For how long did I sleep? It still is day so I doubt it was for too long but I’m more than sure it was at least for 2 hours. The reason for that? Quite simple, I had my mouth slightly open, making me droll. Yep… I should clean this up and… There, not even a trace left behind. Noice! Ahem! While I have no clue for how long I slept, at least time went by literally in a blink of an eye. I wasn’t tired at all as I didn’t even use close to 1% of my magic energy but since I was not in a mood to do anything productive, sleeping was the best solution that I came up with to pass the time rather quickly. Alright enough with my usual rumbling, I’m tired of laying in the bed with my blue eyes facing upwards, staring at the ceiling thinking about nothing as I just woke up. Time to get up and get my body moving, maybe I can train for a little bit while at it. Although, if I do so I will end up sweating, forcing me to take a shower… Well, I will surround the bathroom with a barrier so that I can clean and dry my clothes inside of it without worrying about someone barging in and seeing me exposed. You know, I’m a man of culture and while I wouldn’t mind them to do so, they at least need to take me out for dinner first. Indeed, my standards are that high!
However, the moment I get up and face the wall to my right, I’m met with something quite unexpected.
It’s another light orb and I can tell you that, it just appeared at this very moment as only now I’m sensing it with my Magic Sense skill. Since I’m looking directly at it (with a curious look on my face of course) there is no need for me to use the skill, however, with it I can further understand better what I’m looking at. For example, I can see if this light orb is an illusion caused by spell or just magic in general or a physical manifest of magic, creating this phenomenon in front of me. Now, this is not an illusion at all as I cannot sense any magic circle around this area as for anyone to use illusion magic, a spell is needed and for anyone to use a spell? Yep, you guessed it, a magic circle is needed. In a sense it would be quite similar to spells that are used as traps, as even though they might be hidden to the physical world, the magic circles are still there, eagerly waiting to be activated. What’s happening here is quite different as I can sense a link from this light orb into another dimension, one that I will guess it to be the real world. In other words, someone from the outside world somehow was able to get inside of this Bubble Universe without actually stepping inside instead, it did whatever is in front of me. Well, there is a good chance that this person did without Miranda and The Empress knowing it, let alone with permission from any of them. Hmm, now that I’m thinking about it, this light orb is similar to the one from Kiana conscious realm but that is only in terms of shape, dimensions and brightness as the colour is the complete and utterly opposite and of course the amount of magic present on them. This orb is coloured with a rather strong pink colour with a different hue as the colours stretch to the border of the orb getting lighter but also brighter at the same time. The orb on Kiana’s conscious realm does not seem to have much magic energy if any while this one in front of me, it has enough to compare it to an A rank adventurer. In other words, not small at all which of course, makes me blurt out the following question…
“Who are you?”
A reasonable question to ask I might say but I don’t expect an answer from it after all, how is it supposed for a light orb to speak? If it was Kiana’s conscious realm then that would be a completely different scenario as the orb does not need to physically talk for Kiana to be able to hear her speak but in this case, in the “real” world? Not possible, at least by conventional means. And yes, magic is the answer for this. There are a few ways as for example we can communicate by using a telepathic type of spell for example. Hmm, maybe that is what will happen?

“Are you the Hero?”
Well, that is an odd thing to ask, especially since you just met someone. I mean, while yes in reality she’s right however, there is nothing on me that shouts “I’m the Hero! Please look at me!”. Even if you used both the skills Magic Sense and Magical Eyes you would still have no clue who I am as just like Kiana, I also have the tendency to reduce my natural magic output to the very minimum. But, before I go on another tangent, let me express my thoughts about the voice that just spoke. First of all, it’s a woman's voice, I really can’t say the age but I doubt she is older than twenty years old but not younger than 18 or so as it didn’t sound like a teenager. Secondly, while Kiana's voice is music to my ears, The Empress voice is one that captivates you easily, getting your attention trapped on her “voice” however this orb, is on a different level altogether. I will even dare to say, fairy like. I do mean it, it was extremely soft spoken, just like touching cotton for example and even though she’s using magic to communicate with me, the way her magic vibrated throughout the air, reaching my ears mere milliseconds later and allowing me to hear and understand what she said, it was also a process that was done smoothly and softly. Perfectly in other terms. It’s not that complex, there are two magic circles, one right in front of you while the other at the end of your destination. Just speak towards the magic circle which will convert the sound into magic information and “move” it towards the destination, when the sound reaches the end then the magic circle will translate what you said into vibrations once again, ones that then are transmitted to the air and the rest goes like normal. After all, when you speak what comes out of your mouth is nothing more than vibrations that are then translated by our brains into concrete information, sounds in other words (something like that, don’t quote me on that). Anyway, her timber is actually acute, not annoying or glass shattering but, acute nonetheless. Kiana’s voice is more normal in that sense, as her voice is right in the middle term of being acute and deep although, I would say that she goes more towards the acute and for example, The Empress is just a little deeper and with a rather “echo” effect to it for some reason. The characteristics are both small but enough to notice, especially when you spend long periods of time with any of them. Anyway, enough of me thinking about random facts. I don’t feel any hostility from the light orb and in fact, quite the opposite, relief should describe it better. Why’s that the case?
“Yes, I am, what brings you here?”

“Save her?”
Ups, I unconsciously let this out into the world as my “shock” forced the words out of my mouth. Now, now, what do we have here? I really can’t say I was expecting something like this to happen, nor anything close to it but my Heroic instincts are telling me to listen to her. Welp, I really don’t have a choice so, I guess I will listen to what she has to say... Although, who is she referring to? Is it Miranda? I more than doubt that, from what I’ve seen she’s on good terms with her Empress. Actually, maybe it’s The Void Queen herself? Someone as strong and scary as her needs to be saved? Ha, good joke, you should change professions and become a comedian instead. Then, this only leaves me with two options. The first one is that there is someone else that I have yet to meet or, it’s indeed my cute Kiana that she’s referring to.
Something that I don’t doubt to be honest.
