  A ship moves through peaceful blue waters, as the morning sun shines down on it. Inside a dark room, Bke is curled up on a bed. She's wearing just a bra and simple pajama pants.

  She grunts in her sleep a few times, before her eyes snap open. She blinks a few times and looks at her surroundings, reminding where she is.

  She pants and empty spot on the bed next to her, and her brows furrow. She looks around and spots her brother sitting on a chair near a small table, he's just staring at the ground. There's light bags under his eyes.

  Byyzantine Doré Beldonna, a rather feminine fellow, has long bck hair, that goes down to his shoulders. He's missing his left cat ear, as it was blown off by his ex-girlfriend Pink. His other ear is a bit rger then his sister's. He's got a thin faded scar on his left cheek. Both palms of his hands are covered in burn scars.

  He's got a bck bandanna around his neck, with his emblem on it. Which is a purple flower with long thing branches, and bell-shaped flowers and leaves that are oval shaped, untoothed with smooth edges and pointed ends. Then he's got a simple long bck rope neckce.

  He's got on an unbuttoned bck coat, with gold buttons. Underneath it is a purple peplum shirt. He's got a silver band resting on his upper right arm with another over his left wrist. He's got rge hips and a thin stomach.

  He's got on dark pants, with a dark purple waist cape. He's got a bck boots with a white version of his emblem on the back of each one. He's got a bandoleer on his left thigh, which holds only a couple red tipped and white tipped rounds. Rest on the chair next to him is his weapon, Hellish Shroud.

  A purple ribbon hangs from the handle of the weapon. It's bck as a couple cracks in it.

  Bke sits up and this catches Byzan's attention. He smiles at his sister.

  "Morning."

  Bke smiles in return as she stretches. "Morning." He hops off the beg and starts getting ready. She takes off her pajama pants and starts putting on her regur clothes. "Did you sleep well?"

  "Heh, barely..." Byzan mutters. "I just..." He sighs as he looks away. "I'd just rather not sleep." He stands up and leans against the wall next to the chair.

  Byzan stands at 5'8'' (173 cm). Bke finally gets dressed.

  Bke then ties on her bow over her ears, then she looks over to Byzan. Noticing his eyes are a little red.

  "Are you okay?" Bke asks in a soft tone.

  Byzan curls his hands into fists as he looks at the ground. "...Yeah."

  "Have you been crying?"

  "No..."

  Bke's gaze grows soft. "Do you want to talk about it?"

  "...No..."

  Bke's ears droop. "Do you want a hug?"

  Byzan's eyes get a little watery, as his ears droop. "Yeah..."

  Bke walks over and brings her brother into a hug, with him tightly wrapping his arms around her. The two stand in silence for a few moments as they hug.

  "Do you want to go get some food?" Bke whispers.

  "Not now... I just... want to be in here." Byzan whispers back.

  Bke grabs her brothers head and brings his to her's. The two touch noses as they smile. She then steps back as she grabs her brother's hands.

  "Okay, I'm gonna head out and get some food. Then I'll be on the deck if you need me."

  "Alright."

  Byzan sits back down as he watches Bke leave the room. leaving the cat in the quiet darkness. He gnces over to the window, knowing there's water out there, he shivers a little. Bke had a hard time getting him on this boat.

  He leans back in his chair and lets out a long sigh, before getting up. He heads into the bathroom and turns the light on, before standing in front of the mirror. He stares at himself for a moment, before taking his shirt and coat off, hanging up on the back of the door.

  He then stares at himself again, looking at his slightly ragged appearance. His eyes then trail down to the jagged and ugly fresh scar on his right shoulder. He rubs a hand over it, a slighly stinking.

  "Another one to add to the collection." Byzan mutters as he looks down at the slightly older round-ish scar on his left side of his stomach.

  He then brings up his right arm and starts to flex his hand and arm. He then grabs it, digging his nails into it, slightly drawing blood. He then withdraws his hand and looks at his bleeding arm, showing no reaction to it.

  '...Still can't feel my arm...'

  Byzan then reaches into a small bag on the counter, and pulls out some eye shadow and a couple band-aids. He puts the band-aids over the small cuts.

  Then he grabs the eye Byzantium purple eye-shadow, and puts a triangle under both eyes. Completing his look.

  He puts the eye-shadow away, and gets dressed. Then he heads out of the bathroom sits back down on the bed, and grabs his scroll.

  As soon as he turns it on, he stares at the lock screen image, which is of him and his team. He sighs before unlocking it, and starts messing around with it.

