Iota Crucis summoned her Viking axe, “Remember, it’s not like they are going to give you any mercy.”
“Agreed!” Gamma Crucis said.
Not a moment too soon, even more armored guards appear in cars and motorcycles.
Epsilon Crucis her katanas and held them over her head while channeling her Aethereal energy, “RAJIN REQUIEM!” Epsilon Crucis executed by conjuring lightning from the sky to her blades. With her katanas fully charged with electricity, she swung both katanas, firing lightning blade-like projectiles. Cutting motorcycles and cars in half while electrocuting the armored guards.
But still, many of them were coming.
Spotting him 20 feet away, Gamma Crucis held out her hand and performed an Aethereal technique, “BLAZING PUMMAGE GUARD!” Gamma Crucis executed, creating a 20-foot wall of fire and trapping him. The armored guards would drive through it, which would be a mistake as the cars, motorcycles, and themselves would catch fire.
But they were persistent as the armored guards fired at the 20-foot firewall. Shooting blindly as if it was going to do anything. Unbeknownst to them, a sniper was behind them, picking them off one by one.
A fiery stray bullet hit Iota Crucis in the shoulder, but it didn't cause any damage as it crumbled into dust. Gamma Crucis' firewall can also melt all metals on contact.
But still, it pissed off Iota Crucis, “You done fucked up now!” she stepped up and held her axe in her hair as she channeled her Aethereal energy, “WYRM-SPLITTER!” and with a mighty overhead swing, she struck the ground, causing a small earthquake. The ground started to splinter as cracks spewed out beams of light and gas.
The armored guards hit the shockwave first, downing them. Then, the blast sends them flying aimlessly in any direction. Iota Crucis' attack put out the fire, but it did its job. She laughed at the destruction she had caused.
The remaining armored guards came to their feet, burned and in pain.
Iota Crucis saw the humor in this as she laughed. Leading the charge, Epsilon and Gamma Crucis followed.
The armored guard was fighting for their lives, but they were no match for the sentinels. Even CherikoX got into battle by sniping Epsilon Crucis' would-be opponents. It was cool at first, but it was getting annoying.
CherikoX was two thousand yards away from the loading dock as she was camped on a nearby rooftop.
“Sorry, Epsilon, but I have a new streak to set,” CherikoX said out loud, loading her rifle.
Meanwhile, Iota Crucis brutally bludgeoned anyone who got near her with the axe. As she cut through her opponents, Gamma Crucis showed finesse and skill like a ballerina. Her katana was like a hot knife, and the armored guards we like butter. For Epsilon, she is blunt and straightforward, hacking them into pieces with her dual katanas.
When they get done, more armored guards will be stupid enough to show up, only to be taken down.
Inside the brothel was even more chaotic. The armored guards and employees stood no chance against the strike team led by Alpha Crucis. Them dealing with their defiant property was one thing, but dealing with a magical girl who could freeze you to death, burn you to death, electrocute you to death, turn you into a stone statue, or just plain beat the living shit out of you? That's what she wrote. Even the customers weren't spared as they dealt with them with extreme prejudice.
In every corridor and hallway Alpha Crucis took, another room was filled with debauchery and depravity. It seemed like the victims were getting younger and younger. She showed restraint every time she looked into a customer's eyes who wanted to rip their throats out.
The security was a bit tame that night, but it wasn't like they weren't trying to fight back. They knew they were outnumbered, outclassed, and outgunned. When they saw what happened outside, Alpha Crucis guessed they counted their blessings and surrendered.
The captured women, men, and children would be accounted for and receive the best medical care the Crux would provide them, sparing no expense of their treatment. By the night's end, it would be a real meat market for those responsible.
Hours later, the Crux took over the daemon meat market, and the rest of the guards and employees surrendered. Securing the area and taking care of the victims were now their priorities.
Resentful that the magical girls went along and did the raid themselves, Simon was irate that he wasn't there, and the suspect got away. The location of the daemon meat market was outside of a suburb, hidden in plain sight.
People around the area received apparent attention as they watched people being escorted out of the building by young girls dressed in magical girl costumes.
It even got nationwide press as B.B.C. London was at the scene with their news anchor, recording on his iPhone:
"Aldehyde Rex from B.B.C. News. We are streaming live." He said while filming the situation. “This has been a bizarre moment tonight outside of Holland Park. From what I have gathered, almost everyone woke up to the sound of gunfire and thunderstorms less than an hour ago. As you can see, they are people being put into ambulances... I'm counting about 40 so far.

"Most of them are women and young boys. We had seen many being reunited with their loved ones... And I have been told that the Crown Police are now involved with the situation, but these other girls dressed like anime superheroines were solely responsible for this supposed raid."
He then spots Alpha Crucis instructing a group of Shining Stars, "Maybe the one in yellow is the one in charge. She looks like she is in charge... Excuse me, ma'am!"
Aldehyde walked up towards her as she walked away. Not to avoid her, but she had other things to do.
"Excuse, ma'am. Aldehyde Rex from B.B.C. News. May ask for your updates about the situation?"
Alpha Crucis turned to him without stopping, “The situation?”
