  Senior God (loud voice): “If that happens, we would lose all followers from that planet, damn it! And so…”

  Junior God (dim voice): “So…?”

  Senior God: “It is your responsibility to make sure that humans win the war.”

  Junior God (nervously): “What?”

  He had just recently become a god, so he didn’t know much about the system and the rules of heaven.

  Senior God: “Just select a strong being from any world and summon it into that world to defeat the demon lord.”

  Junior God: “OK sir.”

  The Junior God began searching everywhere for a potential candidate. He searched through the history of summoning and reincarnation and found that never in history had someone from a planet called Earth been summoned or chosen. He got curious, so he began monitoring Earth.

  Then he saw… our main character saving two girls, even sacrificing himself for it. His heart melted like a dry sponge becoming soft after soaking water. Then he selected our main character as the chosen one.

  But as the Senior God saw, he became furious.

  Senior God: “Do you even realise what you did…?”

  Junior God: “What…?”

  Senior God (loud voice): “Out of all people you chose an Earth being as a hero! Do you even realise why no one ever got chosen from there?”

  Junior God: “Why…?”

  Senior God: “Because they are weak… How is he supposed to help the world, fight against demons, and defeat the demon lord…?” (deep sigh)

  Junior God: “So, now what sir…?”

  Senior God: “Now you did what you did.”

  Junior God: “Can’t we select a new one?”

  Senior God: “No, we can’t select a new one until he dies… Let him be summoned to another world. I will do the other works and… don’t do anything stupid.” (creepy voice)

  Junior God: “OK sir…”

  Senior God: “Now, since according to rules I have to give him an ability, I will give him a card where he can write any ability. I am sure he will get confused and write something stupid so it will seem fair. Also I will send one servant to scare him so that he panics and writes something stupid…”

  Senior God (shout): “…Elo!”

  Elo: “I am Elo, messenger of divine light, at your service sir…”

  Senior God: “Elo, look at that person. Your job is to go into the world and scare him until he uses his ability.”

  Elo: “At your command sir…”

  Then Elo moved into the planet, found the hero from afar, and observed him until…

  Elo (thinking): “I have an idea. I’ll change myself into a terrifying shiny monster in the forest so he can see me from far and run. I will chase him slowly till he uses his ability…”

  Now, when I (Elo) was running after him, I saw a light. I got closer and saw… Meena the killing machine… It was terrifying. I ran for my life to tell the Senior God what happened.

  When I reached heaven and met the Senior God, I saw the monitoring screen in which the hero is petting Meena. I was scared. I said nothing…

  Senior God: “Elo, you are dismissed…”

  Elo: “Yes sir…”

  Senior God: “Junior, do you know why Meena is referred to as the killing machine despite her appearance…?”

  Junior God: “Why sir…?”

  Senior God: “It’s because…”
