“Humph! Let’s see if you can stop this, Shirin Scissors!”
As she dashes towards Alice, she summons half of her scissors in her right hand. Though, just like yesterday, the blade of her scissor is beyond dull although if she hits Alice with her, it will hurt, and I even believe it could shatter/break bones with it. All of this took Alice by surprise, so much so that it leaves her hesitant to do anything as she simply didn’t expect it.
Clash!
With a simple but precise thrust swing, Kiana attacks Alice. The tip of her scissors hit Alice claymore, resonating with it, creating a loud metal sound. Alice was able to block it with the flat part of her claymore although she was barely able to do so.
Alice- (She’s fast! But not enough power!) Aaa!
Swoosh!
With a forceful forward movement, she is able to “parry” Kiana scissor, removing it out of the way thanks to this and at the same time, leaving her with a clean opportunity to strike, if Kiana didn’t jump away that is. Kiana used Alice own “parry” to gain some distance, showing of to Alice that, this is not going to be easy at all, in fact, by this simple action she told Alice that she’s experienced in this realm.
“I wasn’t expecting that one. To be honest, I also didn’t expect you to be this good even if he told me so. However, I will step it up then, prepare yourself Miss Eris!”
Kiana- That’s all that I could ask for Miss Florence! Please, show me the extent of your strength!
Ah, things are about to get fun. Kiana says all of this with a massive smile on her face. Her golden eyes shine with excitement and her soft platinum-pink hair sparkles thanks to the small increase of magic usage. The same can be said about Alice, although her smile is much smaller, it still is quite visible to those that are enjoying the show. Her sharp eyes are fully locked onto Kiana, ready to take the next step.
“Consume my sword and everyone that dares to touch it! Flame Sword!”
Magic noises! Fire noises!
She starts with a small incantation followed by a powerful shout of the magic spell name, Alice ignites her claymore into flames, ones that seem to be much stronger than the ones from yesterday. These flames seem to be at a temperature of 720 degrees, hot enough to slice through metal with ease even. Haha! Things really are about to get interesting! How will Kiana deal with those flames? Find out in the next attack!
“Take this! Flame Strike!”
Whoosh! Fire noises!
They both dash at each other, covering whatever distance they had between them in the time of a blink of an eye. Once close enough, Alice is the first one to take her chance. With a sideways swing, from left to right, she takes her first attempt at hitting Kiana, but don’t worry, even if it hits, it would only hurt her like hell, after all, the blade of the claymore is also beyond dull. Anyway, from what it seems to the untrained eye Kiana barely dodges the attack, but reality is also often what we don’t see or can’t see. In fact, she dodges the attack by simply reducing the speed of her dash just enough to dodge it. Once again, she has shown another degree of battle experience and total control of her body at the same time, to reduce the speed of a dash is not easy at all, and yet, she did so effortlessly. Though, it seems Alice is not done yet.
Swoosh! Fire noises!
She stops all of her momentum once her arms are past a certain point, what I mean is that, from the first failed swing, the claymore kept on going sideways only stopping once her arms are unable to progress any further thanks to the physical limitations of a human body. Once at that point, she quickly faces the bottom side of the blade of her claymore towards Kiana. From there she does the same thing, from left to right this time, although the speed of her swing not only is slightly faster, I would also say that it’s stronger.
Metal noises!
This time, instead of dodging it, she blocks it with her scissor. From the distance they are, it was the best possible decision, it wouldn’t be easy for Kiana to dodge an attack from that close, claymores are easily as long as a longsword, just beefier and heavier. Kiana could’ve dodge by jumping backwards, but by doing so she would gain distance from Alice and since there might be someone interfering with Kiana spells, she can’t do much from that distance. Yeah, she could throw her scissor at Alice, but this is a “simple” spar, not a death battle. But from here, the show has truly begun.

Woosh! Clink!
Strike after strike, block after block, parry after parry, they clash with each other violently and fiercely. Metal sounds from Alice claymore and Kiana Shirin Scissor clashing with each other, they easily eat away every sound that is present in the arena and near it. They are loud, violent and even a shock wave from the heavy strikes follows it. They are at each other's throats, leaving no opening on both sides.
