Chapter 2 This World

To put it simply, Su Yu Chen is not a person of this world, also known as "crossing over" in internet slang.

He was just a mediocre and aimless person in his past life, who liked to boast but had no courage to take action, only dared to speak loudly online as an otaku.

He looks ordinary, works generally, and has an average family background. All of this made Su Xichen still a virgin in his thirties. Of course, he had many girlfriends online, but whenever they met in person, it was like seeing a ghost.

Although Su Xichen had a heart to break through, he was powerless to change the situation. He once thought of going to Mas house to kill Ji, but soon steeled himself and ultimately couldnt get past that hurdle in his mind.

Not hit by a car, not struck by lightning and not drunk, lying in bed and waking up to come to this world for no reason.

At first thought it was rebirth, but after a closer look, it turned out that it wasnt that simple.

The year was 2012 when he crossed over, it was 2013, which means that in just one years time, he should have been reborn as a thirty-two-year-old, not the fourteen-year-old he is now.

Soon after surfing the web, Su Rui Chen discovered another strange place.

This world seems to have never experienced World War II, its very peaceful, so peoples pursuit of art has increased a lot, the entertainment industry and literary industry are surprisingly developed.

Another reason that will inevitably lead to this phenomenon is that the world has cracked down on piracy, especially intellectual property rights, and China is no longer a counterfeit empire.

Su Xierchen, who had traveled to this world at some point in the past, wanted to download two 3GP movies to watch on her phone. Unexpectedly, she found that there were no pirated versions online, and in the end, she could only pay to download them from a legitimate website.

In this world, the United States is still a global giant, still has Oscars, still has Grammys, and Los Angeles is still the center of the worlds entertainment industry. However, Chinas international status has been greatly improved, at least it wont be like Diaoyu Islands that small island.

Although this worlds entertainment and literary industries are so developed, some figures and classics from Earth have yet to appear.

Wouldnt have known if I hadnt checked, but after checking, Im shocked! Whats going on with Wang Feng, MJ and Justin Bieber?

  Dear Britney and Avril?

Three heavenly kings, Hins Cheung, Jacky Cheung and Eason Chan are not here, nor are comics, songs, etc. which are extremely scarce. In other words, this place is very similar to the previous earth, but its completely a different world.

He had crossed over into another world, but his name was still the same as before. Moreover, this body of his was indeed his fourteen-year-old body from back then, and his parents were also his parents from his previous life. This was also the only comforting thing about it all; after all, getting a thirty-two year old uncle to acknowledge strangers as his parents was an extremely difficult task.

"Hey, Little Four, what are we doing here?" Li Dongfangs hand tugged on Su Xichens sleeve.

The eighteenth floor was also a unit, and the staff in this unit wore neat suits or beautiful OL uniforms that were very pleasing to the eye. However, Su Rui Chen and Li Dong Fang stood out in this place, who would have thought that both of them were only fourteen years old, and they were still carrying small school bags on their backs.

"Little brother, who are you looking for?" The receptionist did not underestimate them because of their young age, but instead asked very professionally.

Its natural to feel tense in an unfamiliar environment, especially when sneaking around like a thief. The tension increased with the receptionists questioning. Li Dongfang finally looked up and saw the name of the 18th floor unit: "De Yun Publishing House", which turned out to be a publishing house.

"Im looking for the editor-in-chief of your publishing house."

"Actually looking for Editor Wang, is there an appointment?"

  "Exist"

"Then whats your name, little brother? Let me take a look for you, sister."

"Su releases morning, Su wakes up Su, releases release, early morning morning."

"The appointment was at 8:30, just in time." The receptionist answered the phone to the editor-in-chiefs office, and after a brief conversation, directed Su Xichen to go in. Editor-in-Chiefs Office, knock on the door.

"Please come in." A female voice, the secretary? Pushing open the door, the editors office is decorated with a grand and elegant atmosphere, the entire tone is purple, the color of lavender, solemn yet not lacking elegance.

There was no secretary in the office, but a beautiful woman sat on the editors chair, looking over thirty years old, with thin eyebrows and peach blossom eyes, her face cold, wearing a black brown professional suit that wrapped around her plump body, her career line not shallow, and a purple badge edge could be seen, but because she was sitting in the office chair, the wrinkles on her waist revealed a white flower-like patch.

De Yun Press · Editor-in-Chief · Wang Ni

"I thought it was Mr. Su Xianchen, but I didnt expect it to be his little brother." Wang Nis smile was beautiful, like an iceberg melting, with a mole at the corner of her mouth and sparkling peach blossom eyes that were very captivating.

"It shouldnt be a problem for me in terms of age, right?" Su Xichen said.

"Ah, it doesnt matter, please sit down, both of you." Wang Ni said.

Su Xianchen and Li Dongfang sat down on the sofa together.

  "Edited by Wang..."

"Su Release Morning fellow student you and my daughter are the same age, calling Wang editor-in-chief is too formal, call me Wang Auntie, and its okay for Wang Auntie to call you Little Morning."

  "Im overreaching myself, Aunt Wang."

"Whats the big deal, Morning?" Wang Ni said with a deliberately cold face, but as soon as Su Xianchen called out "Auntie Wang", Wang Nis tone and expression both softened slightly.

Suddenly changing her tone, she said "Xiao Chen, isnt the one beside you your little girlfriend? How about introducing her to Aunt Wang?"

