“Are you friends with her?”
That’s a dumb question to ask that I already know the answer for it after all, not only she wouldn’t be here in this form, asking me for help, but also, I wouldn’t feel that “fear” that I felt from her voice. Both her and the Empress, they want Kiana to be saved, why wouldn’t they work together then? Do you see why I’m having a hard time right now? Something is not right, are they foes that happen to have a common goal? But one of them does not want to cooperate with the other party? Maybe this pink orb is the villain while the Empress is actually the good girl. Or it might be the opposite… Can you now understand my doubts about all of this? I still know very little about them and the situation at hand.
“I don’t know…”
Alright, this did not help me at all. Great! To make it even worse, her tone of voice is one that is defeated and even weak, almost as if she’s sad to not be able to properly answer my question. Or maybe it’s because of the fact that she cannot say that she's a friend of the Empress. What am I supposed to say now? Change the subject of course as I have no clue on what to say otherwise.
“Let’s go back then, what is your objective? In this form you cannot do much not only that, you might be unwelcomed here meaning that, at any moment you can be kicked out. Or worse…”
Yep, this is something that can happen at any given moment, but what worries me the most is not the fact that she can be kicked out but more so on how it might happen. The Void Queen can easily and with a simple snap of a finger make the pink orb disappear, cutting the connection it has with the Bubble Universe. As anyone can understand, this is the most peaceful option as whoever is behind the orb does not get hurt however, the fact that The Void Queen can travel between the real world and this universe with ease means that, she can simply go back to the real world and physically stop the woman from doing this or worst-case scenario, removing her from the equation. And if that happens, I won’t be there to prevent her death, even if I wanted to.
“I know that… I just want to help you out.”
There is sincerity in her tone of voice.
There is determination behind her wavering tone of voice.
I know it’s a contradiction but that's exactly what I’m feeling from her.
“How do you intend to do that then?”
A simple question to ask but, I’m starting to think that, she just went ahead and got here without any plan whatsoever. Maybe she never expected too actually be able to be here at all? Meet with the Hero, ask him for help while also offering him help so that he can actually help you in turn? That is a little too much “help” in a single sentence but, oh well, I’m not going to complain, it easily explains how thoroughly she thought of this. I’m not going to refuse help from someone that is willing to go this far for me, even though her goal is someone else. What I mean is that, our end goal is entwined and therefore, I will gladly accept any helping hand, even if it’s a nonexistent one. Even if she cannot fight the Shadows or the Crystal monsters, any type of knowledge that she has on this Bubble Universe is already good enough for me but, if she knows about the Kiana situation then, that’s the cherry at the top and exactly what I need.

“I-I can guide you.”
There is uncertainty on what she said as her tone of voice stutters at the beginning. Her voice is once again for the weak side, wavering with uncertainty, one that’s thanks to whatever she can be my guide or not. To be honest, I really don’t care if she can or not be my guide. As I said before, the fact that she’s here ready to help me out is more than enough to earn my trust and willingness to be around her. Not only that, the guide role should be fulfilled by Miranda but in her case… Welp, going from experience, I don’t think I will get much of a guide out of her. I mean, rather than being a guide she will probably tease me around with her shenanigans or worst-case scenario, she will do something similar to what she did when I was expressing my sincere gratitude to her.
I’m still hurt by that, aren’t I?
Whatever, what I want to say is that, I’m more than happy to have this small pink orb by my side. It’s not only the fact that she wants to help me out but also knowing that someone else also cares for Kiana actually makes me happy... Huh, why’s that the case? I haven’t physically met her and even if I did, she will have no clue who I am, hell, maybe she will never know what I did for her for example. Now that I think about it, that actually stinks a little bit. Sigh, no point in thinking about it, whether she knows about me or not, whatever she’s the real one or not, if this Bubble Universe is mere moments from collapsing, I will still save her at the end.
I won’t go back on my word.
“Well, I will gladly accept your help.”
I don’t know what I was expecting when I extended my right hand towards her, especially with my hand closed, ready to fist bump her, but I still did it. I mean, she does not have a physical body and yet, I actually felt something touching my knuckles... She actually did it. It was so gentle but also vivid at the same time, almost to the point that I could see her indecision of whatever she should fist bump me or not before going through my whim… I still have both the skills Magic Sense and Magical Eyes activated, allowing me to witness her doing this. It wasn’t nothing to grand or spectacle, in the great scheme of things it was a simple usage of magic but one that only those with high magic control could do it after all, not only she’s in a different universe altogether, to be able to precisely form a fist that I would guess to be exactly the same size of her hands is no joke whatsoever.
But I do have to say, her hand is rather for the petite side.
“I do have a question though. What happens if they find you? Will you be ok?”
She’s my new ally which means that I will have to take care of her and of course that includes her safety. However, I don’t want to jeopardize the current relationship I have with the other two, while we are not best friends or even friends in that matter, I really cannot say that they hate me or despise me either. A good example is that we are co-workers working together for a massive project. One that has to be completed. If they ask or force the pink orb to leave, I will have to comply, there’s not much that I can do unless trying my best to convince them otherwise. Now, if they threaten her while doing so then, that’s a whole different story. And if that happens everything will go down the drain… Argh, maybe it's best if I keep her hidden from them? Will that make it worse if they end up finding her?
“I think it’s best if they don’t find me...”
We are on the same page then. Alright, let's proceed carefully then. I doubt that Miranda will be with me 24/7 (although I wouldn’t mind it that much) and the same can be said about The Void Queen (same case as Miranda), but on her case I will probably see her a handful of times, to the point that I can count the times with the fingers of my hands. In other words, I will be left alone for a decent amount of time, time where pink orb can be with me, helping me navigate inside of Bubble Universe or simply keeping company. A roundabout way to say that, we have to find a way that I can contact her so that in the times that I’m not alone so that she won’t accidently reveal herself.
