Rare Boots: Ruby Soles
Type: Footwear
Rarity: Rare
Effect: Crafted from the finest ruby-encrusted leather, these boots shimmer with an enchanting red glow. They seem to sparkle even in the darkest of dungeons, and the faint sound of distant music can be heard when they move.
Passive Effect: Grants +10% Movement Speed When wearing these shoes, you can't slip, and will resize to fit the wearer.
Additional Effect: When activated (once per day), the shoes allow the user to "Click" their heels together, triggering a teleportation effect. This effect teleports the user up to 30 meters to a location within line of sight and has a 24-hour cooldown.
Durability: 150/150
Special Effect: When the shoes are worn, the user hears the faint sounds of a melody every time they activate their teleportation. This doesn't impact combat; only the wearer can listen to it.
Adam could do without the bright red color and the obvious reference to a movie. The melody might be nice, but he missed music. Not being able to slip on something was a nice effect, but the teleporting was what made him the most excited. Adam reached out, taking off his ragged boots and putting these on.

Level 5 reached gained Ability token.
Adam was excited to use the Ability token, but he wanted to hold off and read more of the books. He had to make sure he wouldn't make a mistake, but to do that, he needed to find a new safe place to hide, so he had to keep moving into the dungeon.
Before setting off, Adam knelt to inspect his new boots one last time. As expected, they fit snugly, but it wasn’t just about comfort. The Teleportation effect would prove invaluable if things got bad. 30 meters of teleportation was a significant distance, even in this dark labyrinth. If he needed to escape or maybe reposition quickly, this could be the edge he needed.
Adam kept moving, careful with each step. The narrow passage stretched ahead. The faint sound of dripping water echoed through the tunnel, but it was soon replaced by a subtle, almost imperceptible rustling. Adam’s eyes narrowed as he slowed his pace, crouching slightly to get a better view.
Near the foot of the wall, he spotted something unusual just before the path branched into another tight corridor—green tendrils spiraling up the stone, tiny yellow buds dotting the tops like little lanterns.

Herb Identified: Luminescent Ivy (Rare)
Effect: This can be used to create a salve that increases visibility in low-light conditions for 30 minutes.
Adam’s lips twitched into a grin. Luminescent Ivy—it was a perfect find. He knelt down, carefully plucking a few strands of the ivy from the stone. As he did, the little buds glowed softly, casting faint blue light in the dimness of the tunnel. The herb's glow was a welcome sight in the otherwise dark area.
Adam moved further, now more aware of his surroundings as if the very stones might hold secrets. He spotted something else to his left: a cluster of blue mushrooms growing along the rocky floor. Their caps were dark and seemed to pulsate, the colors swirling as though alive.
[SYSTEM MESSAGE]Herb Identified: Wraithcap Mushrooms (Uncommon)Effect: Consuming raw will cause temporary hallucinations but increases focus for 30 minutes. Often used in potions to enhance combat awareness.
He found shrooms. Picking them for later, They might come in handy. If brewed into a potion, they could offer a temporary edge in combat, and heightened awareness during a fight could make all the difference, especially in this hostile environment. A distant growl of something echoed as if to highlight how hostile this place was.
Deciding this place was a decent place to rest, with the soft glow of light, he sat against a rock and decided to chew on his rooooot while reading more of the book.
Abilities are special powers granted by your class and far more powerful than skills. These abilities set your class apart and determine how you excel in combat, exploration, or other activities.
- Every class has its own unique set of abilities that make them strong or specialized in certain areas.
- Abilities can be unlocked, enhanced, or strengthened through Class Ability Shards, leveling up, and other special conditions.
- Class Abilities generally don’t require MP or Stamina to use (although some may), but they are based on your class's nature (combat, crafting, magic, etc.).
Example:
- A Warrior might have an ability like "Power Strike", where they perform a heavy blow to deal massive damage.
- A Healer might have "Healing Touch", which restores a large amount of HP over time.
- A Scout might have "Stealth", allowing them to move undetected for some time.
- Abilities can improve over time as you level up or gain certain resources like Class Ability Shards.
- Class Ability Shards can unlock new abilities or enhance existing ones. For example, you might get the "Power Strike" ability to do 150% damage instead of 100% damage.
"How Do You Unlock a Subclass?"
Here’s the trick: subclasses are not handed out easily. You have to prove you’re worthy of them! In order to unlock a subclass, you need to:
- Need to have a Rare class:
- Reach Level 10 in your Base Class. This shows that you have the experience and dedication to take the next step.
- Complete a Special Trial. The system will give you a clue when you're ready. It could be a dungeon, a quest, or even a major battle. This trial will test your limits and push you further than you’ve ever been before. Only by completing it will you unlock your subclass potential.
- Choose Wisely Once you’ve passed the trial, you’ll be presented with several subclass options. Each one offers different skills and abilities. This choice will define the rest of your journey—pick carefully!
He decided that was enough, so he chose to use his Ability token.

Congratulations! You’ve chosen to use your Ability Token.
Please choose an ability for your class, Herbalist. Since this is a legendary class, you have more options than the standard two.
Garden Sanctuary
Type: Passive/Active
Effect: You create a personal garden space that allows you to plant, grow, and nurture herbs and plants at an accelerated rate. You can access this space by meditating for 10 minutes.
Time Difference: For every level you gain, the time difference between the garden and the outside world increases by one day. At Level 5, 1 day in the outside world equals 5 days in the garden.
Cooldown: None (but meditation is required to enter the space).
Note that this space is for plants only, so you can’t use this space for training. {Except for a few rare skills}
Type: Passive
Effect: Your connection with nature enhances your natural healing ability. When you rest in an area rich with plant life, you regenerate health, stamina, and mana at an accelerated rate. The more diverse the plant life, the faster you recover.
Type: Active
Effect: You can create a temporary shield made from plant matter. The shield absorbs damage up to a set limit and then dissipates, leaving behind a patch of plants that heals allies in the area over time. The more rare or powerful the herbs used, the more damage the shield can absorb.
Cooldown: 1 Hour
Bonus: Absorbs damage up to 30% of your max HP. Heals allies within the radius for 10% of their max HP over 10 seconds after the shield is broken.
Type: Active
Effect: You can combine two or more herbs to create a hybrid, which could become more substantial than all its parts or weaker. The higher the herb quality, the stronger the effect.
Cooldown: 1 Hour
Adam already knew what he wanted, so he chose Garden Sanctuary everywhere he had been so far. He has had different herbs so far, and with him planning on traveling, he wanted to make sure he had everything he needed at all times. Plus, time dilation! Come on.
He was tempted by the other ones, but Garden Sanctuary also grew with him. Lv 100 would mean 100 days for every day outside. If he can plant anything in there, he could do a lot with it. He would enjoy playing with it when he was out of there.
