Cra stopped thinking about how to get out for the moment and just listened to everything that happened around her. She never thought that lying in the garden and doing nothing would be so exciting.
Second of ying she turned into the minutes which slowly turned into the hours. Cra could not do anything but y in the half-burned garden from the snow which was not in reality even a little bit pretty and beautiful. She had no will to stop and do anything. Despite being completely naked and covered in blood, she just waited until this strange state of bliss calmed and she would be able to get out of this pce into the Venezia and go get the money she saw when she was drinking the blood.
As she butchered the poor blood bag dry, she could see fshes of his life, and with that the money that he tried to pay her off to let him die.
“Vite Cardiano, son of Pietro IV Candiano. A prominent member of the Candiano family, involved in Venetian politics and part of a family with significant historical influence.”
“I want to go back and see for myself. Maybe I can steal that money and live like them.”
Sudden thoughts surfaced in Cra’s mind as she tried to remember everything that she knew from his memories. To her surprise, as she was thinking about Vite Cardiano, something changed.
Cra was not able to find out what, but once she was done lying, she went to clean her face in the seawater from the blood. What was waiting for her there was something which made her nearly crazy.
As soon as she saw the reflection of her face on the water's surface, her heart stopped heating.
“What the fuck? Why do I look like that piece of shit?”
Cra was terrified as she saw instead of her face, the face of the Vite Cardiano, who she killed. Unlike him, she had still her long, white hair, but a different face. She tried to touch that face and found out that it was just an illusion. As soon as she touched her face, the face on the water's surface changed to hers, deathly snow white.
She didn’t know what to think about it, but she was certain that this was her now new face with which she would need to live for eternity. This sudden finding of the face changing made her extremely happy. She knew that this must be one of her powers, because she could change how she looked, despite knowing, that her hair and the rest of her body would stay the same.
Cra didn’t know if it was good or useless, but knowing where the Cardino family money was located was too much for the sharply enhanced mind of the fed Cra, who was right in the middle of nothing with nothing only the corpse in the bedroom.
Cra stop thinking once again and as time passed, the sights of the morning sun arrived at the horizon sun started poking from behind the isnd, which was for the first time extremely fascinating for Cra. She was happy to know that she just waited the whole night ready to do something. She thought, that the new day would be much more beautiful than the day before, but she felt not very bad. On the other hand, as soon as the sun switched with the moon, she didn’t feel good at all. Without any more waiting she got resolute to start the new day.
“Let’s get into the city right now!”
Cra jumped off the ground ready to leave, but as soon as she stood up, half of her body was in the way of the sunlight instantly burning. Cra hid as fast as possible, so she would not be able to be burned by the sun anymore.
Cra was crying in the shadow corner of the vil looking at the garden which was not turned into a burning inferno for Cra. She was sitting in the shadow looking as the sun was slowly swallowing more and more of the garden starting to uncover her comfortable shadow and slowly forcing her to change the location to hide somewhere else.
Cra decided to change the location back inside the vil, as she knew that she was safe there. Without much thought, she went back into the vil and went back into the bedroom. She crawled back into the bed and looked at Vite Cardiano.
He looked quite bad as his head looked completely unnatural. Cra sat right in from of him on the other side of the room and didn’t know what to do. Her back was already healed, but she still felt that disgusting smell of burning flesh, that she wanted to through up.
“Fuck! What the fuck should I do? Can you tell me?”
Cra looked at Vite like she wanted him to help him, but he was currently unresponsive to her. The other problem with that was the fact, that she lost the whole night and she felt once again starting got get hungry and wanted to taste some blood.
The world around Cra starts to slow at the same speed as it was in the night after she drank the blood. She started to feel more and more depressed, and that sound which she heard before started to make her more and more angry. It didn’t take long before Cra decided to do something about the noise and started to look for a better pce to wait until the sun went down.
Cra started to explore the inner parts of the vil and discovered that there was nothing. Everything that could be used by her was gone and under the vil was the same empty dungeon full of corpses. At least she decided to wait in the dungeon, because it was the only pce, where she didn’t hear the annoying noises from all around.
Time inside the dungeon started to feel much more pleasant in the way, that Cra felt much more safe here than out there near the sun. As Cra found time here was the same as boring as everywhere else so she decided to sleep. It was quite hard, but as she slept, time started to fly and it was night.
As soon as Cra woke up and felt, that it was finally night, she started her transfer back to the city. Despite being not a very good swimmer, she found out, that pying with the fish was much faster and energy saving as she didn’t need to resurface for a long time to get fresh air.
Cra was swimming with insane speed and in no time, so saw fish boats slowly moving out on the open sea to fish. As they were moving in the direction of the sea, Cra got her urge for blood, so she postponed the return back into reality and started to pick her meal.
