  ". . . ."

  Runelt is currently sulking and lying on the bed in his room. He had just finished taking a long bath, and spent most of his time sulking in the bath as well.

  After the encounter with Yuki and Neo, and especially after receiving Yuki's memories, he's been lost in thought ever since. Her sister asked him to go out to have dinner, but he ignored her. As he kept staring at the ceiling while lying down on the bed, he accidentally fell asleep.

  About an hour later, he got up.

  *Grooooowwlll*

  ". . .I'm hungry. . ."

  Runelt gets out of bed, puts his wallet in his pocket, and finally leaves his apartment.

  About 10 minutes later, he walks amongst other people on the side of the road in the city.

  "(What should I eat? I don't have any specific preference right now. . .)"

  As Runelt walks, he looks ahead and sees a burger shop sign about 20 meters away.

  "(Come to think of it, it's been a while since I had a burger with Rena.)"

  Runelt walks faster, and then, a few seconds later, he reaches the burger restaurant.

  "(Hm?)"

  But when Runelt is in front of the restaurant, he stops and sees some police officers and a lot of people gathering in front of the restaurant.

  "(Was there an incident?)"

  Runelt approaches one of the nearby bystanders and asks a few questions.

  "Excuse me, sir, what happened here?"

  "Oh, good sir! I myself just arrived not too long ago, but from talking to a bunch of people here, it seems like there has been an incident here involving a Believer."

  "Hm? What happened?"

  "There were three guys with big bodies, and they harassed a young girl. Then there were a lot of passersby who noticed and told the three guys to stop. And then one of the three guys uses his Faith power to threaten the crowd. But then the young girl was actually the one to apprehend the three guys."

  "Wow, that's some girl. Was she a Believer?"

  "I think she was! I also just now remember that people say the three guys screamed their lungs out, that you'd think they were dying before they eventually collapsed and passed out."

  "(Huh? That sounds familiar?!)"

  "Ah, I see. . . By the way, was the girl harmed in any way?"

  "I do not recall anyone saying anything regarding that, so I think she's fine."

  "(Oh, Thank God!)"

  "Ah, alright! Thank you for your time, sir!"

  "No problem, sir!"

  After a short interview, Runelt finally enters the restaurant. He waits a bit in line before it's finally his turn. He ordered a burger with fries and a cold soft drink. After waiting a few seconds, he brought his order to a seat and finally had dinner.

  "(Oops, I've ordered quite a lot but I think I can gulp all of this down quickly!!)"

  25 minutes later. . .

  "Wohoooooo! I'm full!"

  Runelt has left the burger restaurant and is now walking down the side of the road in the city.

  "Ah, I feel better after dinner! Thank you, Lord!" said Runelt as he closed his eyes and put his palms together in front of his face.

  "Hm, where did that girl go?"

  ". . . .Come to think of it, we've never been separated ever since we became Judge and Support . ."

  ". . . ."

  "(I swear, if anything happens to her because I ignored her. . .)" thinks Runelt as he clenches his right fist.

  "What is this?!"

  All of a sudden, Runelt sensed an enormous pride coming from somewhere in the city.

  "What is this amount of pride I'm feeling? I've never felt this much at once!"

  Runelt grows a pair of golden, fiery wings in the middle of the street. He flaps his wings once and immediately flies upwards about 30 meters towards the sky. Passersby near him were surprised a bit, but at the same time, they had gotten used to it, yet they're still in awe because they've never seen golden colored flame in their life.

  Above the sky, Runelt activates his Pride vision, and both of his eyes glow in a dim purple. He looks to his left and right to look for the source of the enormous pride he feels.

  He looked towards his east and saw a massive purple aura coming from what seemed like a music venue in the far distance. He flaps his wings again and goes directly towards the music venue, and in just a few seconds, he has already reached the music venue.

  Runelt saw that there were people outside. They seem like they have escaped from the inside of the music venue because of something.

  "An idol's last live? Who even is emanating this much pride in an idol's live performance?"

  Runelt quickly flies towards the ground and then hovers above it a bit, and flies towards the inside of the music venue quickly. Once he enters the stage, he sees someone, a girl, raising her hand to do something with her back facing towards him.

  And then in front of the girl, he saw a girl with very familiar characteristics and clothing similar to that of her sister.

  "HAHAHAHAHAH!! THAT SHOULD BE FUN!!"

  As soon as he senses harm and realizes that the source of the pride is coming from the girl, he immediately blitzes through and reaches the girl in an instant. Runelt is now standing behind the girl on the stage. He grabs the girl's hand that was raised upwards.

  The girl turned her head around and was surprised to see Runelt standing so close behind her.

  Upon further look, he finally confirmed that it was his own sister. She has lost her entire left arm, and there's a hole in her back. She also lies with her face facing the stage floor on top of her own pool of blood.

  ". . . ."

  Runelt's anger immediately skyrocketed. He has never felt this much anger before in his entire life. He strengthens his grip on the girl's right forearm.

  "AAAAARRGGHH!!"

  The girl screams as if the bones in her forearm have been broken.

  "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SISTER?" Runelt asks the girl with a gaze clearly filled with killing intent.

  "URGH!! WHO ARE YOU, ASSHOLE? AND WHERE DID YOU EVEN COME FROM?!"

  *!!!*

  *BAAAMM*

  All of a sudden, the girl was punched right in her stomach by Runelt with his left hand, that has transformed into a golden burning phoenix's talon.

  "ORKH! OHOK!"

  The girl immediately vomits blood on impact.

  *THUD*

  *THUMP*

  She was sent flying towards the back of the stage and fell onto the stage floor.

  "UHUK!! HOEK!!"

