In the United Kingdom, Britain, in a city called Brighton, there is a Believer who suddenly went rampage and attacked random civilians. She is a Fire elemental Believer, and she has burnt three random nearby civilians with a flamethrower shot from her hand.
There was a traffic light where cars stopped. This Believer, a 33-year-old woman, walked in front of the cars and suddenly unleashed her Faith power and burned all the front rows of cars without warning.

Everyone successfully escaped, and no one was hurt.

The cars soon exploded, but all of the cars behind had already driven backward to a safe distance from the explosions.

The woman has wavy, long hair that reaches her back. She wears a pink blouse over a black V-neck T-shirt, a black waist belt, a pair of short pink skirts that cover her thighs, a short black pants underneath, and a pair of black boots. She has two golden earrings hanging from her right ear.

A 34-year-old man suddenly stands up against the Believer; he’s standing on the sidewalk 3 meters from her.
“And who are you, foolish man?”
“I’m a Believer as well!”
The man enters his battle stance, and ice spikes are growing from his shoulders, his left cheek, his forearms, his legs, and on the ground in a small circle around him.
“Heeee? Ice elemental Believer, huh? HOW POETIC!! YOU’RE GONNA TURN DOWN MY HEAT?!”
The woman points her open right palm at the man, and the man points his open palm at the woman.

The woman shoots out a flamethrower while the man shoots out ice spikes continuously.

The flames vaporized the ice spikes, but the momentum and weight from the ice spikes held the flame in place, not being able to go further than the clash point.
“Grrrrr!! Your Faith power is as strong as mine?”
“Heheh! And I’m a pretty weak Believer because I merely used this for self-defense. I’m content where I am! I don’t need to be stronger! I simply have other things in life to look out for!”
“No need to suddenly drop your backstory on me! I’ll forget about it the moment I burn you!”

The woman increased her output and started pushing back all of the ice spikes, little by little.

This whole tug of war was witnessed by multiple bystanders.

“HANG IN THERE, GOOD BELIEVER!! I’VE ALREADY CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY’LL BE HERE WITHIN MINUTES!!”

The male Believers suddenly feels a little relief knowing that officials are coming to help. His spirit was a little bit crushed when the woman’s flamethrower output got stronger, but now he’s smiling in confidence, boosting his Faith power output as well.
“HAHAHAAHHA!!” laughs the man in high spirits.

The man starts shooting bigger ice spikes, with each ice spike almost as big as an adult human’s head.

The bigger ice spikes are now pushing back the flamethrower towards their initial clash point.

The woman dismisses her flamethrower and shoots out flames from under her feet, jumps high in the air, 5 meters from the ground, dodging all of the large ice spikes. The woman lifts her right fist upwards, and her flames are coiling around her entire right arm. She falls right towards the man, pointing her burning hand at him.
“DROP DEAD!!”

“KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!”
“RUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNN!!!”
The woman falls directly above the man and swings her burning fist at the top of his head, and her flames go wild and explode, creating a thick cloud of smoke, shrouding them both. The multiple passersby scream in panic as soon as they hear the loud explosion noise, forcing their way into their ears. Most of them quickly cover their ears and duck out of fear, and some of them immediately run far away from the explosion. The woman also lands on the ground near the explosion, completely unharmed.
“HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!! ONE MORE PERSON KILLED!! I’M NOT GONNA STOP UNTIL I LEVEL THIS ENTIRE CITY TO THE GROUND, EVERYONE!! REMEMBER THAT!! NOBODY WILL GET AWAY FROM ME!!”
The woman is laughing hysterically after the explosion. She seems very prideful, by the way she spoke.
“MY NAME IS ANGELA! AND I AM GOING TO KILL EVERYONE AND DESTROY EVERY BUILDING IN THIS ACCURSED CITY!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!”
The woman introduced herself in the middle of the road. The smoke soon fades away and reveals a shocking turn of events.

There was a shiny, thick ball of ice at the spot where the male Believer stood.

The ball of ice soon crumbles into pieces and disintegrates as per the will of its creator. The male Believer emerges from the ball of ice.
“Sorry, Madam! Your flame was not hot enough! Notice how there’s not a single water drop in the area! That means my ice never melted, even under all of the flame and explosion! HAHAH!”

The woman suddenly shouts loudly, and her entire body caught fire. A giant pillar of fire 2 meters in diameter suddenly erupts from the ground, swallowing her entire body.

The woman swings her hand down, and the giant ball of flame flies down towards the city very fast, almost reaching the ground within one second.

Everyone in the area covered their faces and closed their eyes in fear. There is nothing more that they can do at this point. Even the male believer doesn’t try to defend himself with his ice. Fear has overtaken his heart and mind, and he loses access to his Faith power.

But when the giant ball of flame almost touches the ground, it suddenly stops and floats stably in the air.

The woman stares at her own giant fireball in confusion.

The woman heard three new voices that she had never heard before in the area. It’s coming from behind the giant ball of flame. The giant ball of flame was lifted upwards high to the sky outside of the woman’s control.

Upon further look, there is a very subtle red outline on the giant ball of flame in the sky. Miyu grips her palm closed.

And the giant ball of flame bursts into smaller flames and dissipates rapidly.

The woman had her jaw dropped wide open at how easily her strongest attack was being dealt with.

The woman puts her right hand forward and shoots another flamethrower at Miyu.

Miyu simply stands still, and the flamethrower, instead of burning her entire body, whirls around her entire body instead in a small area without touching her at all. There is also a subtle red outline on the flames that whirl around her body. She grips her palm and makes all the flame surrounding her disperses instantly.
“Stop this boring attack and give up!”
“WHAT DID YOU SAY?”
“Ma’am! I don’t care how pissed off you are right now! Whatever reason you are doing this doesn’t matter!”

Miyu suddenly floats very fast and appears next to the woman, with her right hand gripping her face.
“Go to sleep!”

Miyu pushes the woman down towards the asphalt road below and plants her head deep into it. The woman passes out immediately. Miyu stands up and lets go of her face. She turns around towards all the passersby.
“Are you guys okay?”

“Around 15ish every single day, roughly! Though there are days when we handle 25 cases in total!”
