The next day. . .

  Yuki woke up at seven in the morning. She realizes Yuna is no longer hugging her. She has rolled over during her sleep and is still asleep. Yuki gets up and walks out of Yuna's room. She then picks up her phone and sees a message.

  - Yuki-chan, let's go to the convenience store, the one near your house! Let's chat a bit! There are also a few of our classmates here! -

  "Wow! I'm definitely going!"

  Yuki immediately blitzed throughout the house and left. She didn't see her mom and dad, though, so she thought they were going out early.

  At the convenience store, she met five of her classmates, three males and two females.

  "Yo! Yuki!"

  "Morning, Yuki!"

  "Morning, everyone! So, what's the occasion?"

  "Nothing! We simply wanna hang out a bit since our houses are close to each other."

  "We didn't invite anyone else because one, it's so early in the morning, and two, their houses are quite far away from here."

  "Don't word it like we're doing it behind everyone's back, bro!"

  "Hahahaha! My bad, bad wording!"

  "Anyway, let's go grab some food for breakfast! I haven't had any!"

  "Oh! I just left in a hurry, so I haven't had any!"

  "Now that you mention it, I haven't had one too!"

  "Great! We can have breakfast together!"

  Yuki and her friends went inside the store. Yuki quickly notices there's a guy at the cashier, but it's not Neo.

  "(Huh? Doesn't senpai work here? Or maybe he only works on the night shift?! Cause I remember he definitely said to me that he works four part time jobs at the same time as going to the college.)"

  Yuki and her friends grabbed some food of their choice. Yuki picked up onigiri, and she walked towards the cashier register. She then realized she didn't bring any money.

  "Uh, guys? Hehehe. . ."

  "You for real, Yuki?"

  "*sigh* Okay, I'll cover for you!!"

  "I will remember this for the rest of my life!"

  Yuki bows towards her female friend, who pays for her.

  "JUST GIVE IT BACK AT SCHOOL YOU IDIOT!!"

  And then they are ready to eat at the table inside the store, but Yuki stayed at the cashier register.

  "Uh, mister! Is there anyone named Neo working on a shift here?"

  "Neo-kun? Ah right! He did! He was the most diligent one out of all of us, but he recently quit, though. I'm afraid I do not know anything further. Are you her friend, miss? Or her lover?"

  "N-NO! I'm her underclassman. . . Okay, thank you, mister!"

  "You're welcome, miss!"

  “(Did he find a better place with higher pay or something? Oh, well!)”

  Yuki walks towards the table and has breakfast with her friends.

  Afterwards, they say goodbye to each other and went their separate ways. During the walk home, Yuki's phone rings.

  "Hm? Who is it at this hour?"

  Yuki checks her phone, and there's a message from Yuna.

  "Nee-chan?"

  For an unexplainable reason, she was nervous. She felt like something drastic was going to happen the moment she opened the message. It's such a weird feeling that it almost makes her sick to her stomach.

  "(I'm shaking. . . What is this feeling? Why am I so afraid? What is this nervousness? What is this uneasiness? I literally have no reason or basis to be afraid, what is happening to me?)"

  Yuki opens the message.

  -Yuna-

  - Yuki, I apologize for everything. I'm sorry, little sister. I've always been so selfish. -

  The moment she finished the first sentence of the message, she immediately ran at full speed towards home.

  - I've tried to hold on, but I just can't take it anymore. I'm sorry, little sister. -

  Yuki reached her home. She bashes open her front door as hard as she can, and she blitzes through the living room.

  - Yuki, I've tried to hate you. But I really couldn't. Even though I felt like I should hate you, I just can't. I really love you, my dear little sister. -

  "NEEEEEEEEEE-CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!"

  Yuki shouts as loudly as she can as she runs up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

  - My little sister, I apologize for bothering you one last time. Please take care of my body. Also, please tell mom and dad that I apologize for being such a failure of a daughter, that I could never fulfill their expectation. -

  "YUNA-NEE-CHAAAAAN!!!"

  Yuki reaches the 2nd floor. She blitzes towards Yuna's room.

  - I will always watch over you, my adorable little sister. I hope everything that you dreamed of came true in your life. Farewell, Yuki. I'm moving on. -

  "NEE-CHAAAAAAAAN!"

  Yuki bashes open the door to Yuna's room.

  Yuna hanged herself.

  "Nee-chan. . ."

  Yuki fell to her knees, and her face immediately turned dreadful.

  "Nee-chan. . .*sobs*"

  Yuki starts crying in deep sorrow.

