As they arrived back at the white room, Rue couldn’t help but marvel at the ability. Did they just transfer between worlds? Just like that?. “Can you guys do it over and over?” Rue asked Ashram, who had just appeared in front of him and was already sitting, drawing a sharp breath.
Did the spell exhaust him? Is this even a spell?
“No, we have a limit. So we have to make our choice count.” Ashram said.
A strange pride welled inside Rue; this means he has done better than billions.
“Take a seat, Rue. First, I recommend starting with your class option, as your general and frost skill options will be upgraded by the class you choose. After that, we will go through every single one of your other skill options, and then I will tell you what I currently know about your friend,” Ashram outlined.
Tell him what he can? Does that mean there’s a reason why he can't reveal everything?
“Sounds good to me,” Rue said. He moved to his chair, briefly glancing at all of his weapons, and everything was there. Good. The chest was also neatly arrayed on the floor. The scroll was on top of one of the chests.
Now for his class option…
Frost Swordsman (Uncommon) – Your preference for the way of the blade has been noticed. Carve in a thousand cuts that seeped your opponent's strength by the second, granting them a slow, painful death. Mastery of the frost sword is a way of life for you. The creeping cold is your ally, and the steel is your death dealer. (Strength + 50, Dexterity + 75, Vitality + 50)
Frost Mage (Uncommon) – Your interest in magic has been noticed. Bend the will of ice to your will. Frost is a blank canvas you use to weave spells onto your enemy, delivering the slow, chilling death they deserved. (Arcane + 100, Mind + 100)
Frost Wizard (Rare) – You have shown the aptitude of frost magic, one worthy of the arcane. Harness the power of frost, be engulfed with its primordial essence – conquer it and shape it to your desire. Take your spell further than ever before, it's no longer a weapon but your way of life. (Requirement: Complete Quest, Wizard Tower) (Arcane + 200, Mind + 200)
Frost Light Bringer (Mystic) – Your benevolence toward others has been noticed. You have safeguarded those who are powerless, leading them to safety. Such acts are worthy of a Light Bringer. Bathed with cold light, the power of Frost will take the shape of light manipulation. Blessed by the benevolent god, you can raise support for others, leading them and making them more powerful to face the difficult challenges ahead. (Requirement: Complete Quest, The Benevolent Leader) (Arcana + 500, Mind + 600, Perception + 100)
“Ugh,” Rue scrunched his face. Yeah, not this one. Having a support class is the last thing he would do. But it's quite interesting that he got this option just by helping others. What would happen if he turned into some psycho murderer? Would he also get a class that reflected that?
“Which one is not to your liking?” Ashram asked. He is no doubt also reading his option.
“Light Bringer”
Ashram grunted, failing to hide his disappointment.
“I assume this is the one you want me to take?”
“Well, it's just… Most strongest individual forgoes support classes in favor of a traditionally more powerful one. If you pick this one, you will be sought after by others no doubt. It will be to great advantage”
For their war effort, no doubt... Rue has not decided whether to go through with the Soul Harvester profession or not. He will just decide on this tour, Ashram talked about.
“I’m more interested in the last two,” Rue said.
“Ah, yes. These are very powerful indeed.”
Frost Necromancer (Legendary) – You have dealt Frost to your opponent, enough to raise their body from the dead if you had the capability – the power to do so in your grasp, should you wish it. Death is not the end – it's the beginning for you. Your Frost shall take over the body of your dead enemy, raising them to your ever loyal soldier who will stop at nothing for you. Your order is their deepest wish, your existence is their deepest honor, you're their lord more so than any gods will ever be. (Requirement: Complete Quest, Death Parade) (Arcana + 700, Mind + 500, Perception + 300)
Rue gulped the spit that had been building up in his throat.
Now we’re talking.
Despite his nervousness. This is certainly something he would love to have. Even with the ominous description.
“Don’t pick that one,” Ashram said.
“Huh?” Rue gaped, almost shouting at the creature. “Why not?”
“Well, you can. But the offer for the Soul Harvester Profession will be off.” The bony creature leans back and crosses his skeletal hand, making a clack.
