- 4oz cherry ice cream (ideally without chunks or other solid bits)
- 1oz light rum
- 1oz edible glitter
Procedure
Allow ice cream to melt. Whisk in light rum and edible glitter. Re-freeze overnight.

- 1tsp cherry grenadine
- 1 scoop of our cherry rum ice cream
- 2oz edible glitter
- 1 maraschino cherry
Building the cocktail
Rim a margarita glass in edible glitter. Add champagne. Gently stir in grenadine; do not fully incorporate or stir hard enough to disturb the carbonation of the champagne. Add ice cream scoop to the center of the glass so that it protrudes from the surface of the champagne, and press the cherry into the top of the ice cream scoop. Lightly dust with more edible glitter.