  At the ruins of Beacon academy a metallic hand lifts a Beowolf up by its head, then smashes it into the ground; destroying it.

  A figure pants slightly. "They never seem to end."

  A tall figure rolls his right wrist as he looks around. This is Cyprus Ash, the younger brother to Calico Ash.

  He's a tall muscur man with short white hair, and a golden right eye. His left eye is a cloudy white, and a rge scar over the left side of his face. He has a maroon coat hanging over his shoulders and a button up white shirt, with torn sleeves. Small scars litter his right arm. He wears a pair of brown pants and bck boots.

  His left arm is a metal prosthetic, having been blown off in a trap set up by Pink; before the Vytal Festival.

  He stabs his rge red ōdachi sword, into the ground as he wipes sweat off his brow. He suddenly feels being watched and his eyes snapped up to the roof of part of the school, and spots a seer Grimm.

  Ash gres at the seer as it disappears. "What are you pnning?"

  Several howls echo in the distance, causing him to sigh and pull his sword out of the ground.

  "No rest for the wicked."

  Byzan sits in a small dining area of the ship, away from the windows. He's eating some cooked salmon with a fruit sad as a side. He picks and pokes at his food a few times, as he rests his chin on a fist. His weapon rests on the side of the table.

  He then sets his fork down and reaches into his coat, and pulls out a fsk. The fsk is slightly dented and scratched. On the front of it, there are several engraved flowers, a Deadly Nightshade, A Rose, A Camellia and a Daylilly.

  He opens it up and takes a sip, a dribble of purple liquid falls down his chin. Deadly Nighsthade, in the right amounts can be used as a pain killer, and constant exposure in small amounts, can lead to an immunity.

  Byzan caps the fsk and puts it back into his coat, when suddenly something rge passes by the windows. Byzan's brows furrow as he gets up and walks over to the window, the fur on his ear standing up.

  His amber cat eyes gnce outside, and widen as a rge Grimm swims past, hitting the side of the ship. The ship shakes and Byzan nearly tumbles over.

  "...Shit." Byzan mutters as he runs back over to his table, grabbing his sword and attaching it to his hip. he then makes a beeline for the bow of the ship.

  Arms ring out as red lights fsh, as Byzan runs down a hallway. Other passengers quickly run into their rooms for cover. The ship shakes again and a loud roar rings out. Byzan runs out on the front of the ship, seeing Bke without her bow and a rge Sea Feilong looming over the ship.

  "Holy crap..." Byzan mutters in awe as he looks up at the Grimm. "When did they get this big?"

  Bke turns to Byzan and shouts. "Byzan!"

  Byzan looks at his sister and nods. "Right!"

  Byzan runs forward as his sister follows. As he reaches the tip, he grabs Bke's hand and throws her up at the grimm as she throws grambol shroud by the ribbon, back at Byzan. He grabs the gun as it flies at him, and Bke roughly tugs and sends Byzan also flying towards the Grimm.

  Byzan nds on its snout and sms his sword into its nose. The Grimm roars as Bke shoots the back of its neck, before swinging herself back swords the ship. The Grimm shakes it's head and flings Byzan back at the ship.

  Another Byzan appears on the ship, in a cloud of purple smoke, and grabs the real Byzan as he flies past. The clone throws Byzan up at the crows nest and he nds beside Bke. The two begin to ride at the Grimm arcs back into the water beside the ship, the Captain of the ship keeping it stable. The side of the ship opens up and the cannons come out.

  The two cats continue their assault on the sea creature, Byzan swiftly running low on ammo. The ship's cannons fire but are mostly ineffective. The two then fall back onto the ship's deck, Byzan's clone catching him, as his sister falls onto her back beside them.

  Byzan's clone disappears and he helps Bke up, with her holding her left shoulder in pain. The two then look over as a rge cannon rises up through a trap door in front of them. The Cannon extends itself, and aims at the Grimm.

  The Sea Feilong's dorsal fin splits apart and extra bone unfolds, revealing two wings. The Grimm lets out a roar as it flies, its beating wings sending a gush of air at the ship. Byzan holds onto his sister, keeping them steady.

  The heavy cannon open fires, but the Grimm easily evades it. It opens its mouth and an electric ball forms. Byzan readies his sword and bends his knees, ready to jump up towards it, when suddenly a hooded figure nds on Bke and sues her as a unch pad.

  "Hey!" Bke shouts in anger.

  The figure grunts and the cloak falls back, revealing Sun Wukong. Mid-air, he activates his energy clones.

  "Sun?!" Bke and Byzan shout in shock.

  Sun and his clones nd on the Grimm's head. The two clones pull on the topmost tendrils of the head while Sun grabs its upper lip.