“Can I have an explanation on why, at least?”
“Because of the possibility of what you can do with these Class and Soul Harvester Profession. There’s some example… in the past with the Necromancer Class with our Profession. Let’s say millions dead Rue”
“Oh,”
That made Rue more curious about this class.
“I will make this easy for you. We’ll still be interested in you if you pick Frost Light Bringer or Frost Mage Knight. Frost Wizard is also not bad, but we'd rather have you with the other two.”

Right, Frost Mage Knight. He still needed to read the last one.
Frost Mage Knight (Legendary) – Your usage of Frost Weapons and skins has been seen. Stalwart and ever so tough, a knight is a bastion of hope or a source of death, depending on who it is. Wrought by the Frost itself, your body is as deadly as your weapon and spell. Melding arcane with martial might and weapon armor mastery is something as easy as breathing for the Frost mage knight. No mastery of power is beyond you; everything is within your grasp. The perfect warrior is one who will always learn and adapt. (Requirement: Complete Quest, Roguery, or Valor) (Strength + 500,Vitality + 500, Dexterity + 400, Arcana + 300, Mind + 300, Perception + 200)
“They mentioned a quest requirement to get through. This will be convenient for you,” Ashram said, mumbling each word.
“Convenience?”
“Yes, these are pocket quests. A quest that would deliver you to another dimension, just like how portals work– you can ditch the annoying part of the ph– ehm,” Ashram coughed. “Please ignore what I was just saying.”
Pocket quest? It looks like Ashram had read these three of his potential quests. The Entram is quite a fast reader. Also, ditch the phase? What did he mean by that? Rue doubted Ashram would answer those questions.
It's sure is strange seeing the skeletal creature coughing. This might be something he needed to get used to.
Quest: Wizard Tower
Arcanery is something that needs to be studied before used. The first step is to obtain the necessary scroll for it. Enter the tower of the wizard and steal the scroll of Frost from its great library. The watchful gaze of the librarian is something you need to take into account. Avoid them if possible.

Reward: Upgrade to Frost Wizard Class upon completion.
Reward: Frost Wizard Skill Option X2.
Reward: Staff of the Librarian (uncommon).
Reward: Tome of the Librarian (Uncommon).
Reward: Librarian Profession (Uncommon).
Reward: Robe of the Magus (Rare).
Reward: Scroll of Frost Class (Rare).
“I get a profession from this? What would happen if I complete the quest before the Second Phase is completed?” Rue asked.
“The profession will only work if the system allows you to have it”, Ashram said. “I doubt you will take this one. Let's move on to the others.”
Quest: The Benevolent Leader.
A leader is somebody who makes those around them become their best self instead of themselves. Guide fifty people to their class upgrade and level 20. Bless five of them with the guidance of light, offering the Paladin classes. Swear an oath to let go of any offensive skill in exchange for a supportive skill. Each support skill as your follower grow in power as those you help grow.
Reward: Upgrade to Frost Mage Class upon taking the quest.
Reward: Upgrade to Frost Light Bringer Class upon completion.

Reward: Bound Sword (Rare) X5.
Reward: Greater Healing Potion (Rare) X10.
Reward: Greater Mana Potion (Rare) X10.
Reward: Mana Essence Pill (Rare) X10.
If he ever has doubts about rejecting this class before, then this quest is the decider. Letting go of offensive skill for a supportive one is absolutely a no-go for Rue. And he doubts he will do a good job at leading people, this class seemed to build upon that. Maybe Pax will be perfect for this class.
Also, followers? What is he? Cult leader? The prospect of someone else having a class similar to this is quite terrifying to him. Will the world leader on the new earth be decided by their class? That problem will surface if they manage to save Earth. Better think about it when the time comes.
“Still not interested in this one? This one is not a quest that took place in a different dimension; you can clear this one as you continue through the Tutorial Phase,” Ashram said. The Entram did not make any effort to hide his disappointment by letting his shoulder drop.
“Sorry, Ashram,” Rue said, shaking his head. “Can you tell me the difference between Mystic and Legendary?”
