  “What’s wrong?” Claire asks.

  “Nothing at all.” Eunice answers her. “The two of you are making a habit of surpassing expectations.”

  Tolbur, laughing, explains. “The two of you have the attributes of a strong Level Six or Seven.”

  “What.” Tanner exclaims.

  “They might possess a concealed blessing.” Eunice says, in answer to Bree’s question.

  Rhys asks. “That would not show until level 1, would it?”

  “Depends on the Blessing. A class blessing will not show until level ten. An Attribute Blessing can show up after level one. Another Blessing type will not become visible until they meet the requirements. Same for talents and skills. It is uncommon for skills and spells to receive Blessings. Of course, certain conditions can prevent any or all Blessings from being visible. When they meet the requirements, they will show. I believe we can rule out spells and skills. They have none showing except Meditation. The same for Talents and Attributes. They have them, but they would list as blessed. Only attributes that synergize for a balanced build will be Blessed. The only option I can think of is the possibility of a Blessed Class. They need a certain baseline to receive. It would still show up in their status sheet, though. It could just be that they both worked so hard on their attributes, they got rewarded. Of course, I could be completely wrong.”

  “Why would we be receiving a Blessed Class?” Tanner asks.

  “Sometimes the Gods need Champions. At least that is what past accounts have showed when blessed classes are involved. Before you ask. This is all speculation. I do not know of impending Tribulations. You both may just be very exceptional.” Eunice answers.

  “Could it be connected to their Affinities?” Harold asks the room.

  Rhys speaks up after scrutinizing the pairs of status sheets. “Those are my thoughts. No one has possessed Origin Essences for centuries. It could very well be a natural phenomenon for Origin holders.”

  “So more questions.” Bree sighs.
