“Sigh... I’m tired and yet, I haven’t done much. How’s that even possible!?”

  We can talk all we want about Myra, the merchant teacher, the students, anyone really, but we cannot never forget about our Kiana, our lovely Kiana. How does she feel about all of what happened? As the sound of the money grabs her attention, when she sees what it really was, as reality hits her dead on, the disappointment grows with it and of course the interest follows it. Just as she had lost all her interest, fate decides to play a prank on her, getting targeted by those who saw her as nothing but a mere low class. They make fun of her, they belittle her, insult her, and all for what? Kiana's reaction was nothing more than a mature way of dealing with the situation at hand, without letting it escalate, but that does not mean she won’t feel anything from it. Even if her emotional state was not affected by the bullying, it does not mean that she didn’t get tired from dealing with them, doing her best to restrain herself from stopping the bullying with her own bare hands. Luckily there was someone there that was able to brighten up her mood, but that does not mean that the damage was undone, that she will forget about it.

  “Ah! I’m tired from thinking too hard! Yeah! My brain almost went kaboom with those calculations! Seriously, I’ve never done anything that hard, that math was way to advance for me! Not only that, Myra explanations were so complex and hard for my little brain to comprehend.”

  And my unnecessary yapping and worry has been made null. Of course, I knew she was tired from thinking! Who wouldn’t be after all of that? Dammit Kiana, and here I was worried about your mental state. But it’s good to know that you weren’t affected at all. Moving on then! Fate sure is a funny thing sometimes, while I was wasting my worries and while Kiana was walking around doing whatever, she ends up seeing someone familiar right around a corner.

  “Erm, is that Roxy? What is she doing behind that wall? And why does she look so suspicious? Eh?”

  Yep, Kiana is right, Roxy right now sure looks quite odd. From this I would say that she’s hiding from someone or from something, but nor I or Kiana, we don’t have a clue about it. Just as Kiana takes said corner, she sees Roxy. Right around this corner there is a corridor that seems to stretch until the end of times. Said corridor has roughly 3-4 meters of width, paved with tiles, stone tiles I would say. From Kiana's perspective to her left there is a wall, a building should be more correct. On the other side there is a half wall, with pillars here and there that also go further down the corridor. This half wall is around 75 centimetres tall and another 20 centimetres thick. The pillars are placed there so that they can support the roof of course, the pillars are placed with around 3 meters of distance between each other. At the end of this way to long corridor, there is a door, one that allows our Kiana and the students to enter said building. Maybe this corridor is some sort of shortcut?

  Either way, Roxy is right behind one of the pillars, said pillars are almost 3 meters tall, with 1.5 meters of length and its wideness is the same. Said half wall is right in the middle of the pillar. Although there is roughly 65 centimetres on each side, since the wall is close to 20 centimetres of thickness, it still is wide enough to fully cover Roxy, although this is mostly thanks to her somewhat small stature. What makes her suspicious is not the fact that she’s behind a pillar, no, what makes her suspicious is her weird actions. From time to time, she peeks at where Kiana currently is, in this case in front of her and a couple of meters from her. Once she’s peeking, she looks for a few seconds, only to go back to hiding. She does this a couple of times until her eyes were able to see Kiana's petite body, but yet familiar one. They end up staring at each other for some good 10 seconds. Roxy has her normal look on her face while Kiana is dumbfounded at this.

  What a sight.

  “Ah. If it isn’t Kiana, how are you doing today? The weather is great today, don’t you think?”

  And she says this fantastic greeting with the most monotone tone of voice that anyone can think of. If Kiana before was dumbfounded, now she’s simply speechless. To be honest, how do you even answer this? How are you supposed to react?

  “I can’t stay in the open for too long, would you mind coming here? I also don’t want them to hear me.”

  Now she lowers her tone of voice, still the same way, but just quieter. Whatever, as you can expect curiosity takes the best of Kiana, she walks up to Roxy who fully hides behind the pillar in the process. However, while Roxy is fully hidden, Kiana is not, so imagine this scenario;

  You are walking around minding your business when you happen to go around a corner and what you see might as well be an angel. A petite young lady, one with mesmerizing soft platinum-pink hair, her golden eyes easily catch your attention, her soft facial features and her pale skin easily makes it hard for you to turn around. This lady easily gives the word beautiful its meaning by simply how she looks and yet, she’s casually talking to herself. What would you think of her? A normal person would ignore her as she would imagine that someone is in front of this angel, but in this Academy? After all the previous events that we have witnessed? Yeah, rumours will quickly spread out and ones that will bother her. To be honest, what follows next I’m not so sure if it’s better but Roxy does notice this, she quickly but gently grabs Kiana left hand and pulls Kiana towards her. Conveniently the half wall in that place is broken, allowing both Roxy and Kiana to be hidden behind the pillar as they have the whole pillar to do so. And yes, they are basically on top of each other. If before she was crazy, now she definitely has “something” with Roxy. Seriously, what’s going through their complex heads, or Roxy head in this case?

  “Hey Roxy, why are you hiding? Did something happen? Do you need help?”

  Kiana sure is a kind soul, it seems she got worried at Roxy's weird situation, and who wouldn’t? Not only does she see Roxy as a friend even though she only met her yesterday, her Magical Girl persona quickly takes over as she sees a damsel in distress.

  Roxy- It’s nothing bad, don’t worry about it. I just have some people following me, that’s all. Nothing too serious really.

  And she sounds normal… Well, this of course is giving Kiana contradictory vibes. Does she need help or not? She can’t, nor I really, we can’t tell it from her tone of voice or even look on her face.

  “(What? Eh? She has people following her and she says it like it’s nothing? Am I missing something? I mean, I am!)”

  Kiana- Is that so? I mean, having people following you is not normal, I think. An-Anyway! What happened to your glasses? You’re not wearing them today.

  In the middle of all of this, I have not realized that at all. Nice one Kiana! While we don’t know why she’s not wearing her glasses today, there is one thing that I can say for sure. Her eyes are beautiful. Nowhere near close to our Kiana of course, no one can match her, but that does not mean Roxy eyes are not good looking at all.

  Her eyes are not soft like Kiana, nor are they as sharp as Alice, they seem to be in the middle ground between them, just like Myra. Her eyelashes however, are long, soft and thin, easily telling the world that she takes care of them. Her eyebrows follow the same pattern, they are long, soft and thin, once again telling anyone that is fortunate enough to look at them that she also takes care of them quite well. However, what truly catches someone's attention, mine and even Kiana, is the pattern on her eyes. Her pupils are as black as you can think of, but then two circles follow the pupils, one bigger than the other. This alone is not normal at all as a human being does not have said pattern.

  There are exceptions of course, but that is mainly because said individuals have special eyes, ones with abilities. For example, Alice's eyes are filled with different colours, very close to each other but it still is something that is not common at all. However, that is mainly thanks to some “genetics exception” rather than anything else. Kiana for example, her golden eyes are normal, yes, they shine once her magic energy is high but to anyone else, the same would also happen. Roxy not only has that pattern, one that can indicate that said eyes have some special ability to them, they are also coloured in 3 colours, blue, grey and purple. There is an odd mix between said colours, right after the pupil she has a dark shade of purple, a little further the blue starts, a strong one that blends just a little bit at the beginning with the purple, for last the grey comes in also blending the same but this time with the blue at the beginning of it. It really is beautiful but from what I said, and Kiana knows that well, this is something that easily catches her attention and curiosity. Now I can understand why Kiana said that Roxy has a Magic Core.
