Chapter 7: Terror

It turns out finding the rabbit wasn't an issue. The issue was the giant, evil looking, spider preparing to eat the rabbit was.

The snake wasn't going to take this lying down, or rather lying still. He pounces from several yards away, flying as fast as an arrow. Imagine his shock when the spider jumped over him and he continued flying right until he smacked face first into a tree.

The snake suddenly felt a sense of dread come over it.

The snake jumped to the right as fast as possible. He then turned around nd saw the spider smack face first into the tree. He then struck at the spider, and as his fangs sunk into the spider the boxes appeared.

The snake didn't understand why the spider hadn't died, but when the spider started thrashing around, the snake began to coil around the connection of the two segments. Tighter and tighter the snake coiled and the exoskeleton of the spider began to strain. The spider panicked, thrashing and bucking, trying anything to get the snake off. Then, all of a sudden crunch, the exoskeleton broke.

The snake felt proud and then heard a roar, and he felt nothing but the shadow of death.
