Alright, so I want to get my reader's perspective on if I should start a new fiction for Quiet Magic or if I should just have it as one continuous volume. So, please, take a moment to participate in this poll. It will help me get a better idea of what my readers want.

The first thing was the sound.

A faint ringing, sharp and endless, like glass trembling on the edge of shattering. It wove through her mind until it was all she knew, drowning out every other sense. It throbbed in rhythm with her heartbeat, each pulse jagged and hot, as though the noise had carved itself into the marrow of her bones. She floated there for what felt like hours, pinned beneath the sound, unable to think of anything else.
