Ark, looking straight into the room with the muzzle of his gun aimed at the large man who was currently staring at Stone, pulled the trigger as a muzzle flash erupted from the barrel!
The bullet shot forward, accompanied by the loud sound of metal striking metal!
The head of the man in the suit in front of him snapped violently to the right, forcing him to raise his right hand to block as his body staggered to the right!
Even so, Ark continued to pull the trigger continuously, with bullet casings constantly flying out from the ejection port on the right!
Until finally, the sound of a heavy crash hitting the floor rang out! The man in the white suit fell to the ground, his right hand still raised to protect his left temple.
Seeing this, Ark took his finger off the trigger while staring at the man in the white suit with a slight frown, but this only lasted for a few seconds.
Before turning the muzzle of his gun to his left, stopping it dead aim at Stone.
Causing Stone, who was frozen in a shooting stance, to slowly raise the gun in his right hand pointing to the sky upon seeing the weapon aimed at his face, prompting Ark to speak up.
"Go get the box on the floor."
Hearing those words, Stone froze for a moment while using his left hand to point at himself, but Ark merely glanced at him briefly before shifting his gaze to the young woman in the black suit.
Who was still standing perfectly still, staring at his face. Sensing his gaze, she looked up at him, and right at that moment, he tilted his head toward the inside of the room.
Making her, upon seeing that, slowly turn to look inside, as Ark stepped back slightly to the right, pressing his body closely against the doorframe with his muzzle still aimed at Stone.
Which made Stone raise his left hand as well. Ark, seeing this, turned back to the woman who was still standing completely still, prompting him to speak.
"Go."
She flinched slightly before turning to him with wide, shocked eyes, meeting Ark's dead-still golden-yellow gaze fixed on her.
As a result, she quickly turned back inside and stared at the box on the floor, before hastily fast-walking toward it while her face slowly turned to look at the man in the suit lying on the floor.
Who was currently letting out faint groans, using his left hand to try and prop himself up from the floor, only to crash back down.
Making her quickly refocus her attention on the boxes on the floor, where she found three boxes stacked together while another box had fallen nearby. This caused her to grab two boxes in each hand and immediately walk back to Ark.
Ark, who turned to glance at her briefly, then turned to lock eyes with Stone before slowly backing away from the door until Stone could no longer see him standing there.
This caused Stone, who was sitting on the sofa, to lower his hands and smash his right hand holding the gun against the sofa!
"Damn it!"
The faint sound of something hitting the floor in front of him made him snap his head over almost instantly, and that was when he found one box lying on the floor not far from the body of his boss, who was currently thrashing his head back and forth.
Consequently, seeing that, he sat perfectly still for a moment before turning to look at his boss still lying on the floor. He then raised his gun, aimed it at the man's face, and pulled the trigger, sending another bullet crashing into his head!
That made his head snap backward before Stone quickly got up from the sofa, walked over to pick up the box on the floor, and headed to the door, poking his head out to glance left and right.
Seeing that the path outside was clear, he immediately hurried out of the room and headed right before breaking into a run. Taking only a split second, he reached the corner and turned to look to his left.
Revealing the fire escape door left wide open, with a red light shining out from the stairwell. Seeing this, he tilted his head slightly and quickly made his way to the fire escape door.
Inside the descending stairwell, the sound of a pair of boots smacked against the concrete stairs as the young woman in the black suit ran down, her right arm hugging the bags tightly.

With her left hand gripping the stair railing, she ran downward, while Ark was now sprinting right on her heels, his right hand gripping a bag while his left hand grabbed the railing.
The gun on his back bounced around. Looking at her back, he then glanced up, revealing the 5 flights of stairs he had already descended.
Turning back down, he ran past the 6th flight, relying solely on the dim red light from small bulbs attached to the stairwell every two flights on the left and right.
Causing the sound of both their running footsteps to echo throughout the entire stairwell, as they dashed past the 7th flight, with the 8th flight now appearing right in front of them.
At the bottom of the 8th floor, a door came into view. The young woman ran right past it, and just as Ark was about to run past the door as well, it suddenly swung open, slamming right toward his face!
Forcing him to swerve to the left as the door missed his face by a hair's breadth. This made him turn to look at the door.
And found about five soldiers standing right in front of it, resulting in both sides staring at each other's faces.
"That soldier holding the bag is an intruder!!"
