[Germio]: By my informer, I have learnt that Immortalus Society will meddle with our war against Gem Faction.
Wedgermio was still having calm demeanor.
[Wedger]: I am alone in those meeting, does that mean I have to execute the team that will be send by them?
[Germio]: No, according to informer, the team itself isn't a great threat, however if we kill them, there are high chances that the Leader of the society himself will make a move or even worse, he may order Legendary General of Immortalus Society, Gomo Taka to annihilate us all.
[Wedgermio]: Now this meeting is making more sense.
[Germio]: Your mission is to abduct the captain of their team and hide it until the war ends.
[Wedgermio]: Who is their leader and also why are they currently?
[Germio]: Their whereabouts are unknown. They will likely disguise themselves as one of us however finding them itself isn't that hard. About their leader? Informer has confirmed it to be a human female perhaps.

About our mission?
From the information we have (Grimori and Kel were the ones to work hard to get this info though), Gem Society is good and Kankaar Society is bad.
I mean, Grimori and Kel's explanation was too complex for me to understand so what I deduced is that Gem Society is good society and Kankaar is sinful one.
I am simple minded person. I avoid dwelling into unwanted things. I am quite generous person right?
Meanwhile Mala and Lila are idiots. They were just shopping, shopping and shopping.
What do they think we are doing? Picnic? We are on a mission .
About me? Hey, don't accuse me of anything, I worked hard too... I don't remember things but I surely worked hard.
I was the one to follow Lila and Mala in their shoppings so they won't cause any show. Also I was the one to listen to all info Grimori and Kel collected.
I am like a captain of this team. I deserve damn respect.
ANNOUNCEMENT: CITY 156 OF KANKAAR SOCIETY HAS GONE UNDER CURFEW.
With that announcement, all our team gathered near the centre of market. We were having meeting inside the clock tower which was situated at the centre of market.

[Mala]: Hey you listened to that announcement?! We should make our movements faster.
This girl never misses a chance to get on my nerves. She has to interrupt while I was saying that exact line?
[Kel]: Could this be a trap?
[Grimori]: I suppose you are right.
Again, Mala was left embarrassed when everyone is disagreeing with her.

Well, she was looking angry. Can't blame her though. Kids have tendency to show outburst when things do go as they plan.

We were inside Kankaar Society's city 156.
Ah finally. Wait no.
Suddenly we bumbed into a stranger. He was weird guy but I was feeling unease around him.
"Who are you and what are you doing here? Haven't you heard about curfew?"
He asked.
Grimori and Kel were tensed about this situation.
[Lila]: Oh we heard it but...we just happened to catch our friend you see. She has a bad habit of running through places even if curfew has been placed.
Lila said while pinching Mala's hand.
"I see. What's her name?"
Asked that guy.
[Mala]: My name is Malaemio.
Ah yes. Thank god. According to info Grimori brought, the names of Kankaar Society's males' ends with 'mio' and that of females' ends with 'emio'.
I had just forgotten that thing. Thank god Mala remembered.
Who would have thought that such a reckless girl would remember such crucial fact.
"Where did you watch the announcement?"
Asked the guy.
[Lila]: It was telecasted on hologram projection right?
My heart was pumping faster. This is some dangerous situation we are in. Hope this helps.

He looked at us all and sighed .
[Wedgermio]: I see. You all belong to the team Immortalus Society has sent.
Everyone of us gets shocked and Grimori and Kel even draws out their sword and mage stick.
He...he found us. Wait that means he was already after us? He evens knows that we are from Immortalus Society, so the information of our mission was leaked? What is happening?
[Kel]: Binding Lights!
[Grimori]: Slashes!
[Lila]: Rope of purity!

[Pratik]: Shadow Gutte—
We activated our attacks at same time to kill me however...
[Wedgermio]: Range Shifting, Power Reversal.
All of our attacks landed on us.
Kel's eyes were bleeding badly. I can see him in intense pain. He didn't use his power at fullest and thankfully that saved Kel.
Grimori too was using lower output so he too while received bad wounds wasn't killed.
Lila was tied by her our ropes and so she can't use any other technique since Ropes of Purity technique nullifies Sorcery techniques. Also she can't move her body . She received the least damage.
Mala however on other hand received the most damage.
She was bleeding through her whole body I think. Her ribs are broken for sure.
I...I can't see this further. I am fine...my technique...I...am perfectly fine. Mine technique was meant to make sure the enemy won't run so the reversal of it was that I couldn't run. I am stuck at my place due to Shadow Gutter, slowly working as quick sand.
The technique that guy used...Range Shifting or also known as Range Shiftling is a technique used by sorcerers on Earth, mostly elite ones use it. It is special technique that increases the range of the technique that user activates. Range Shiftling works to increase the range of attack. However it can work as a separate technique too if made some changes.
It isn't just range amplifier.
Mala lost her consciousness.
