A birthday poem

Under the light of a waining moons glow

the waving of a flickering shadow

a place where an intresting couple hides

from the ravenous light of the outside

a mechanic and a songstress spread light

is this not the height, of a new era?

to dance on the bars with glee, to be free

is this not the dream of ages long last?

To who can we attribute this gleeful

To who do we give this life full, joyful...

dance? to prance, on luminecence's spark?

To the blue, that is who, we can give thanks

It's been long, going along, a road for awe

To this light, I wish tonight, is bathed bright

The glowing lights, The blue lit sights, I sigh...

For we stand high, In a sky, which won't end

Why are sunsets red, a glow far away

Travel for weeks, hard worn boots wear, here? there?

The answer in our hearts, glows a bright blue

The night ends today too... blue bird hither flew

Telling of a warm place, a lingering space

Where even the night ends bright; out of sight

Out of mind, River valleys wear a dime

And a Gala makes the night brightly shine

To this a toast, to this I most, Dearly...

  Cherish...

Your time with me, ever free... may ne'er

  Fade...
