After a week he stumbles upon a village in the midst of the forest. He avoids any contact with them.
After traveling another two weeks he stumbles on another village. He also avoids any contact with them.
After four days he stumbles upon a special piece of forest. In here are a wide variety of animals while most of them are stronger than him. This is the perfect place to seriously start training the cultivation techniques.
The two memory manuals are already learned by now. But the Vitality breath is one of those techniques that should be repeated for the rest of the live, until a better one is found.
In this forest Lie Mo starts learning Vitality Breath, Fighting like a hundred animals and qi vision. He deliberately avoids using the manual to test if the Memory of Manuals is working.
In late fall he finishes with qi vision.
Fighting like a hundred animals has also made good progress.
Memory of Manuals is working as intended even for good manuals. Because of that he destroys all sixteen manuals. His next goal is to travel to the next bigger place. And everything that is worth something causes people to be greedy.
The story has been taken without consent; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
Now the most expensive thing on him is the sword of the skull cultivator. He has no clue how expensive it is. Definitely way more expensive than what he is capable of keeping. But it is sealed. And this sword looks like a normal, relatively cheap sword when it is sealed. Because of that he doesn’t mind carrying it around. Next is the short spear. It is still the same spear as he has from the time of the caravan. This spear looks like the most expensive thing he is wearing, but it also looks pretty worn down. And besides that, everything else is straight form nature.
His clothes are form beasts and give decent warmth and protection. He destroys them as well since they show his strength. Above his beast clothes he has one that is stitched together out of weak animals like deer and rabbits. It is barely enough to keep someone warm during winter. Luckily Lie Mo trained Vitality Breath. Vitality Breath raises the overall resistance of the body to several harsh environments.
And there is still the money form his time in the caravan. It is not much money but enough to stay at an inn.
After leaving everything that looks expensive behind, he goes on his way.
Another week, and another one. It starts snowing again. He finally reaches a lonely Inn. This building is right next to a lake and has a road that leads away. Lie Mo first explores where the road leads. It is half a day until it connects to a bigger road. At that road is a sign that points to the path he just traveled along. It is the sign of an inn. The inn is called Cozy Clearing. Why not.
He goes back to the inn.
Lie Mo arrives at the Cozy Clearing right around dusk.
