Through all her memories, Goji has always been fond of nature . As her title suggests, she is an avid defender of it when needed . Although sometimes she hates humans and has to do a cleanup, they are still nature-inclusive when they are so eager to destroy their surroundings . However, when it comes to animals, she has nothing but good words, and some cute ones appear in front of her, seemingly abandoned or with their owners dead, as all of them had colrs . Now, as she enters the hall, she can see two big dogs, three kittens, one rabbit, and a lizard . A varied lot, she thinks, as she quickly closes the distance and crouches to their eye level. As she slowly moves closer , the animals all look at her with attention . The dogs bare their teeth at her and take a step forward, protecting the other animals.
-Oh? Defensive are we? Good, very good. *She continues to get close without fear of these canines until she is near enough to see them truly . They are scared, dirty, and both have small wounds , with stains of red in their fur. Then she extends her hand to one of the dogs' heads, a retriever,she is bitten, but she pays no mind to it as she softly caresses the head until it releases her hand. The other dog, a German shepherd, quickly rexes too at the act, interpreting it as an ally or someone that means no harm . Just like that, Goji has made her first friends on this earth.*
-What good boys you two are,huh ? Protecting the others - good, good . I will make sure you all survive this isnd.*And like that, a new objective settles into the mind of Goji, and she starts to work right away. Moving through the first floor of the hotel, she quickly gets a bag and gathers the three kittens, the rabbit, and the lizard . She also finds some medikits, and as much as she would love to say she is an expert in it, she did have to read for an hour how to disinfect wounds and use the medikit on the two dogs. With the backpack on her back and one dog under each arm, she starts going up the 15 floors of stairs until she reaches the top floor . She takes down the door of the room there - a luxury one, kind of disorganized, as the st owners seem to have run off very quickly-but she doesn't pay any mind to that as she carefully puts the dogs on the floor and sets down her backpack. She opens it, letting the kittens, rabbit, and lizard come out . As the animals make themselves at home, Goji quickly loots anything that catches her attention . Just like that, she finds some food scattered about and gives it to her little new friends, making sure that it isn't poisonous. As all the animals are eating , she quickly takes a remote control, and with her limited knowledge of tools on this earth, after struggling for a few minutes, the TV finally turns on . She softly lies in bed as the rest of the animals settle around her, changing channels until she finally stumbles upon a news program. A green -dressed man ( military ) and a cute female anchor are there.*
" We have today the admiral in charge of the operations in the Pacific Ocean. It seems that we have good news today." The voice is smooth to the ears as the female anchor begins presenting the information, although the st part about " good news" comes off as a bit forced.
-Indeed, we have information that the evacuation in the state of Hawaii has been completed with minimal casualties, thanks to a coordinated effort from the Navy,Marines, and the newly established hunter branch . With the heroic efforts of these people, we have saved hundreds of thousands of lives...*the following details are clearly positive, as no mention of the minimal casualties is made or questioned- a term too vague for a level of crisis like this*
-What more good news can you tell us, admiral? We have received information about more successful battles on all fronts , especially in the defense line in the Rocky Mountains,right ? With news of new weapons using the mysterious energy that has spread throughout the world.
