  Kasumi suddenly jumps and appears right behind the Game Master. She is already pulling back her katana to swing it at his neck.

  Kasumi suddenly appeared directly behind the Game Master as well.

  Kasumi swings her katana at his neck, and he disappears yet again with his snap. The floating foothold below her also crumbles, and she falls freely to the floor.

  As soon as the Game Master responded, Kasumi appeared directly behind him, once again.

  Kasumi swings her katana at his back. But the Game Master turns around and thrusts his palm at her katana.

  The Game Master hid himself inside an invisible box, where he could see the outside from the inside, right in between where Luna’s and Hana’s bodies were lying on the floor. Kasumi looks to her left and right, up and down. She searches everywhere for the Game Master.

  “(Where did he teleport to?? I cannot sense his presence at all. This is bad!)”

  Kasumi turns around and starts jogging towards Hana and Luna.

  “(I can easily catch up to him whenever he teleports, thanks to Lord Jesus’s power on my Vein armor, but that finger snap of his, just like the clown, is really fast. Doesn’t matter what I do; I can’t get faster than that. What do I do now?)”

  “(Luna-dono has already signalled me that she woke up. She’ll catch him by surprise. My initial plan was to lead him towards where Luna-dono is sleeping, but with his teleportation, that looks impossible.)”

  He snaps his finger, and the invisible box disappears, revealing himself standing between Luna and Hana.

  “(Eh? He’s in position next to Luna-dono? Lucky! I have to distract him!)”

  But then Kasumi sees that the Game Master lifts his left hand and creates another see-through drill that spins even faster than before, coiling around his forearm.

  “FIRST ONE!!”

  The Game Master swings his hand down to kill Luna by drilling her head.

  *BWOOOSSHHH*

  Kasumi reacted quickly, jumped forward, and reached him in one second.

  “KASUMI STYLE! HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCULAR SAW!!”

  She spins herself horizontally.

  And cuts the see-through drill in his arm in two.

  But then she senses that the Game Master has already prepared another attack. He creates a see-through sword, two meters in length, with no handle, just the blade, with the same blue color and swirling motives just like this room’s design, on his right side. He swung his new sword at Kasumi’s belly while she was still in motion.

  “HHRRRGGHHH!!!”

  Seeing this, Kasumi continues to spin and swings her katana against the Game Master’s sword.

  *GRAAHHHKKK*

  His sword broke apart, but then the Game Master swung his left hand, already coiled by the same see-through drill again, at her right waist.

  “TCH!”

  Kasumi spins herself one more time and clashes her katana against his see-through drill.

  Kasumi cuts his drill in two once again, but the Game Master also raises his right hand towards Kasumi, and he closes his palm fast.

  At the same time, there is a giant see-through flower that submerges from the floor. The flower catches and traps Kasumi inside its closing petals.

  “W-What is this?”

  “Go high, Coldhart-san!!”

  The Game Master swung his right hand upwards as hard as he could, and the see-through flower was launched upwards, moving at 80km/h towards the air.

  Kasumi was forced to be dragged along inside the see-through flower. The Game Master moves his right hand really fast as if he’s drawing something in the air, keeping his gaze high above.

  A floating, see-through mouth appeared above with a set of very sharp and long teeth, repeatedly chomping to bite anything that gets too close to it. The see-through flower was sent flying at high speed towards the chomping mouth above.

  “Kasumi style!”

  *ZRAAAASSSSHHHH*

  “FOUR-WAY WHIRLWIND!!”

  Kasumi spins vertically once and horizontally once. She cuts the flower and the mouth at the same time into four different parts. They all fall apart, and Kasumi jumps down from above.

  While she was still 5 meters away from the floor, the Game Master appeared 4 meters to her left, standing on an empty see-through platform.

  The Game Master moves his right hand to the front and slowly moves it from left to right. And then a cane, one meter in length, black and red in color, appeared in midair. He grabs the cane and twirls it around his right forearm, and then eventually, it lands in his palm. He points his cane at Kasumi.

  “Playtime’s over, Coldhart-san! I’m going to be a bit serious!!”

  *BANG*

  He shot a see-through projectile with a diamond shape, 30cm in diameter and 50cm in length. The bullet is accompanied by blue glitter floating all over its shape, and it leaves a trail of glitter behind. The diamond-shaped bullet travels at a speed almost as fast as normal bullets.

  Kasumi moves her katana to her left side upside-down and blocks the bullet.

  *CTRANG*

  Suddenly, the bullet explodes into a burst of blinding light that hurts her vision. She closes her eyes quickly in response.

  When her eyes are still blinded by the light, her danger senses activate. She swings her katana vertically to the right.

  “(This feedback. It’s the same bullet as the flashbang!)”