  "Not today, pal!" Sun shouts.

  The Sea Feilong releases its electric bst, it goes harmlessly into the air, rather then the ship.

  "What are you doing?!" Bke shouts at Sun.

  "Well, it looks like he's helping." Byzan points out.

  From atop the enraged Grimm's snout, sun answers Bke while holding onto the two tendrils; his now disappeared clones had grabbed.

  "Oh, uh, you know, just... hanging out!"

  The Grimm manages to get a small electric charge around Sun and he lets go, shouting as he falls. Bke gasps as she jumps onto Byzan, with him letting out a yowl, and she up into the air. Using Gambol Shroud's kusarigama form on the crow's nest to swing herself around and catch Sun mid-air. They nd on nearby rocks, with her holding him bridal style.

  Sun puts his hand to his heart. "My hero!"

  "You're not supposed to be here!" Bke shouts at Sun in anger.

  "Yeah!? Well, it looks like you can use all the help you can get!"

  Bke gres at him and then rolls her eyes. "Ugh." She drops Sun. "Just shut up and fight!"

  "Guys!" Byzan shouts as he fires his flint lock, at an electric ball the Grimm fired, blowing it up. "A little help!" He changes his pistol into sword form and grabs the ribbon on the handle and throws it up at the Grimm, catching it in the bottom jaw.

  He runs off the side of the ship and swings himself over to the grimm, and wraps the ribbon multiple times around the Grimm's snout, with it filing around.

  Bke rubs back towards the ship in the water, as Byzan shouts from atop the grimm's snout. Sun is on the ground, sticking a pose on his side with his hand propping up his head.

  "Yes, ma'am!" Sun shouts.

  Byzan's gets thrown back onto the ship, with his weapon stabbing into the wood. Bke catches him and gently sets him down, giving him a pat on the back. He gives her a thumbs up and grabs his weapon out of the deck of the ship. The Sea Feilong roars in anger and charges up another electric bst, the two cats ready their weapons for a counter hit.

  But Sun jumps in between with a ugh of triumph. He uses Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang to deflect it and nds on the heavy cannon, resting his staff on his shoulder with a crooked grin.

  "Huntsmen!"

  The Faunus' turn back to a man calling out to them from the upper deck. It's the Captain of the ship. "If you can clip its wings and draw it out towards the bow, we could take it!"

  Bke turns away from the Captain to look up at Sun.

  "I mean, you two are the ones with the swords." Sun points out.

  Bke groans as Byzan's one cat ear folds down, knowing he's gonna have to be over the open water the whole time.

  Sun spins his weapon back into a holstered position and runs towards the Grimm. "Now or never!"

  Sun activates three clones and jumps into the air. The first clone springs Bke upward to the second clone, which does the same. Byzan uses his own clone to throw him up into the air, which he throws his ribboned sword forward and Sun catches it, tugging it and throwing him towards the Grimm.

  Sun ughs, but then grunts as Bke uses him as a unching pad, and jumps towards the Grimm. Byzan torpedoes into the Grimm's face and stabs it's left eye, making it roar in pain. At the same time Bke, from high above, nds and runs down its right wing, slicing through the thin membrane.

  Sun smirks as he waits for her on the rock she's readying to nd on and catches her. The impact causes the rock surface to crack around them while he's left holding her bridal style. Bke smiles at him until he speaks.

  "This is the part where you say it."

  Bke turns her head away as she climbs off him. "Ugh."

  Bke steps away as Byzan nds right on top of Sun, forcing him onto his stomach as he sits on his back.

  "Oh, my hero~" Byzan cups his cheeks.

  "Ohhhh...." Sun groans as Byzan gets up, readying his weapon. He then summons a clone to pick up Sun as the Grimm moves around them.

  The precarious rocky area starts to colpse, the two cats start running as Sun catches his breath for a second. Then he jumps off the colpsing rock. The Sea Feilong flies after the, knocking rocks down as he goes.

  The Captain watches from the bridge through a spygss before throwing a handle and increasing the boat's speed. It sails beside the destructive Grimm, keeping apace.

  Sun continues to hop around, avoiding the Grimm's attack until more move puts him directly in front of its open mouth. Bke swings in on her ribbon and gets him out of reach. It roars in anger, before a rge explosion goes off on the side of it's face.

  "Oi, ugly!" Byzan shouts.

  The Grimm grumbles as it looks to the side, seeing Byzan standing on top of a rge rock pilr. He turns around and shakes his finely shaped ass at it, and spanks it one.

