After the revelations of the tomes Damien and Fox began to speak on other business. Luc not being able to follow decided to go sit on a side couch. As he sat there, he became aware of Wolf staring at him. Wolf came closer and sat next to Luc and slowly sniffed. “You smell anxious,” said Wolf. “What are you talking about?” asked Luc. “You” Wolf smiled making him seem more wolfish “You smell of anxiety. Why are you so anxious?” Wolf asked, “Are you nervous about being around demi-humans?” “No, I am not nervous” Luc said. “Would you be more comfortable if I was in my human form” asked Wolf. Wolf smiled and there was a ripple that seemed to run through his entire body. Luc watched as Luc changed. The change ripple through Wolf’s body. The change stopped and there stood Wolf. The same tan skin and messy black hair. The same golden eyes and wolfish features but the wolf ears and tail were gone. “You look very handsome, why don’t you use that form more” Luc asked. “Because after I lost everything and Damien found me and gave me a new family. It was the hybrid form that Damien first saw and that is the form I have become most comfortable with.” Wolf said. “Do you have any other forms?” Luc asked. Wolf had a look of fear “Yes, I do, but I don’t use it. It is driven by rage and hate it is a beast” Wolf said, “ lets not talk about that, I have a question how do you know Damien?” “I have only known Damien for a few years” Luc said. “Yes, but how did you meet our brother,” said a voice. Luc started and looked around and saw Wraith and Shadow staring at him. “I met Damien about 3 years ago do you want to hear the story?” Luc asked. The others nodded as Luc began to tell his story.

  Damien smiled as he looked around and saw Luc telling the others some story or another. Damien turned back to Fox. “How are they Fox?” Damien asked. “They are doing well Damien” Fox said “Wolf has all the makings of a leader, but he is still young and reckless. He still likes to act on his instincts and not think his decisions though. When he overcomes that will be an excellent leader.” Damien smiled as he heard the group laugh about something Luc had said “That is good, and Wolf will grow and then few things will stop him” Damien said. “Shadow is proving to be a skilled spy, but he does not desire to lead, he can in if he sees no other choice, but he does not like it. Wraith is his own person as he has always been. He holds his own ideas and does not work well with others he does not respect. Wraith only seems to care for his brothers: Shadow, Wolf, and you” Fox said. “I am sure Wraith cares about you to Fox” Damien said. “No, I think Wraith respects me, but I fear there will be a day that some group manages to convince Wraith to betray me. He would do it but only if he was absolutely convinced of their purpose” Fox said with a dark look. “I do not think that Wraith would do that, but I am sure that Shadow and Wolf would keep anyone from being able to mislead him” Damien said with a soft smile. “I can hope that you are right Damien” Fox said. They continued to talk together as the day wore on.