  When the blinding light from the first diamond-shaped bullet fades away, the second bullet bursts into the same blinding light as well, forcing Kasumi to keep her eyes closed.

  And then from above, Kasumi felt something big was coming her way. She points her katana above, and purple lightning surges on its blade.

  Kasumi shoots a purple lightning bolt above at whatever was above her.

  Her lightning bolt hits its target, but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything to it.

  “Kasumi style!”

  Kasumi swings her katana above while its blade is still encased with her purple lightning.

  “UPWARD THUNDEROUS SAW!!”

  Kasumi spins herself multiple times with her eyes still closed while slashing whatever is above her multiple times.

  *ZRAAASSSHH ZRAAARRRR*

  She cuts something above her, and she continues to fall down towards the floor.

  But yet again, the Game Master shot Kasumi with the same diamond bullet, and it burst into a blinding light upon contact with her katana.

  *THUD*

  Kasumi finally lands on the ground with her eyes closed. She wanted to open them, but the last flashbang effect hadn’t escaped her eyes just yet.

  “(He’s very tricky. He can’t possibly compete with my physical capabilities so now he resorts to using these kinda tricks! He’s effective, and this is so annoying to deal with! And what the heck is his Faith power even at this point?)”

  Kasumi stands up and calms herself down.

  She takes a few breaths while still keeping her eyes closed.

  “(Fine! I’ll play by your rules! I won’t open my eyes at all! But instead--.)”

  Kasumi’s senses other than her sight have been heightened to a higher degree. Her Vein armor has evolved yet again during the midst of battle. She takes a stance and still has her eyes shut.

  “(There’s no way she’s serious, right?? I take off her sight, and now she won’t even open her eyes? HOW FAR WILL YOU GO FOR THE SAKE OF VICTORY, COLDHART-SAN?!)”

  The Game Master was standing at a 45-degree angle to the right, 10 meters away from where Kasumi stood, and he shot another diamond-shaped bullet. The bullet was aimed at Kasumi’s right waist.

  But Kasumi simply moves to the left, swiftly and silently, without making any wasted or exaggerated movements, dodging the bullet with ease. She also didn’t even try to sense where the bullet was coming from. It’s as if she already knows that the bullet is coming at her and was aimed specifically towards her right waist.

  Kasumi suddenly runs towards the Game Master and reaches him in no time. She slashes him on his back despite coming at him from the front. She quickly turns around, slashes his back, turns around again to keep running, and stops two meters behind him. Her speed was so fast that the Game Master didn’t even have time to react to do his finger snaps.

  “FUCK YOUUUU!!!”

  The Game Master quickly turns around and swings his right hand backwards, causing a giant space distortion wave, with a diameter of 3 meters, towards Kasumi.

  *GROOOOOOOOOOO*

  But Kasumi was nowhere behind him, and the giant space distortion simply disappeared into the distance.

  “Kasumi style!”

  Kasumi appears behind the Game Master directly.

  *ZRAASSHHH*

  “LIGHTNING FANG!!”

  “UUURRGGHHH!!!”

  Kasumi stabs and pierces the Game Master on his right shoulder from behind.

  “AAAAAAARRGGGHHH!!!”

  She pulls out her katana really fast from his shoulder and jumps off again, distancing herself from him.

  “AAAAAAAAAARRRGGGHHHH!!! IT HURTS YOU FUCKING BITCH!!”

  The Game Master falls to his knees. He holds the wound in his shoulder, and it’s bleeding slightly.

  “GRRRRRR!!!!”

  The Game Master raises his right arm and opens his palm towards Luna, who’s lying on the floor at a distance.

  A giant see-through drill appeared right above Luna’s body, with its tip pointing downwards at her head.

  “SAY GOODBYE TO THIS LITTLE SHIT, COLDHART-SAN!!”

  The giant drill spins itself really fast, and it falls towards Luna quickly.

  “Kasumi style! HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCULAR SAW!!”

  *ZRAASSSHH ZRAARRRR*

  Kasumi suddenly appeared under the drill, standing above Luna’s lying body. She slashes the giant drill above into two, and it disintegrates immediately.

  The game Master somehow shot a railgun towards her, though he misses and hits nothing, and it disappears into the distance.

  The Game Master appears directly next to Luna. He quickly crouches and aims his palm at her face. He quickly prepares his fingers to fire off another railgun at close range at Luna’s forehead.

  “THIS TIME, YOU WON’T MAKE IT IN TIME, COLDHART-SAN!!”

  Kasumi was alerted, but she didn’t try to approach him to stop him.

  *GRABS*

  All of a sudden, Luna opens her eyes and immediately gets up and moves her face closer towards the Game Master’s.

  “Checkmate, Game Master-san!!”

  Luna activates her Faith power directly into the Game Master’s eyes.