The young woman's sudden shout caused Ark and the soldiers to immediately turn and look at her, as she spun toward the stairs and frantically dashed down!
Making Ark quickly turn back to the soldier, just as the soldier turned back to him—only to be met with Ark's left fist smashing straight into his face!
Sending the man's head snapping backward, while Ark raised his left foot and immediately front-kicked the soldier right in the abdomen!
That sent the soldier flying backward, crashing into the soldier behind him! The soldier behind him caught and braced him, stumbling back slightly in the process.
Which prompted all of them, who were looking at their comrade, to turn back and look at Ark standing on the stairs.
But what they saw was merely a pair of feet pointing at the sky, just dropping out of sight!
Causing them, upon seeing that, to freeze for a moment before rushing to the stairs and looking down! And that was when they found Ark, who had dropped down 3 flights, spinning in mid-air and slamming his feet against the concrete railing!
Causing cracks to appear on the concrete railing accompanied by the sound of shattering concrete! Ark crouched down onto the railing, his golden eyes glaring down the stairwell.
He found the young woman just one floor below. This made her, turning to look at him, back up tightly against the wall, sweat pouring down her forehead.
She then quickly turned back and immediately ran down the stairs! Seeing this, Ark glanced up, finding the men above pulling guns from their backs.
Seeing this, he looked forward and leaped down to the stairs below! The moment he hit the ground, he immediately threw himself flat against the wall.
Gunfire erupted right on his heels, bullets tearing into the stairs he had just jumped from, but the sound of gunfire vanished shortly after.
Ark, standing pressed against the wall while looking at the spot he had just jumped down from to find numerous bullet holes, lowered his head and lunged to vault over the railing, using his hands to grip the top of it.
As his body plummeted downward, he spun back toward the stairs below, revealing the lower flight of stairs where the young woman was running down!
He then let go, sending his body dropping down to land directly behind her as she ran down the stairs! Ark crouched down, using his right arm to brace against the wall.
Before turning to his left. With his eyes locked onto the young woman's back, he used his right hand to push himself forward, lunging straight at her back instantly!
And she, who was running down the stairs right then, felt the impact from behind and let out a scream!
In that trajectory, her body hurtled toward the wall just a few meters away! Forcing her to throw both hands up to shield her face and squeeze her eyes shut!
Resulting in the bag crashing to the floor! But a sudden yank from behind forced her eyes open almost that very second, revealing the wall a mere few centimeters away from her face.
Making her blink two or three times before she felt something wrapping around her waist, prompting her to look down and find someone's arm hugging her waist tightly.
Seeing that, she slowly, carefully turned to her right, only to find Ark currently crouching and staring right at her face. This made her instinctively shut her eyes and throw both hands up to protect her face.
"Pick up the bag."
Ark's voice breaking the silence made her freeze for a moment before she lowered her arms and opened her eyes to look at him. That prompted him, upon seeing her reaction, to speak up.
"Pick up the bag, now!"
The booming shout made her jolt as she turned back to the floor, finding the bag just a few meters from the wall. She hurriedly grabbed it as he immediately turned toward the stairs and vaulted downward!
That made her watch the stairs blur past as they descended, suddenly realizing that both she and him were currently suspended in mid-air.
Looking at the floor below, her eyes widened before she looked up, revealing the wall only a few meters away. This widened her eyes even further as she clutched the bag tightly!
But right at that moment, she saw Ark's right foot stretch out to make contact with the wall. Twisting his foot while shifting his body downward, he used that foot to launch them straight down to the next flight of stairs!
As Ark plummeted toward the stairs on the opposite side below, he pulled his left leg back, slamming both feet onto the ground. He crouched down, turned to the right, and immediately launched himself forward once again!
This sent both of them hurtling down flight after flight at breakneck speed! Leaving her with nothing else to do but wide-eyed terror as she screamed out loud!
But for the soldiers on the top floor who were currently running down, the sudden scream that rang out briefly and vanished made them stop dead in their tracks before immediately peering down below.
The sight of Ark appearing through the small gap between the stairs for only a split second before vanishing, then reappearing as he rapidly descended to the lower floors!
That made them completely freeze upon seeing it before exchanging looks with each other. Right at that moment, Stone dashed past them, making the soldiers who were staring at each other turn to look at Stone as he ran down the stairs.
Seeing this, they blinked a few times and immediately chased after him!
