Chapter I - III
A story is told…A true story. The story is about a conqueror named Horw I. This man managed to conquer almost an entire continent called Middleworld.
A few years before Middleworld was conquered, Middleworld was discovered. Unlike the original inhabited continent called Southles, Middleworld was very special because it contained eight ruins, each holding a glowing Crystal.
Each Crystal has a different color. White, black, red, brown, blue, light blue, green and yellow. Each of these colors represents control over a different element. Horw I figured out how to use the black Crystal, which has the power of shadows.
Crystals can be used thanks to forged legendary weapons into which the Crystals fit.
Back in the present after one century. The distant grandson of Horw I, King Horwann, is preparing for a grand celebration. A celebration honoring the birth of his third child named Onyx.
Unfortunately, a tragedy occurs when the mother of the child is murdered by the brother of the king’s right-hand man. The brother is executed and his older child is sent to Northern prison.
Celebration (Chapter IV - X)
The celebration takes place anyway, because almost all rulers of the other kingdoms, built around the other Crystals, arrive to celebrate Onyx’s birth.
However, the celebration is interrupted because uninvited guests arrive. Their leader is Two and Two demands that all rulers hand over their Crystals to stop a great threat that is coming.
The rulers obviously disagree, and so Two summons the rest of his group, who attack all the guests. Two’s people are only about one hundred, so they should not represent such a problem. However, it is worth mentioning that each member of Two’s group has a unique super ability.
Chaos erupts and the rulers who own the blue and yellow Crystal lose their legendary items. As a bonus, the ruler of Lava lake - the man who owned the red Crystal, loses his life together with the ruler of Desert paradise - the man who owned the yellow Crystal.
The attack ends on the Black islands, where Two and his group debarked after traveling from an unknown place. On the Black islands, after a long fight with Two, Horw VI - the eldest child of Horwann, finds himself cornered.
After killing several members of Two’s group, Horw is driven into a corner. Therefore, Horw makes a desperate move and transfers his life into the world of shadows.
Thanks to this move, Horw is in a world he cannot leave if he wants to live and Two cannot use the power of the black Crystal, because for someone to use the power of a Crystal, either the original user must pass the ownership of the Crystal to them, or the original user must be murdered, with the killer gaining the power.
Catching fire (Chapter XI - XIV)
Flame - the former ruler of Lava lake, will have a traditional funeral. The new user of the red Crystal, also known as the Crystal of fire, is supposed to become Ruby - Flame’s brother. Because of old traditions.
However, this does not please Flame’s wife - Blaze. Blaze sees that Ruby would not be the proper ruler of Lava lake. Therefore, she decides to reveal a secret about her past to her older daughter Ash.
This move forces Ash to deeply consider whether she should let Ruby become the new ruler.
The reason why Ash is so important is that shortly before his death, Flame passed the power of the red Crystal to Ash. The people of Lava lake expect Ash to pass the power of the Crystal to Ruby at the traditional ceremony. However, Ash has different plans.
If you spot this story on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
At her father’s funeral, Ash decides to give a speech. The speech aims to touch the hearts of the people of Lava lake and convince them that change is not bad.
This leads to a great moment at the ceremony, where Ash turns Ruby into ashes and keeps the power of the red Crystal, becoming the ruler of Lava lake.
Northern prison (Chapter XV - XIX)
Shard - the son of the murderer of the king’s wife - arrives at Northern prison. Shard does not like that he is being punished for something his father did, but he decides to accept reality.
Shard quickly befriends a man named Lapis. Later it is revealed that Lapis has had his brother in the prison for some time.
The prison is a very disgusting place because the man in charge of the prisoners is nicknamed the supervisor. The supervisor is very cruel and definitely does not hide it from the prisoners.
The only person who is not afraid of him is Vein. Vein is a key member of the largest project of Middleworld called the Passage of continents. This project aims to create a safe path across the very chaotic sea separating Middleworld from the continent of Northlak.
Northlak is the place where the people who settled around the ruins of the light blue Crystal somehow fled. The other inhabitants of Middleworld would like to see it.
