“These… things, they are something that no normal man should ever face.”
The older adventurer lets this out into the world as his mind tries to fandom the beast a few meters in front of him, as his confident eyes are no longer confident but filled with dread instead, one caused by said “thing”. Not only that, he also recoiled a few steps backwards, ones that were done unconsciously as his instincts are shouting at him to leave, to leave everything behind and run as fast has his fatigued body allows him to, no, he has to break himself as otherwise he won’t outrun them.
The beast in front of him is coloured mainly in a dark shade of grey, with a few details in a strong but dark blue colour, it easily makes him stand out in the middle of all of them however, its size, it’s also a characteristic of him that does the same thing. He’s easily 3-4 meters tall, another 3 or so wide and for last, 5 meters long, standing still while menacingly looking around, allowing those three to carefully see him. With a bovine-like face, with ears similar to a rabbit and with teeth that resemble the canines of a tiger, he stares at them after carefully inspecting his environment, waiting for them to dare to make a single and insignificant move. It’s eyes or should I say, eye? It’s right in the middle of his forehead, with a rectangular shape to it, almost as if it was stuck in there by someone or something, said eye was the one that was checking the environment as he didn’t make a single movement and right now, it’s starting at them, sending terror to those that end up getting caught on its gaze. However, the moment this monstrosity moves a single muscle with it, the three of them feel a chill going down their spines, their fragile spines and bodies, making them feel an uncontrollable urge to run and get the hell out of here.
His body is shaped weirdly, his torso is much wider at the beginning, getting slimmer as it descends down, stopping once it reaches his tail and from there, it maintains the same wideness, one that easily is 1.5 meters. He has two massive arms in each side of him, his “rear” does a weird curve just like a sneak would if it was standing up, as it transitions from the torso into the tail, one that is far longer than the rest of his body and with two “little” legs on each side. His legs are just like the tail in terms of thickness and wideness but, thanks to their small size I would say that, the beast is not that fast, but that tail on the other hand, if it hits something, the damage will be drastic and if he uses a skill/spell with it, a disaster is going to follow. However, his arms are the real danger if I can even call them by that, they have a weird shape to them, so it’s hard for me to say that they are arms indeed. They have a slight curve to them, a forward one to be exact, however there aren’t any folds one them, ones that would allow him to bend them, no, they are complete straight until the very end, not only that, the “hands”, they resemble the feet of an elephant, but with a more cubic shape to them. For last, his entire body seems to be made of a solid material but, I cannot tell you what it is, this is also my first time seeing it to be honest.
“RUN!!!”
With everything he has, with his desperation taking control of his fearful mind, he shouts at the top of his lungs, while staring down at the beast in front of him. He does not dare to take his eyes from such monstrosity even though they are doing it best to avoid looking at it. The other adventurers however, are in the same mind like trance as they cannot comprehend what’s happening, making them stand still without moving a single muscle. The shout that the older adventurer did was actually more than enough to bring them to reality.

Annoyed Female Adventurer- What the- Where did they come from!?
Older Adventurer- That matters not you fool! If you want to live, just run for your damn life!
Roar! Magic noises! Blast!
Just as they were about to run, a flying monster, the single one present, quickly prepares and shoots a magic spell at them. It was faster than they could react to it however, it thankfully missed them, hitting the bridge dead on but, that does not mean it did not do any damage to them all. The spell itself seemed to be a simple “Magic Blast”, one that came from his mouth and one that seems to be ranked at B or in other words, powerful enough that, once it hit the bridge a decent explosion follows and with it, a shockwave is created, sending the two adventurers flying backwards, leaving the older adventurer by himself and his worst nightmares.
“Damn you… Yo-you will pay for that!”
He tightens the grip of his hands as he grasps themselves as the anger rises and boils up, as the furry slowly increases. However, while the frustration follows it, the fear in the back of his mind is making him unable to act, unable to do something about it as the monstrosity is right in front of him. He could take care of the flying monster if he was in the ground that is, but since he is in the air, he simply is out of range for him. The smaller monsters with a humanoid shape, they seem to be weaker than him, or at least that is what he thinks but, they are far too many of them, making it impossible for him to do anything substantial against them. There really is nothing he can do about them unless they struggle in vain but, as hope is slowly being lost, fate pays another joke on him, as if this event only happened to them to humble them down, to keep their ego down to earth, down to reality.
“Fret not! As I am here to save all of you!”
From what seems to be in the air, way up in the air, a somewhat loudly but extremely feminine voice shouts this towards all of them, the ray of hope descending down to them.
Slash! Fire noises!
It was faster than he could see, the flying monster combusts into a sea of flames in an instant as he was cut down in half by a supposed female individual however, the monster itself knew who it was as right after he shot his spell at the other two, he quickly switched his gaze to what seemed to be the horizon. Then, in a blink of an eye not only that monster was defeated, a petite lady gently and elegantly lands right in front of him, putting herself between him and the monsters.
Where did she come from?
From above of course, you did see her land elegantly and softly.
What the hell happened to the monster?
He was defeated, why are you even questioning this?
Wait, she was the one who did it?
Of course, it was her, she has a massive claymore in hands, who else could’ve been if not her?
“Here, give the two of them these potions, it will help them out.”
By using her Pocket Dimension skill, she takes out two potions from it, giving them to the older adventurer. However, she used the Pocket Dimension skill right in front of him rather than near her or from any “pocket” of hers and when I say right in front of him, I do mean it. A small “portal” roughly the size of his head appears a few centimetres from him, dropping down two healing potions to his hands mere moments later.
“Keep your distance from me and them. However, don’t let any of them enter the city, I believe the three of you can do it.”
With her curvy back turned to them, she confidently says this as if she knows their strength, their skills, abilities, everything about them, even though she has only just arrived.
Who is this woman? Girl?
How old is she?
Why do I feel so... safe?
Even though she looks so petite…
While they have no clue who this mysterious young lady is, we have to go back in time a few good minutes to get a better understanding of who this angel really is.