“Mystic is a rank that symbolizes things that are long gone, Rue. Most might not be as powerful as Legendary rank, but this skill certainly is. In a way, Mystic is much harder to get.”
“But, not necessarily more useful?”
“That entirely depends on what you’re aiming for, especially in class.”
“We proceed to the next one, then.”
Ashram did not offer any argument this time, which Rue was grateful for.
Quest: Frost Necromancer
A Necromancer, first and foremost, needs to learn to insert their magic into the death. Apply frost to the twenty bodies you have killed. Turn their skin into a complete blue of Frost.
Reward: Upgrade to Frost Mage Class upon taking the quest.
Reward: Upgrade to Frost Necromancer Class upon completion.
Reward: Frost Necromancer Skill Option X5
Reward: Necromancer Staff (Rare).
Reward: Cloak of Death (Mystic)
Reward: Glossary of the Necron (Legendary).
So easy… “Why is this one so easy?” Rue spluttered, still not believing his eyes.
Ashram massaged his forehead, making a clacking of bones grating against each other. “Yes, that… Honestly, we did not know why, but this is part of the problem. If anyone somehow gains access to a bunch of strong classes like you, they tend to choose the easier quests. And, somehow, evil classes like this are much easier than good ones. Your next quest will encapsulate this also.”
Next quest? Why is being a Mage Knight considered an evil class? Rue did not even think necromancer is necessarily evil, perhaps it's his naivety, well, it probably is. But, he can just target a monster to raise, right?
Quest: Roguery or Valor
A knight needed to choose the oath of good, to serve those who are in need. Or oath of evil, to serve oneself's personal needs more than others. The Bakan – a creature of blocky stone is a peaceful being, yet a great force of evil has invaded their homeland, threatening to destroy them with the power of Frost. You shall choose a Path of Valor or a Path of Roguery. Defend the Bakan against the creature of Frost, or help the Frost creature to destroy the Bakan.
Reward: Upgrade to Frost Mage/ Frost Swordsman Class upon taking the quest.
Reward: Upgrade to Frost Mage Knight Class upon completion.
Reward: Frost Mage Knight Skill Option X3
Reward: Winter Song Sword (Mystic).
Reward: Rime Guard Shield (Mystic)
Reward: Heart of Skadi Armor (Mystic).
Reward: Access to Knighthood Order if Path of Valor taken.
Reward: Access to Roguery Skill System if Path of Roguery taken.
These rewards almost made Rue droll. The sword, The Armor and the Shield! Without a doubt, the greatest reward will be this quest. And honestly, Frost Mage Knight sounded like the most powerful of all the classes, with the necromancer being one exception.
“You see my point? If you have taken Path of Roguery, then this quest will be incredibly easy to conquer”
“These Bakan are they-”
“They’re real Rue.” Ashram cut Rue off with a stern voice, the Entram hammer deep into the next point to Rue. “Do not mistake them like the souls your friend Cel created. They had existed for hundreds of years, with their own culture and way of life. And yes, they’re currently under attack by a creature of Frost. For us, we will still take you even if you go through with this Path of Roguery.”
Then Ashram stopped talking, he tapped one of his bony fingers on the white table, clacking off a LongBone handle.
“But, personally? I don’t want you to take the evil path.”
Rue nodded, slowly thinking about it. What would he do? Knowing that these Bakan have a real soul with an entire life of their own does impact his decision. Right then and there, Rue knew he would not take the Path of Roguery.
“Let me make our position clear, Rue. This might help you decide. We would prefer you take the Frost Light Bringer Class. Should you do, we would still accept you even if you did terribly in the Second Phase.”
“That if I'm still alive,” Rue pointed out.
“We unfortunately can’t offer direct assistance. Well, there will be one watcher actually, but just one of us is not enough to tip the balance of failure and success,” Ashram continued. “We will not offer our Profession if you decide to go with the Frost Necromancer Class. Enough tragedy has made us learn”
“I understand,” Rue said, still not offering his answer. “Well? What about the Wizard and Mage Knight?”