The main purpose of the prisoners is to take care of and assist the workers on this project. Before the supervisor became the supervisor, it was a pleasant cooperation. Now it is a cold hell.
After long torture from the supervisor, Shard has had enough when the supervisor almost kills Lapis. Shard challenges the supervisor to a duel to the death, which the supervisor accepts.
The supervisor has the advantage of strength and height, but Shard has the advantage of agility and training. After a long fight, Shard decides to sacrifice his arm for victory, thanks to which he defeats the supervisor.
The supervisor was supposed to participate in the first expedition to Northlak, but because of his death, Vein decides to offer this position to Shard.
Different view (Chapter XX - XXVIII)
Horwann prepares for a counterattack. Two’s group stole three legendary items and that will not be tolerated. Horwann sends his best people to speak with the other rulers to gain their support in this great battle.
He does not need to send people to Stone world and Seaway, because the support of those rulers is already guaranteed. It was also not necessary to send anyone to Desert paradise, because that kingdom has already clarified its refusal to cooperate.
To Lava lake he sends a man named Grin. Grin fails to convince Ash to gain her support, but Ash still sends her people for personal reasons. To Great north is sent Quinn - the king’s right-hand man. Queen Wind is convinced. Finally, to the most uncommunicative kingdom, the king’s only daughter Shade is sent. The result is a secret.
Another step Horwann takes is sending the best swordsman of Middleworld - Swing, to find the place where Two and his group come from.
The rulers or the people they sent begin arriving in Main city. Ready to plan the raid on the Black islands. A mission to reclaim the stolen legendary items.
Meanwhile, Two is very calm on the islands, prepared for Horwann’s attack, because Two has a secret trick up his sleeve.
After long preparation and memories of the past, the raid officially begins. 1200 warriors of the united army of Middleworld split into two groups.
The first group and the first 600 warriors are divided into twenty ships and four fleets, each sailing from a different world direction.
If any members of Two’s group manage to escape the islands thanks to the portal ability of one member of that same group, Middleworld prepared a trap for them at a nearby cliff.
However, Two used this trap and thanks to his trick up his sleeve, he had the information that even though the cliff was prepared for part of his group, it was not prepared for all of them.
Two therefore went all in at the cliff and despite minor losses managed to murder almost all members of the united army.
Meanwhile, most participants of the raid fought their way to the center of the main island of the Black islands, where a special member of Two’s group was waiting for them.
Horwann was at the cliff and Two decided to spare him. Not out of goodwill, but because he needed Horwann. He made him an offer that in exchange for the body of his son and the legendary sword containing the black Crystal, he would receive two other legendary weapons.
Horwann agreed, but at that moment Two revealed his trick up his sleeve. Horwann knew that Two could see one second into the future with his third eye. However, Horwann did not know that Two could see one second into the future at any place he had stepped on. This ability helped Two discover most of the united army’s plans.
Two dragged Horwann to the edge of the cliff and ordered him to look forward. Two wanted to make it clear to Horwann that he must never attempt to attack Two again, otherwise it would end like this:
Two hours later, Horwann witnessed a massive explosion coming from the islands. On the islands was a member of Two’s group who had the ability to detonate their own body. Almost no one survived.
A few days later, a member of Two’s group woke up strapped to a chair in a cell. The person who woke her was Sand - the new ruler of Desert paradise.
Sand had a deal with one of the raid participants to capture anyone from Two’s group and bring that person to him.
The captured person was Thirty three. Sand explained the torture method he intended to use on her, which broke Thirty three and she told him everything.
Her name - Elizabeth, place she comes from - Endor, their goal - to obtain the Crystals to defeat the great threat from Endor called Crews and most importantly who One is.
One is the man who owned an amulet emitting purple light. This amulet had the ability to reshape souls to unlock their hidden potential.
One reshaped the souls of his group…Now Two’s group. This cost One his life, but his group became very powerful because of it.
One’s goal was clear. To defeat the Crews. And now that he is dead, his group wants to finish what he started.
