for the pitches we decided. Honestly we have forgotten them all, thanks for that. Now I believe we should be going soon.” Malasor spluttered.
VLS?
A visage of a shadow in the sky flickered in his eyes— a devil.
He grabbed a hammer from his imaginary pockets and gently tapped Samiel off the Dragon before soaring at immesurable speeds.
The God simply floated above the civilazation below her, a comedic quesiton mark floating across her temple.
She then looked down and say the lights of society glimmering— everyone was placed in a terranced home together, to create community.
Unity.
Unity among outcasted due to their apperance.
She smiled.
“But that’s what you want bastard!”
A voice spoke in her head.
“Is that my personality? Why are you speaking out for no reason.” Samiel grumbled, she clutched her head— feeling a sharp sensation in her head.
“Samiel? More like!ELIZA YOU BITCH!”
