Here we go again

  ???????????? ??????????????

"Come forth, Thunder!", I announced as a flash of lightning broke through the night sky's black canopy. My opponent, a greater drake, was paralyzed as soon as its body was paralyzed by a raging bolt of electricity.

Taking the advantage of the situation, I brought my sword up in an upward facing position.

"Dragon sword dance, raging thunder!", I called out as I swung my sword in a clean arc decapitating the creature in a single blow.

I was blissfully bathing in my victory until the decollated head spoke in a man's voice "It's time for training Fin, wake up",

Abruptly, the world started going black as I felt my feet leaving the ground, as gravity was reversed and I began falling towards the sky.

A pair of light brown eyes peered at me from an unpleasantly familiar face, his lips set in an

  exasperated scowl.

Feeling myself suffocating, I looked down to see my feet dangling in the air. My dad was upholding me by the scruff of my nightshirt.

A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

"Mom! I shouted, giving my dad a malicious smile.

Quickly placing me down on the bed, my father tried to shush me, " Okay, okay , I give!"

"Hmm, should I? ", I retorted with a poisonous innocence.

"I'll take you to the town next time I visit, so pleeease don't wake your mother!", exclaimed my father, placing his hands in a pleading gesture.

"Deal!" I cheerily agreed as I jumped off the bed and headed to the bathroom to freshen up.

"Five minutes mister!, I want you down in five minutes" warned dad with a stern expression.

"You sure you're in the position to be threatening me?" I called out.

Giving an exaggerated sigh, my old man walked out of the room, feigning a defeated posture.

  ==================================

  This chapter is ?????? ??????????.

First of all, I would like to apologize to all those readers who supported me in the initial days of this story.

I started writing this in my college days. Coupled with my part-time job, I couldn't find enough time to continue and hence I had to drop it.

Once again, I apologize for that.

My college is finally over and I've taken a gap year as well so I'll be able to fully focus on Dragon's Consort going forward.

Expect a full chapter everyday, six days a week.

Thank you for reading and as always, have a great day!
