The morning sun struck on the land— Ezekiel was lying on the floor in front of the Trinity, his eyes paving at all three as he spoke.
“Tomorrow marks the last of my life as God, afterward I will steed in a tower for all of my remaining life.”
His lips were crusted as his mouth was dry, in a span of a couple hours— the all powerful Lord able to crush reality with a thought was trembling on the ground, weakened.
“We’ll live up to your greatness.” Xeras smirked.
“Live up? No you shall surpass. The worlds you three will own will be more diverse than mine contemporary.”
“How will it work anyway? These people you created who sprain all across this large world— you going to erase them?” Adeem coughed into his right hand as he darted his eye at Samiel.
She was standing motionless— motionless. Her eyes diluted as it pointed at the grass, a never-ending smile eclipsed across her face.
“MATTER!”
The world pulsed once — then color bled out of reality itself.
Xeras bounced back, grabbing Adeem, dodging reality being warped to uncontrollable measures.
“Are we supposed to fight her?” Xeras roared.
“I don’t know? She’s just standing still whilst all this energy is rippling around her.”
“Then what? At this rate she’ll destroy the entire planet!”
“Call Ezekiel!”
“Don’t stress the Lord, we can handle it ourselves.” Xeras spat on the grass, rushing in as his left arm formed into a bouquet of barnacles.
He stretched the arm out.
CRACK.
The energy around Samiel turned his arm inward as the man let out a loud shriek.
“Dumbass.” Adeem took a glass shard out of his pockets and threw it at Samiel.
The energy attempted to contain it but it pierced through.
Before infinitely duplicating and striking Samiel in the head repeatedly.
POM.
POM.
SHINK.
It cut through her head— but was instantly healed again.
“That should work.” Adeem blew his finger as he clapped his hands, displacing the glass to another area.
“Wait.” Xeras grogged, “Where did that go?”
“The reflection magnetised to the realm of those within our hearts.” Adeem pointed at Samiel, “Look— she’s just standing now.”
Her face was staring at the ground as smile was smudged across her face.
“That’s creepy.” Xeras walked over to her, the energy ripples dissipating as he snapped at her.
No reaction.
The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.
“I won’t erase them, they’ll chose to go to your lands— also. You can choose who you want to be your partner.”
“Partner?”“First in command— all I want…” Ezekiel coughed, he rolled over on the floor like a dog, panting, “Please. Enact the Reprisals.”
“Those challenges?”
“Xeras. I see the future you hold. Continue the path you are on, it leads to the best future for everyone.”
“A future for my people?”
“A future for everyone to succeed. The Divine Light, create the myth. The trials— see whoever survives and enlist them into the Reprisal.”
“What about if someone with some underlying Godhood appears.” Adeem spat.
“I know that once my Godhood splits into you three, there is a chance of a fourth emerging as my offspring.”
“What if your offspring enters the Reprisal.” Xeras folded his arms.
“Samiel. Your fate is horrible. If you see a Guildford enter the Trials and ever touch the Angel’s Light. Xeras, if it is a girl— make them die.”
“Make them die?”
“Look at how Samiel is currently.” Ezekiel pointed, his hands forming into skeletal constructions, “She is enlightened.”
“Enlightened?”
“I will give her false memories, false knowledge. I will split her in half with my divine power— if she regains as such. If she ever recuperates with her other form. The world will end.”
“BUT THAT’S WHAT YOU WANT.”
Samiel began to levitate in the sky.
“YOU WANT IT TO END!”
“YOU DO! YOU LIED! YOU ARE NOT GOD!”
She pointed her finger at the man lying on the ground.
“I’ll split the Godhood— I’ll do it. Who needs you to be living for the rest of your life? Your life will be over today! MESSIAH!”
She floated up— in front of the sun.
“Have you ever thought about the bystanders— the non divine people who have to deal with nonsense like this all the time.” Adeem scoffed as he spun his hand around— dragging Samiel face first into the dirt.
Stepping on her head.
“I like what the Lord is proposing. We each get our own land— own planets basically. What’s your issue? He’s done so much. For when the Orcs and your future people were speaking their mythical nonsense. When my people were speaking our languages and Xeras’ their foreign. He decided to make one standardised object in a finger swipe— he even turned water into wine. Walked on water— did miracles. What’s your deal?”
“Get! OFF! ME!”
“No— I like stepping on stupid insects.” Adeem turned to Ezekiel; his eyes squinting, “Split the power— I’m the God of Phantasms right? I’ll do something phantastical.”
Ezekiel stood up from the ground.
He placed his hands together— breathed in, then out.
Then collapsed to the ground.
Unconscious.
.
.
.
“Hey Xeras. You feel anything?” Adeem lifted his feet off Samiel and walked over to him.
“Of course.” Xeras grabbed his skin— ripping it off.
Pure glimmer of white purity was shown underneath.
“I’m Thidos. God of Mutations.”
“Hello.”
Samiel stood up, she was smiling cheerfully.
“Is that the Lord? Why is he unconscious.” She ran over to him as she checked his vitals.
“He just gave his divine blood to us— some incantation.” Adeem looked up at the sky.
“I’m going to start creating my world.”
“That quick?” Thidos smiled.
“Of course.” Adeem turned his head back around but his face was different. His hair slicked back and no longer fuzzy.
That’s all.
“Ostra must succeed.”
Medea blinked.
He was gone.
“Now it was us two.” Thidos turned to Samiel.
“What are you going to do?”
“I’ll get Amarze and we’ll create a realm… a universe bigger and beautiful than this forest— Garden of Eden clone.”
“That’s disrespectful.”
“You can stay with Ezekiel, put that tower he was mummering about in your land. Floria will be good as you can also take those filthy monsters— have sex with your disgusting devil boyfriend. Saint Mary.”
Thidos laughed.
Then disappeared.
Samiel stared at the sleeping Ezekiel.
She dropped him, eyes burning at the man.
“The Enlightenment— it’s in twenty years.”
“Twenty whole years.”
“But after those twenty— the rest of my life is a blur, is that a side effect?”
“But then.
But then.
Those that mean I die?
No, I can’t die.
Split me into two?
Who dare split me into two.
I shall be gold.”
“Hey. That was all a lie back then.”
“Lie?”
Samiel turned around to see Ezekiel standing, smiling.
“I mean not now but most of this history people have seen aren’t true.”
“Us?”
“No. Not you— but I mean, when you are finding your way. You are bound to make missteps. Such as a ‘new system’. It shows how a person evolves with their art.”
“Art? What are you screeching about.”
“Now you believe that I am powerless you treat as if trash— what a shame.”
Ezekiel shook his head as he pat Samiel on the head.
“Well since I’m your property now— let’s go make your world full of those ‘disgusting creatures’,
God of Monsters.”