  "Come and get me~"

  The Grimm let's out a roar and charges towards Byzan, and as it reaches him and goes to snap its rge jaws around him. A ribbon wraps itself around him, and drags him out of the way. Byzann smirks and ughs as he's pulled just out of reach of the grimm's jaws.

  Byzan nds in Bke's arms as the Grimm turns towards them, only for it to be impaired by the bowsprit of the boat.

  "Fire!" The Captain shouts.

  The heavy cannon fires and hits the Grimm dead on. its upper half is bsted to pieces, and it dies immediately. Byzan sighs as he colpses on the rock between Sun and Bke. Byzan is slightly shivering as Sun and Bke look down at him with raised brows.

  "Get me away from the water!" Byzan whimpers.

  The passengers on the ship start to celebrate, Bke smiles and lowers her head in relief.

  "Ha-ah!" Sun lifts his hand for a high five. "Up top!" Bke turns and gres at him. He wiggles his hand with a grin. "Eh?"

  With a cry, Bke swings her arm around to sp him in the face. A loud smack rings out, and along with Sun's cry of pain.

  Hours pass and the moon shines down onto the ship. Bke is leaning against a railing as Byzan is leaning against a wall across from her.

  "Seriously, it was no big deal!" Sun is talking to two Faunus passengers. "Just enjoy the rest of your trip and everything will be cool! We got this!"

  The two Faunus wave bye to Sun as they leave. Sun then struts over to Bke.

  "You'd think they'd never seen a fight before."

  "What are you doing here, Sun?" Bke asks.

  "Diggin' the new outfits, by the way!" Sun looks between the siblings. He then points at Bke's ears. "Never did like the bow."

  Bke sps Sun's hand away. "Sun!"

  "Geez!"

  "Have you been following me?!"

  Sun looks a touch abashed. "I saw you run off. The night Beacon Tower fell. Once we nded in Vale, you made sure everyone was okay. And then you just took off, without saying anything." He looks at Byzan. "And everyone thinks you're dead! Disappearing with all those injuries, you really made Rose depressed. Though Dante Sunset was sure you were alive..."

  Byzan just looks guilty as he turns away. Bke then speaks up.

  "I had to. You wouldn't understand."

  "No, I get it! The moment you left, I knew exactly what you were doing!" Bke smiles at him, pleased at feeling understood. "You're both going on a two-sibling rampage against the White Fang!"

  "We could never take them on." Byzan points out.

  Bke's happy expression falls, as she stares at Sun in disbelief. "What?"

  "You two always felt like the Fang was your fight. They show up, trash your school, hurt your friends. It makes perfect sense!"

  Byzan is confused. "Where in that does that make sense?!"

  Sun continues. "But there's no way I'm letting you two do this alone! It's an honorable approach, for sure, but you're going to need someone to watch your back. And that's where I come in." He puts an arm around Bke as he gives Byzan a thumbs up. "Us Faunus got to stick together, after all."

  "You're wrong, Sun." Bke pushes him off. "You're so, so wrong." She turns her back to him as she walks over to her brother.

  "What are you..."

  "We're not going anywhere near the White Fang. Not yet."

  "Seriously?" Sun questions.

  "I need to sort things out."

  "And I just need a break." Byzan states.

  "Then why not with your teams?" Sun asks the two. "Your friends?'

  Bke grows angry. "You're one to talk! Assuming Neptune, Sage, and Scarlet aren't hiding below deck!"

  "You really think I could get Neptune on the ocean? I'm surprised you managed to get Byzan to. They flew back to Mistral! I told them I'd catch up! It's not the first time I've left them to take a boat! So, if you're not going after the White Fang, where are you two going?"

  "Home, to Menagerie." Byzan informs.

  Sun smiles. "Well, I'm coming with you both. The Grimm are getting worse; you saw it yourself! And just because you're not going after the Fang doesn't mean they won't be coming for you! besides, I'm... kind of already on the boat."

  "There's really no stopping you?" Bke asks.

  "Nope! This is going to be great! Never been in Menagerie before! it'll be a regur journey to the east! Yeah, I like the sound of that."

  A blue Morpho butterfly flies through a dark room, and nds on a hand. It fps it wings a few times, as a deep feminine hum is heard.

  "So... he's still alive?"

  The butterfly fps its wings, before taking off. A green eyes shines in the darkness, as a toothy smirk shines.

  "Good..."

  Wolf's chuckle echoes in her dark room.

  "The fate of everything rests on you and your friends, Byzantine."

  Suddenly both her eyes glow red, and a red light fshes and she disappears; her chuckle echoing.