“Yes, many people around the area called about--”
Dealing with this press before, Alpha Crucis knew they would be persistent pests. Instead of ignoring them, she stopped walking and told the reporter, "We had a strong lead about a skin trade here in this area. There was indeed a firefight, but that was handled. Right now, those involved with such trade and their customers are being processed with the help of the Crown Police. We will be getting these victims some much-needed help and medical attention. We will disclose everything in this ongoing investigation in 24 hours." Afterward, Alpha Crucis left.
It worked, leaving the reporter satisfied, "And there you have it! We have confirmation about what truly happened here... Such a shocking development here in Holland Park--"
“Hey, are you a reporter!” someone hollered out.
Aldehyde swung around to see a man in tactical gear walking towards him with short black hair, a matching beard, and green eyes. He had a pair of seafoam green angel wings.
“Are you filming?!” He shouted. “I got something to say!”
“Um, sure-- Are you with the police--”
“Simon Deveraux, U.S. Marshal.” He identified.
"U.S. Marshal? This way out of your jurisdiction, isn't it?" Aldehyde wondered.
Simon asked the camera, "You Third Rev bastards want to capture and enslave daemons for profit? As God is my witness, we have just begun. The veil has been lifted, and whatever God you pray to will not save us from us--!"
“Simon, stop it!” Then, another woman in purple shouted in the background as she sprinted.
“I have the right to speak, sentinel!” Simon defended.
"You will when we have a conference! And you are not supposed to be here. Shining Stars!" She summoned as her Shining Stars escorted Simon away.
"I thought we were on the same team, Iota! I guess I was wrong!" Simon shouted while being taken away.
Iota Crucis knew it was tactically dangerous, showing one's real emotion to the press and directly calling out the Third Revelation. She knew Simon was a hothead who wouldn't take no for an answer.
“Iota?” Aldehyde wondered by putting his camera on her face.
With a deep sigh, she identified herself, “Iota Crucis. Crucis Sentinel of the Crux.”
“You looked familiar, but you have a new uniform,” Aldehyde remembered.
"Yes. As one of us had said, we are still investigating and will have an official press conference in 24 hours." Iota Crucis summarized quickly as she walked away from Aldehyde.
"So, the long-fabled all-female organization 'The Crux' has shown itself after many decades in secret. It all makes sense, seeing such domination. Brutal, but in my honest opinion, much necessary." He praised. "Ending the stream. I will be back with the press conference about their investigation. This is Aldehyde Rex from B.B.C. News. Holland Park.”

Simon took refuge in their cafeteria, trying to cool off. Iota Crucis stormed in and made a beeline toward him.
"What the hell was that all about?!" she yelled. "I thought you were in Lancashire with Jervis and Christopher!"
Simon shrugged, “Things got handled quickly; I was in the neighborhood to say hi--!”
"Don't play dumb with me! This situation is very sensitive!" Iota Crucis said. "You are running your mouth, calling out the Third Rev! The last thing we need is to motivate them to attack another city!"
"Don't tell me what to do to, little girl. I'm not one of your pre-teen grunts. I am a grown-ass man who has real bureaucracy! So you better know where you stand!” Simon warned.
Iota Crucis couldn't help but smile, "You know what... I get it, Simon. I get it. I would be mad, too. You would rather be anywhere else but here and deal with the victims. Well, you and everyone else, but it is necessary. It's easy-going after perpetrators instead." She analyzed.
Then, Simon’s phone rang, and he already knew who it was as he dreaded answering it, “What?”
"Have you lost your damn mind? Your little threat made international news!" Jervis yelled.
So loudly that Iota Crucis could hear it. She shook her head and left.
"You didn't need me. My team had their instructions. Lancashire was already flipped--"
"If you had stayed, it wouldn't have been the case! We intersected them, Simon. They took them down, but there are still some people missing!" Jervis yelled.
“Then, I was proven right... You didn’t need me, so you went here.” Simon lofted.
"We had this conversation back at the castle! I'm not going to repeat myself. You are not a child, but you are not a crusader either. Do not compromise this investigation." Jervis warned as he hung up.
Simon knew he was in hot water, and his assistance would have benefited Lancashire. To make matters worse, they planned what to do, and he was to not interfere with the raid. Jervis felt Simon had an ulterior motive to fly across the ocean unsupervised on an ongoing international case.
Simon stormed out of the room, but Iota Crucis tried to follow him; she received a call. It was Mu Crucis.
She answered it, “Talk to me, love.”
“Stop saying that in public, it’s embarrassing! And don’t you even pick up the phone anymore?!” Mu Crucis nagged.
But Iota Crucis ignored her, “Your voice sounds like you haven’t thrown up. Yet.”
“I went to the back offices…” Mu Crucis admitted.
“Never change, love...” Iota Crucis mocked.
“No, they were people still fucking there! It was horrible!” Mu Crucis complained. “Also, I discovered something major: their clientele records. Names, bank accounts, donations, gifts. Everything.”
“Okay, keep doing what you are doing. When Queenie comes by, we will tell her what we got. This is only the beginning.”
“Right, but where is this Bennett that Selena has been talking about?” Mu Crucis wondered.
“Her insider? Probably got exposed and sent home. Political bullshit, I guess.” Iota Crucis.
“Joke’s on them since we will be getting the gold stars,” Mu Crucis gloated.
“Not even important, love. Later.”
