"Where to now boss?" David asked after driving the car away from Celest's tower.

  "Home. Next to the community store where we left Riley earlier." Bryan said before adding : "You're welcome to join me for a meal, afterwards you can go home for the night and come back early tomorrow with the rest of the drivers and guards... also make sure there's two more drivers and guards to take care of Celest."

  David nodded while saying : "Already took care of that boss," After taking a look in the mirror at Bryan who was leaning his head back on the head cushion of the back seat while cradling Linnet on his arms and hugging her close to his body, "But if you don't mind me asking... why do you live in that pce with Ms. Linnet?" David asked before quickly adding : "I'm sorry boss. This isn't any of my business, forgive me for asking."

  Bryan just smiled while tightening his arms just enough to make Linnet giggle while groaning like a zy kitten, "It's alright. Your boss wasn't always rich and I do pn for us all to move out but I had to take care of a few matters first, I believe all of them would be taken care of by tomorrow and on the day after we'll be living in a much better neighborhood." Bryan said while thinking to himself : 'For a while that is.'

  David nodded then continued to drive the car while keeping his mouth shut.

  By the time they arrived Linnet who was already exhausted after spending the whole day moving around then ending it with some workout in the gym... was in deep comfortable sleep.

  Which is why Bryan gently moved out of the car while hugging her head close to his shoulder and supporting her legs close to his side with the other arm before gesturing for David to grab her stuff from the back seat and to follow.

  "There you a-"

  "Shhhh!!" David quickly put his hand on Riley's mouth to shut her up once she got up from the stairs and jumped towards Bryan like a tigress.

  Bryan gred at her while twisting his hip to show Riley that her bestfriend is asleep right now before walking up the stairs slowly.

  David removed his hand once Riley nodded twice to show him that she wouldn't make a sound.

  But she quickly passed him once he let go of her and ran next to Bryan while whispering : "You bastard! How dare you do that to me in front of Shawn? That was such a dick move you asshole!"

  Bryan ughed quietly before leaning towards Riley and whispering back : "I just wanted to teach you a lesson while showing you how much of a gentleman Shawn can be," After saying that he stopped and looked back down the stairs, "Oh by the way~ You forgot your bags."

  "Fuck!" Riley said before shoulder-smming David on her way down while saying : "Why didn't you pick them up?" Then gave him a fierce gre when their eyes met.

  David rolled his eyes while thinking : 'I don't work for you... you opportunistic many-faced bitch!' Then smiled apologetically once she came back up and made sure to move out of her way since she clearly pnned to shoulder-sm him again on her way up, "I'm sorry Riley, I didn't know these bags belonged to you."

  "That's Ms. Riley to you!" Riley said while pushing the two bags in his chest then gred at David one final time before running up to catch Bryan while whispering, "Now keep up. David the driver."

  'I so hope you slip and break your neck Ms. Riley!' David thought while gritting his teeth.

  "Find Linnet's keys and quickly go open the door for me." Bryan gave Riley a side-gnce once she caught up with him and whispered his order.

  "Stop ordering me around." Riley whispered but she still returned to David and snatched Linnet's handbag from him while grumbling incoherent words under her breath then ran up the stairs however, she still didn't forget to give Bryan the middle finger when she passed him then patted her ass twice as if to say : "Kiss my ass." Afterwards she disappeared up the stairs.

  Bryan just shook his head then looked back towards David and moved his lips to say : "Crazy." And David nodded while replying : "Mental."

  Afterwards the two of them smiled in silence.

  "Help her change out of these clothes and don't wake her up, you can find me in my room if you want to eat something other than junk food or go home but don't spend the night in Linnet's room her bed is too small for the two of you to sleep on it together." Bryan gently put Linnet on the bed and whispered these words to Riley in a tone of voice which meant that he wouldn't take any nonsensical answers from her, afterwards he left the room and quietly closed the door behind him.

  On the other side of the door however was Linnet who opened her eyes and smiled towards Riley who seems like she already knows that she's been awake ever since Bryan carried her out of the car, "You're not going to win anything if you keep butting heads with Bryan, and I don't want you to take out your frustration on David either." Linnet whispered while taking Riley's hand and pulling her to sit next to her on the bed before adding while running her fingers through her hair : "He did prove his point didn't he?"

  Riley id her body next to Linnet and kept huffing without denying what she said.

  "Shawn is quite the catch isn't he?" Linnet asked once again while resting her head on Riley's chest.

  Riley nodded once again then answered : "Yeah he's manly... unlike your stupid Bryan."

  Linnet smirked, "I bet your manly Shawn would be so out of breath after carrying your fat ass all the way to the seventh floor while my stupid Bryan wasn't at all... matter of fact it looked so easy and effortless I'm starting to fear for myself."

  *Tsk*

  "So what? I can always make my Shawn quit smoking and cook him all sorts of healthy meals to take care of his health!" Riley growled while cupping Linnet's perfect ass and squeezing to the best of her ability.

  "My oh my! Already calling him yours... I see, I see." Linnet said while shaking her hips before moving one of her hands to cup Riley's other breast then gave the pointy part a gentle flick while adding : "You better hold your horses girl... otherwise my stupid Bryan might say something to make Shawn change his mind or do something to take him away from you so... you better behave yourself whenever you're around my man from hereon out! Understood?" This time Riley nodded once she heard the stern warning from her bestfriend because she wasn't joking at all and was dead-serious instead.

  Linnet smiled then said : "Good," Then jumped out of bed and headed towards the bathroom, "Now go get us some of his delicious food and a few bottles of the healthy drinks from his fridge, be nice to David." After saying that Linnet closed the door and got out of her clothes and tied her hair in a ponytail before putting her sleeping pajamas on and getting out.

  Riley on the other hand found the door of Bryan's room open and David was helping him prepare some ingredients in the tiny kitchen.

  "Didn't I tell you not to wake Linnet up?" Bryan said while stirring whatever that smells good in the pan.

  'You can't wake up someone who's already awake you dull bastard.' Riley thought while rolling her eyes before opening the fridge, instead of saying something she might regret Riley decided to keep her mouth shut.

  David was enjoying the moment of seeing his boss bully this chick and acted like he didn't hear anything while chopping some fruits.

  Linnet joined them a few minutes ter and made herself comfortable on Bryan's bed since riley was already sitting on the only chair in the room.

  "That's mine!" Riley compined when Linnet snatched her bottle from the desk.

  "Sharing is caring you know." Linnet smirked before taking a long swig then licking her lips seductively towards Bryan who paused to enjoy the heart stirring sight.

  *Snort*

  "That was the st one of that fvor!" Riley growled after opening the fridge.

  Linnet rested her cheek on her palm while swirling the bottle of healthy drink with the other hand like a drunkard from dramas before gesturing carelessly with her hand through the window towards the store Shawn is currently at work at, "Your Shawn is right over there... have him come over with the good stuff and we can share a meal together! You know, break bread and all that." She said while smiling such a harmless smile which hid lots of pointy thorns.
