BANG...BANG...BANG
"Chisuke! Wake up. We need to deliver the armor."
Scrambling up from the bed, half asleep; Chisuke responds, "Just go yourself."
"Haha...You know I can't carry it alone, besides Master wants us to leave an impression on.."
Chisuke was opening the door when he saw his apprentice-brother fall to the ground with a hole in his chest. Rocks started flying everywhere. A strong wind caused Chisuke to fly and roll on the ground. Looking up he could see two figures fighting, but couldn't make out their features because of the dust that appeared out of nowhere.
Suddenly one of the persons fighting hit the other causing him to come flying down at an incredible speed towards Chisuke. The ground couldn't support the impact and started crumbling down.
BAM!
Chisuke hit the floor hard, and his air had come out. He was struggling to breathe. As that was happening, he heard two voices talking over each other trying to talk to Chisuke.
"Boy, hand me that bottl...Ahhh" a woman spoke but her agonizing scream interrupted was she was about to say.
At the same time, the other voice was that of a being unknown to him. It felt chilling with each word spoken, "Touch the bottle, quickly!"
Although the voice seemed all the more powerful, it seemed the sound was coming from the bottle itself.
"Don't..listen..," the woman spoke a word at a time, but eventually started speaking fine, "You see that rock next to you throw it at the bottle, aiming towards me."
Chisuke was barely recovering from the fall but was puzzled at that woman's instructions.
"You dare say that, but look at yourself." the bottle started laughing, "A woman in chains or I. Choose."
Suddenly a drop fell on the chest of the woman, and she started to scream yet again. Chisuke noticed her chest as it began to burn. From flesh to bone to tissue. The woman had died.
"Quick, before she awakes."
BAM...BAM...BAMM
Rocks started falling where Chisuke stood, and it looked like he was about to be buried alive.
"What do you mean 'awakes'" questioned Chisuke.
"You don't have time for this; She is a vampire. Now grab the bottle."
Chisuke suddenly looked at the woman and started seeing her wound heal. Chisuke didn't know who to believe but reached for the bottle. As he did, he thought of the time when his father had taken him to see an alchemist only to be told his blood was tainted and would die young.
I wish I had her blood instead of mine.
As he let out that thought, he had already been holding the bottle. The bottle suddenly started glowing and disappeared from his grip.
"Noooo...Ahhhhhhhh..." The woman screamed before her body turned to a puddle of blood.
A cloud appeared out of nowhere and spoke, "Thank you; I am free now. As thanks, I advise you to drink that blood."
The cloud disappeared as quickly as it appeared. Chisuke just stared dumbfounded and approached the pool of blood. He thought the cloud probably new of his tainted blood and probably was telling him to drink it to save himself? The closer he got to it, he felt something was holding him back and couldn't move any further. As he stood still more and more rocks fell; one landing on Chisuke which caused him to fall face first on the pool of blood.
Chisuke felt the pressure of the rock on top of him and thought he would be buried alive. With the blood right on his mouth, he slowly started sipping it. He felt he would make it out alive if he did, but more and more rocks fell until the place Chisuke laid couldn't be seen.