  The girl vomits more blood as she's lying prone on the floor. She tries to get up, but her coughing is interfering with her actions.

  Meanwhile, Runelt crouches next to Rena. He rolls over her body to see her face.

  ". . . ."

  Her front body and a bit of her face and hair were covered in blood as she was lying down in her own pool of blood. Runelt puts his middle finger and index finger together on Rena's neck to check her pulse.

  "(Thank God. . . She's still alive. . .But I have to be quick! Her pulse is very weak.)"

  *!!*

  All of a sudden, the girl appeared instantly behind Runelt. Her body was engulfed by yellow lightning. The girl opens her right palm, and a purple sword appears. She swung her sword, and the speed of the swing was a lot faster than if any normal human were to swing a sword.

  *FWWOOMM*

  *ZZRRRRRRTTTTTRRRAAAAKKKKK*

  Runelt just let himself get slashed by the purple sword on his neck. He transformed only a little bit of his neck to block the purple sword, and it broke the sword. His neck was glowing in golden flame for a few seconds before turning back into his normal skin immediately as soon as her sword broke.

  "Tch! A transformation type, huh? Annoying!"

  The girl engulfed herself again in her yellow lightning. She disappears from Runelt's back and reappears in front. She clenches her right fist this time, and red lightning sparks violently on it.

  "WILL YOU SCREAM FOR ME NOW LIKE SHE DID?!"

  The girl throws her red lightning punch towards Runelt's face.

  From Runelt's back, he grows a golden, fiery wing on his left and flaps his wing hard towards the girl.

  *BAAAMM*

  "URGH!!"

  The girl was sent flying, before her punch even connected, towards the wall above the entrance to the stage.

  *GRAAAHHKKK*

  “AARRKKHH!!”

  She crashed into it with her back facing the wall and was planted quite deeply into the wall.

  "GAHK!!"

  She coughs up blood again at the moment of impact against the wall.

  "Khhh!! WHO THE HELL ARE YOU? YOU'RE INTERRUPTING ME WHEN IT GETS GOOD!"

  "I'm this girl's brother. AND YOU'VE LAID YOUR HANDS ON THE WRONG PERSON!!!"

  Runelt's tone changes to anger mid-talking, showing his impatience to beat the girl into a pulp for what she did to his stepsister.

  *ZAP*

  *ZZRRTTT*

  *GRAAHHKK*

  A blue lightning strikes the girl from above, and the impact destroys the wall and frees her from it. She lands right in front of the entrance to the stage.

  "Tch! I've sustained some wounds before I could enjoy the fight with him. . . YOU! YOUNG MAN! WHO ARE YOU? STATE YOUR NAME!!"

  ". . . ."

  "My name's Runelt Redwingz. I am the Judge of Pride! I'm one of the Seven Layers of Judgment! Pleased to meet you! I'll make sure you suffer just as much as my sister did!!" said Runelt as he clenched his fist.

  "(Judge? . . . I feel like the term rings a bell. . .)"

  "Heh, really? My name's Evelyne, but my new name is Superbia Styrlizia! I represent the sin PRIDE!! TODAY IS MY DEBUT AS A NEW MEMBER OF THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS!!"

  "(Seven Deadly Sins? I haven't heard anything about that name even in the underworld. A new criminal organization perhaps?)"

  "Oh, by the way, feel free to hit me with your strongest attack, strongest technique, or whatever it is that you have. I promise you, I'll crush you, your ego, and your pride along with it." said Runelt as he gave a thumbs-down hand sign to Evelyne.

  "(Wha. . .WHAT DID THIS GUY JUST SAY TO ME? WHAT THE FUCK DID THIS GUY JUST SAY RIGHT TO MY FACE??)"

  Evelyne looks terribly offended by Runelt's statement.

  "YOU'LL SEE!!"

  Evelyne moves her right palm forward. She opens her palm, and blue electricity sparks on it. The blue electricity flows towards the floor in the audience's seats. It flows and electrifies every single chair in the audience's seats. All of the chairs were filled with electricity, and they all started floating in the air.

  "(Magnetism. . .)" said Runelt in his head.

  Evelyne also lifted the metal framework that was cut and fell towards the audience's seats by Rena. Evelyne also lifted up a few stage equipment that she saw in the room, and they all floated in midair.

  There are now around sixty metal objects floating in midair, ready to be launched towards Runelt.

  "NOW CHOOSE ONII-SAN, DO YOU WANNA TRY TO DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST THIS MANY METALS THROWN AT YOU, OR WOULD YOU PREFER TO MOVE AWAY AND LET YOUR SISTER EAT THIS MANY METALS INSTEAD?? HAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!"

  Evelyne sparks her blue lightning towards all of the floating metal objects. She swings her right hand forward, and all of the metal objects fly fast towards where Runelt is.

  *WWOOOOOOSSSHHHHH*

  Runelt shows no reaction. He grows a golden, fiery wing on his back on the right. He flaps his right wing forward.

  *FLAPS*

  *BWWOOOOSSSHHHHH*

  *GROOOOOOOOO*

  His wing flap causes a massive shockwave, and all of the metal objects are sent flying violently towards Evelyne instead.

  *!!!*

  “TCH!!”

  Evelyne immediately erected a massive flat purple rectangle in front of herself to defend herself against the incoming flying metal objects.

  *CLANG CLANG CLANG CLANG CLANG CLANG CLANG*

  Loud sounds are reverberating throughout the entire stage as metal objects crash into either the wall, the ceiling, or the floor of the room. Most of the metal objects were planted deep into the wall, the floor, or the ceiling of the entire room. They also cause massive cracks in the places they land. That one wing flap causes so much damage to the entire room compared to the entire time Evelyne fought against Rena just before.
