Chapter 1: a long period of whatever this is

I woke up in a dark place. I saw nothing around me. I also couldn't hear or feel anything. It was like I was nothing but thoughts. That doesn't sound right for this, but it's the closest I can think of.

I was able to feel one two things. I felt heat, and something that made me feel like I had five cups of coffee. I felt energized and excited. But where was I. There is no place that I can think of except for one place that's warm and makes me feel like this . . . Starbucks.

but I don't think I am at Starbucks. I feel like I'm floating in nothing, like an astronaut in space.

A few minutes later, that feeling of a lot of coffee disappeared and left me drowsy and sleep deprived. I tried to stay awake, but whatever I was cut off from had me awake. Everything went black after that.

I don't know how long I was asleep, but I think it woke me up physically. I could feel now. I felt my arms, legs, and head. I also felt three new feelings. Two were on my upper back and the other was at the end of my spine.

Besides my body, I felt weird fluids all around me. It wasn't cold, but actually warm. I still couldn't see or hear, but I was making progress.

The warmth from before was still there. The coffee feeling came back as well. I felt slightly less energized, though. It was as if this feeling is what keeps me awake. I tried to find what was making that feeling, but I couldn't move. So I just sat there in the fluid thinking about what happened to me.

I have no memory of anything except the first time waking up. I tried to make myself fall asleep by thinking of boring stuff, like paper or card games.

The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.

It didn't work. Whatever this feeling was, it was not letting me sleep. I just hope it somehow got cut off.

As if something was reading my thoughts, the feeling was cut off and I found myself drifting off to sleep. Finally.

I woke up again with better options. I could see now. I still felt the warmth, fluid, and feeling. But now I can see things. Whatever I'm in looks natural or something. I saw orange colors from the other side of the walls. I still couldn't move, though.

As I was thinking to myself, I saw a silhouette on the wall of something massive. It was to big to tell what it was, but it was definitely big.

I didn't know what it was or why it's here. But I don't like it.

I felt the feeling get cut off. This time lasted shorter than the last two times.

Before I went to sleep, I saw the silhouette again. It was passing the wall.

That time when I fell asleep, I had my first dream. I couldn't do anything in my dream but see and hear.

In the dream, I was a person who had been torn to shreds by a large white creature that was eating my intestines.

I woke up horrified, That was it. I forgot about after a few minutes. I think I had that dream because of that thing I saw last time I was awake.

It didn't matter now, though. I could move now. I touched the side of the wall and felt something smooth, but hard. I think I'm stuck in something.

That feeling from before had disappeared and now I was awake. Whatever it was, I don't think I need it anymore to stay awake.

I now fell asleep on some occasions, but not much. I can also hear now. There's nothing to hear, though.

At this point, I'm bored. There's nothing to do but sit and wait. At least till now.

This morning, I woke up and felt uncomfortable and cold. This place I was in was way too uncomfortable for me anymore. I moved toward a wall and then did whatever I could to break it.

I don't know what I did but I cracked the surface of the wall. The fluid around me started to drain through the crack.

I looked at the crack and then hit the crack. The crack made a large of the the wall fall. I was left blinded by the light from outside. Now I lost my sight . . . again.