Woosh! Clink!
However, with each following strike, Alice slowly increases the speed and power behind them, until of course, a few strikes later, she’s at full speed and strength. Everyone is shocked, after all, this petite fragile looking young lady is keeping up with Alice's monstrosity strength. Something that they didn’t notice is that Kiana is matching Alice's speed and power with extreme precision, a feat that only those who are stronger than the opponent can do. To make things even worse for Alice, the blade of her claymore is getting chipped away, it seems Kaina scissor is slowly damaging it. Alice fails to notice the damage on her claymore but oh boy, does she notice Kiana increase in speed and power. A smile appears on her face as she keeps on going with basically all that she has. Her eyes, her red eyes are burning with excitement from fighting this strong and capable opponent. Her body shakes, not from fear, but from the adrenaline that she’s getting from this encounter.
But Kiana… our beautiful Kiana, seems to have other things in mind as she gets more and more annoyed by the second. From an early excited look to a serious one in this moment, her golden eyes are sharp, staring at Alice but at the same time, beyond her. There is a reason for this, one that would even get me that annoyed, angry even.
Magic noises! Magic noises! Magic noises!
With each swing, Kiana tries to use magic with her free hand only to fail each time she does so. Each time she tries to do so, a magic circle appears right in front of her hand, however it quickly disappears a fraction of a second later. She has tried several things, from several different types of magic to different types of elements, basically anything she could think of. All of it failed, someone is interfering with her and only her as Alice is still able to use magic at will. From this, you would think that Alice has something to do with it, but then you remember her personality and that thought quickly is shoved to the side, into oblivion. Unless Alice is a massive snake and she’s hiding her real personality, it’s not probable for her to be the culprit otherwise. There is a possibility that someone is doing it for her, behind her back, but as once again, I doubt she would allow such a thing, if she knows it that is. Just, who the hell is messing with Kiana? She looks everywhere while she’s sparring with Alice, but she still has yet to find anything.
Bam!
Opah, I almost missed this. With a powerful and final clash, they finally gained some distance between themselves. However, this short break is quickly over as both of them quickly ready up for another round.
“Flame Burst!”
This time, with a much more powerful spell, she once again ignites her claymore, with flames that are over 740 degrees this time around. Right after this, she dashes towards Kiana, who is standing still waiting to intercept her.
“Phoenix Dance…”
Calmly, as calm as one can be, just like in a plain field in the middle of the night, at a time where all the living things are sleeping and when there is no wind at all, that’s how Kiana sounded when she said these two simple words. However, for someone like myself and Alice it seems, these words mean much more than what they portrait to the world.
“(Sword Arts!? She knows how to use them!? Oh crap! This is bad!)”
I understand your surprise and shock Alice, Sword Arts is something that has been lost by the passing of time thanks to how hard they are to learn and use them. A family of techniques, a dance can also be described, where you use when using a weapon. They are extremely strong, and I mean that, but with that much power comes the price of learning and knowing how to use them. Very few, and I also mean this, very few people in this vast big world can use them. Just like Kiana, I can also use them, but I am the Hero so that’s expected, Kiana on the other hand… She’s a self-proclaimed Magical Girl and yet, she knows how to use them, in fact, she already did, so I don’t know why I’m saying this. Oh well, it seems I do like to yap as I’ve reached this conclusion long ago. Anyway, while I was “yapping”, Alice is mere moments of getting the end of the stick per say.
“Flame Wall!”
Bam! Fire noises!
It seems her instincts and quick reactions have saved her from imminent defeat. Right between them, a magic circle roughly 2 meters in diameter appears in the ground, one that is red indicating that from it, a Pyro spell will come out from it if for some reason someone hasn't yet seen that. In this case, a second or so later a wall made of flames emerges from it, one that is easily 50 centimetres thick, 2 meters tall, another 3 meters wide and with temperatures of around 650 degrees. While nowhere near as hot as Alice's current spell nor from the previous ones, it still is enough to damage a human badly, stopping both of them from doing anything.
