Epilogue. Tumblr post of the gods.

  {Karen the Goddess of Justice}

  Karen sat at the dinner table pecking at her phone. She was scrolling through several worlds and trying not to scream about one of her favorite worlds turning out wrong. That bastard, Alex was screwing with one of her favorites. She was still pissed at him for turning down that pretty human girl so he could fuck animals. That girl was a noble and human so naturally by right of birth she should be the right choice and far better than the animals he was sleeping with. What made matters worse, the way she had been turned down was the same way that Marcus turned Karen down when she had gone to his realm. She wanted to build worlds with him, but instead of being with her, he chose Lucy the Goddess of Luck. Karen frowned at the pair cuddled up on the other side of the booth. It was disgusting how lovey dovey the pair were. It should be her next to him, but she couldn’t act against the other gods. It wasn’t fair. She should be allowed to act against them. Luthea should have Alex and She should have Marcus. She swiped and sent some space junk at Alex. Let’s see how he deals with a moon sized object falling on his head. Steven the God of Foresight looked up at her and frowned.

  “Not nice Karen.” He said over his oversized glasses. She tried to look innocent as she looked at the thin nerdy boy. He had thick glasses that made his brown eyes look huge and a pimple was growing on the end of his oversized nose. He was a nerd and had to be wrong.

  “What?” She asked sweetly. She knew she could manipulate him if she wanted to but flirting with him turned her stomach.

  “If that wasn’t you then you won’t mind me doing this.” He swiped and the space junk missed flying off into space. Inwardly she raged at him, but she couldn’t say anything, or she would get called out or even fall. The last thing she wanted to do was fall and become a dark god.

  “We all need to do something about this fuck up, Alex.” Karen said, looking around the table. She was Justice and they should listen to her.

  “No, we don’t.” Steven the god of Foresight said. “For once I have no idea what is going to happen.”

  “You just say that because you want to watch him fuck those animals.” She sneered at him. She knew what a freak he was.

  “No. Also beast-kin aren’t animals.” He responded looking around for Susan the goddess of Love.

  “They are and the races shouldn’t mix,” she said proudly. “Also, we can’t do our normal trick of just toss kids at him until he gets bogged down with family. Animals and People can’t mix and SHOULDN’T mix.” She made sure to put an emphasis on ‘shouldn’t’.

  “I don’t care what he does.” Harold the God of Knowledge said. He was a far too skinny boy wearing clearly fake elf ears. They looked like something a child would buy at a dollar store. Some of the gods liked to dress like the races that they either brought to life or the rases that worshiped them.

  “I know if it’s not one of your elves, you don’t care,” Karen shot back. He just shrugged and went back to looking at his phone.

  “I’d be okay with parting with a fertility potion recipe that could give him kids in exchange for my elves getting the knowledge of that multi core engine thing,” he said with a shrug.

  “I can do that. I still owe you guys for screwing that,” Susan the Goddess of Love coughed “Screwing up that thing with Luhea. I just had an idea of the brave pilot and the aloof mechanic. It would have made for a beautiful love story.” Karen rolled her eyes at the slut. Susan had made a planet with almost every god, goddess, and even some of the old ones. Speaking of which, a blob of tentacles floated up to them dressed in a badly stained apron. It slid a plate of chili cheese fries onto the table and held out a tentacle.

  “That will be fifty souls please.” It said in a deep rumbling voice. Karen briefly wondered what those tentacles would feel like but shook off the idea. Steven held out a coin that had a number printed on it. The Eldritch god took the coin, split it in half, eating one, he handed the other half to the cook. The gods and goddess picked at the plate of food as they pecked at their phones. They all were in their mid to late teens by the standards of gods, but they all knew about the older gods like Death and Fear. Her mind went back to the idea of Marcus the God of Thieves. What would a world look like if it was formed of noble thieves? Would they be short like his gnomes or tall like her humans? She looked down and saw Susan touching her hand.

  “Susan. You know the rules. We don't use our powers on each other” Karen scolded the slut.

  “But you look like you really needed to get laid.” Susan pouted. She wasn’t wrong.

  “Back to Alex. I say remove his magic,” Karen said, wanting to get back on topic.

  “Hell no,” Steven replied in outrage.

  “I want to see what else he can give my elves,” Harold added.

  “I think he’s cute,” Susan said. “Why just not make it to where he can’t get other skills or magic?” That actually wasn’t a bad idea. “I think we called it God’s folly.”

  Unauthorized duplication: this tale has been taken without consent. Report sightings.

  “I can agree with that.” Karen replied, looking around the table. They nodded and moved on to other worlds. A war had broken out on three of their worlds that needed to be ended before those worlds died. They hated wiping worlds, but it did happen all the time. Across the diner sat a group of emo looking kids glaring at them. One of the dark gods made a rude gesture at Karen and she wrinkled her nose at him. He was kind of cute though and she had an itch to scratch. Maybe a world of Noble goblins would be fun.