Su Xichen hadnt spoken yet, but Li Dongfangs face turned red as he waved his hand repeatedly "Uh...no, were classmates, Im here with Xiao Si."

"Oh" Wang Ni dragged out the tone, causing Li Dongfangs face to turn red and lower his head.

"Alright, Xiaochen, lets chat later. Aunt Wang, first confirm whether The Legend of Wukong was really written by you?"

"Nature, copyright infringement can be sentenced to 30 years in prison, Im still young and dont want to go to jail, and Aunt Wang should have also confirmed online before."

"Hmm, Aunt Wang just wants to confirm that the simplified and traditional Chinese publication rights of Journey to the West are still in your hands?"

  "Still in my hands"

"Thats good, Xiao Chen. Since you called me Aunt Wang, I wont let you down either. Ive prepared a contract for you: 50 yuan per thousand words. Your Journey to the West has a total of one million words, which means you can get 5,000 yuan." Although the literary industry in this world was well-developed, 50 yuan per thousand words was already a very good deal for newcomers, so Su Xiao Chen nodded in agreement.

"This is the contract. Since you, Xiao Chen, are not yet eighteen years old, a guardians signature is required. You can take the contract home and discuss it with your parents first." Wang Ni handled things as neatly as her tied-up hair.

"Alright," Su Xichen put the contract into his backpack.

"What did Wang Yi publish? What Journey to the West?" A pair of big, round eyes like a cats stared at him, Li Dongfangs gaze filled with curiosity.

"I didnt know, of course, that it was Xiaochens book being published. This is the manuscript written by Xiaochen." Wang Nis words left Li Dongfang stunned. Publishing a book? For a middle school student, writing a 600-word essay was already difficult enough, let alone publishing a book! He hastily took over a stack of 4A paper.

"The Legend of Wukong" a very strange name, is it written about Sun Wukong?

As one of the four great masterpieces of Chinese literature, "Journey to the West" is naturally well-known to everyone, especially since every summer vacation CCTV re-broadcasts their version of "Journey to the West", what else is there to write about? And it wont be in classical Chinese either!

Li Dongfang continued reading with this idea in mind ——

  Chapter One

Four people walked here, in front of a dense forest, and there was no road anymore.

"Wukong, Im hungry, go find something to eat." Tang Monk said with a big gesture, sitting on the stone.

"Im busy, cant you go find it yourself?... Its not like you dont have legs." Sun Wukong said with his staff in hand.

"Are you busy? Busy with what?"

"Dont you think this sunset is beautiful?" Sun Wukong said, his eyes still gazing at the horizon. "I can only keep going west every day by looking at this."

"You can look and find at the same time, just dont bump into a big tree."

  ………………

Contrary to Li Dongfangs expectations, it was not a classical Chinese text, but rather a prose-like writing with many exclamations and humorous sentences that made one laugh, such as ——

"What is love in this world?" The Buddha said: "A useless thing!!"

"If Heaven knows I am sincere, let even stones grow buds."

"Buddha is in your heart, whats the use of talking about it? Its no better than farting!"

There is also Sun Wukong in "Journey to the West", although there are humorous elements in the book, but more is the domineering spirit of standing tall and unyielding, just like "Whats the point of my birth? Cant laugh. Whats the point of my death? Wont reduce my pride."

"If the sky is pressing me, I will chop that sky; if the earth is confining me, I will trample that earth. We were born to be free, who dares to stand above us?"... Sun Wukong is a hero, a hero who defies heaven and stands on earth. This is Li Dongfangs impression after watching."

"This is Wangs private phone number, if Xiaochens parents sign and agree, you can call Wang." Wang Ni was indirectly sending them off, Su Xichen naturally understood the hint and left the publishing house with Li Dongfang.

"Is it true that you wrote Journey to the West?" asked Li Dongfang.

"Of course, Huaxia has a clear regulation that if its plagiarism, it will be sentenced to 30 years."

"Xiao Si, youre really amazing, you can actually publish a book!" Li Dongs eyes already had a hint of admiration.

Some people say that there are three types of men who attract women the most. One is the artistic youth, who speaks eloquently and writes poem after poem, especially for young girls, who seem to be particularly fond of this kind of thing, and they call it romance.

There is another type, that is, the prodigal son. Some people say that the prodigal son is a gust of wind, unrestrained and free-spirited, which can easily arouse maternal instincts in young women, who want to make this gust of wind stop, but ultimately follow it drifting away.

The third is uncle, there is a saying that when a man gets old, he can only be called master, while the word "uncle" is exclusive to high-rich-handsome men.

This sentence fully shows that not everyone can be a big uncle, this kind of male maturity, with a certain level of knowledge and temperament, knows how to care for people, so for Lolita, or women who lack fatherly love, have particularly great destructive power.

Young girls, young women and Lolita are restrained by three types of men: literary youth, rascals and uncles.

"Where are we going now?" asked Li Dongfang.

"Of course go back to the classroom, now I guess the first class is already over, congratulations to you for successfully skipping class."

"Ah!" Li Dongfang suddenly realized, his small face instantly turned pale, and it was only at this moment that he remembered he had skipped class to go to the publishing house.

"Haha, gotcha! Ive already asked the teacher for leave."

"Die little four, bad little four, you dare to cheat me!" Under the sun, the chase and fight between young boys and girls are the most beautiful memories of youth...