  {Lady Hena Gotyhos Tovoear}

  Hena lay in her bed, a viewing orb on her nightstand. It showed that new thing they were calling a Dire Knight. It looked so sexy and the way the blades extended and heated was making her mind spin. One hand was on her long ear and the other was much lower under the covers. She was dreaming of the sexy female elf who had made that Knight. It looked like nothing that had ever been seen in this world before. Only a female elf could have done that. She would have to find her and make her hers. She growled softly thinking of going down on her future lover while she forced her to explain all the features of that new Knight.

  Making her writhe and squirm as she pushed her fingers and her tongue into her new lover. This Savage was clearly an elf. That mask was enchanted to make her look like a man. It was a poor disguise as no male human was that thin. She could see how thin her future lover was even under the bulky clothes. She was getting close again and panted thinking of biting her lover’s ear. She had already come so many times just watching the recording over and over. Watching that wolf rip things apart and then the recording shifted to show her new lover with a cute white-haired bunny standing behind her. That one looked tasty too. She wondered if her new lover would force that bunny to join them. It was so hot that it pushed her over the edge, and she found her sheets soaking again. With a wave of her hand, the stain was magically cleaned up. She would have to take a break and refresh, letting her room air out a little. Soon she would send her servants out to find her lost love. She sat up quickly when a window popped into her mind.

  THE GODDESS OF LOVE HAS HEARD YOUR PLIGHT AND SEEN FIT TO GIVE YOU THE SKILL HEART’S CALLING. YOU ARE NOW ABLE TO KNOW THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF YOUR HEART’S DESIRE. USE THIS SKILL WISELY.

  Even the gods knew that her new elf lover needed her. She tried the skill and felt a pull to the southwest. Her lover was waiting for her there. She would have to leave in the morning to find her. She would have her love. Lady Savage would be hers.

  {Greanan de Servos}

  He sat in the inn nursing an ale and lamenting life. His caravan had broken up and he was having trouble finding a new one. Everyone thought of him as bad luck and he needed to do something to turn it around. He looked around the room with blurry eyes and scratched the scar that ran across his face. If only he had stayed with Alex like he wanted to. He was sure he could have found work there and worked hard to repay Alex for fixing his grandfather’s sword. The inn was fairly packed as a new caravan had come in. It was one more rejection that his life had become.

  One group stood out and he couldn’t help himself. The drink was making him bold and as he was almost out of coins he had to do something. Taking a breath, he walked across the bar to three orcs that sat apart from the others. The three stopped talking and turned to look at him. He blinked at them and bowed showing them all the respect his drink addled mind could come up with. “Mastersss, may I join ussse?” He slurred. The orcs turned to each other and spoke quickly before what Greanan hoped was the leader replied.

  “You may, but we may not listen.” The leader bowed his head as Greanan pulled out a seat and slammed himself into it.

  “What bringsss you here?” Greanan said with a gulp.

  “We are on a mission from the wild king.” The leader said with a proud smile.

  “Oh, that soundsss like fun. Can I join?” He was still slurring too much.

  “Why would a human join us?” The one on the right asked.

  “I need work.” He said, setting the cup down. He had too much and wanted to show them he was serious.

  “You would work with orcs?” The one on the left asked.

  “Orcs, Beasts, by all the hellssss, I’d work with elves if they offered.” He tried to sit up a little straighter and failed.

  “Why are you struggling finding work?” The leader asked, his red eyes narrowing.

  “My caravan was betrayed by our Knight Commander. Now I’m seen asss bad luck.” Greanan needed to eat something and really wanted to sleep, but they were being friendly to him, and he really wanted friends more. The orcs talked to each other for what felt like a long while before the leader turned back to him.

  “We will take you. Right now, we are on a quest for the wild king to find a new trading partner.”

  “Oh oh oh, I know someone.” Greanan thought about Alex. This could be his way to get back to the man he owed everything to. All three-orc sat up a little and two on either side of the leader looked slightly worried. “I know a man who can fix mithril and enchant it.” He said patting the sword at his side.

  “Can you show us?” The leader asked.

  “Not here,” Greanan said looking around. “Outside.” He stood and the one on the left helped steady Greanan as they walked out. They led him behind the inn and he pulled out his treasure to show the orcs who had accepted him. All three looked impressed and amazed as he triggered the rune.

  “Can you introduce us to the man who made this?” The leader asked, his eyes hungry. Greanan put his sword away and nodded.

  “Alex is a nice, but weird guy and I can take you to him and provide the introduction.” Greanan said, sobering up quickly. His heart felt the adventure of the road and these wonderful orcs were willing to let him get back out there.

  “We leave in the morning. Will you be ready by then?” The leader asked with a huge smile.

  “I can leave now if we need to.” Greanan said beaming at his new employer.

  “Where are we going?” The one on the left asked, a slight skeptical look in his eyes.

  “Happy Valley. Alex should still live there. He said he was hoping to build Knights if I remember right.” All three looked at Greanan oddly and the leader was smiling as he looked closely at Greanan.

  “Does this Al ex belong to any kingdom?” The leader asked, his eyes seeming to burrow into Greanan.

  "No, is a wanderer.” He said proudly.

  “My friends we have something worth checking out. Welcome to the party of the wild king, my friend.” The leader said with a smile. Greanan beamed back and stood tall before bowing to the three.

  “Thank you for accepting me.” Greanan said with a smile.