  The state of Yuna's body was depressing. She hanged herself with a rope that seemed dusty. It seems like she bought the rope a long time ago, meaning she already had suicidal thoughts in her head long before.

  Her cheeks were still wet, showing signs that she was crying as she took her own life. Furthermore, the tips of all of her fingers were red, showing signs that the pain of having her neck strangled made her regret her decision, so she tried to struggle and break free of the rope, but to no avail.

  "Nee-chan *sobs*"

  Yuki kept crying, and she was stunned to do anything.

  And then her parents went upstairs because Yuki was shouting so loudly earlier on the stairs.

  "What's wrong, Yuki?" asks her mom.

  "She never screams that loud before." adds her dad.

  Her parents saw their younger daughter on her knees, crying hysterically in front of Yuna's room. They walk towards her, and then she finally sees what has happened to their older daughter.

  "YUNA!!!" her mom cries out.

  "MY DAUGHTER!!" and so is her dad.

  Her parents immediately fell to their knees and cried hysterically following Yuki. The entire household was filled with sorrow and sadness, deep sorrow and deep sadness.

  "MY DAUGHTEEEEEEERRRR *sobs*"

  "NEE-CHAAAAAAAANN!!! *sobs*"

  "YUNAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! *sobs*"

  As they kept crying and were overcome with despair, Yuki's mom started talking.

  "I'm so sorry, my daughter *sobs* I never meant to be strict with you *sobs* All I did to you was because *sobs* I was academically poor in class when I was *sobs* in school. I did not have a great life *sobs* until I met your father *sobs* I wanted you to prosper so that *sobs* you didn't go through life the way I did *sobs*"

  Yuki was startled that she almost stopped crying.

  "Mom. . .*sobs*"

  As Yuki was overcome with emotion, especially after she read the entire dying message from Yuna, she was filled with anger.

  "Are you kidding me, Mom?"

  "Y-Yuki? *sobs*"

  Yuki's anger skyrocketed. She stands up and turns around, facing her parents.

  "ARE YOU KIDDING ME, MOM? YOU DID ALL OF THAT TO MY BELOVED ONEE-CHAN AND ALL OF THAT JUST BECAUSE OF YOUR UNFINISHED TEENAGE TRAUMA?"

  "Yuki?" asks her mom.

  "Yuki, what are you saying to your mom?" asks her dad.

  "YOU ARE THE PARENTS HERE! YOU ARE THE OLDER ONE HERE! AND YET YOU TREAT ONEE-CHAN AS A WAY FOR YOU TO FIX YOUR TRAUMA BY HURTING HER?"

  "Y-Yuki! Calm down for a second!" begs her dad.

  "DAD! YOU TREAT ONEE-CHAN THE SAME WAY THE MOMENT MOM TREATS HER LIKE A FAILURE AS WELL! DID YOU EVER STAND UP FOR HER JUST ONCE IN HER LIFE?? AND YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SHED TEARS AS IF YOU'VE BEEN TREATING HER LIKE SHE'S YOUR DAUGHTER!!"

  "YUKI! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING NOW! THIS ISN'T LIKE YOU! STOP THIS AT ONCE!" asks her mom in an angry tone.

  "THIS ISN'T LIKE ME? THAT'S RIGHT, MOM!! EVERY TIME ONEE-CHAN CRIES HER HEART OUT TO ME, SEEING HOW YOU TWO HAVE BEEN TREATING HER! I KEEP MY HATRED FOR YOU INSIDE ME AND IT HAS BEEN BUILDING UP A LOT FOR THE PAST YEARS!! AND NOW I AM DONE!!!"

  All of a sudden, Yuki was engulfed in a spherical bright white light. The spherical light slowly turns light blue, and a light blue light shoots up through the house's roof and towards the sky, though it doesn’t create a hole in the roof. This is an awakening of Faith Power. As of this moment, Yuki has been reborn as a Believer.

  Slowly but surely, the spherical light disintegrates. As soon as Yuki came out of the spherical light, she activated her Faith power.

  "I don't want to have anything with the two of you for the rest of my life, MURDERERS!!"

  "Yu--!!"

  Yuki freezes her entire house solid. Everything has turned white. Her house also suddenly became devoid of any sounds or noises as everything had been frozen.

  Yuki's mom was trying to reach out to her daughter with her hands, and she was frozen in that position, together with her dad, who did a similar pose as well.

  But then her parents' frozen body slowly cracks, and then it breaks apart into tiny pieces and disintegrates. There are no more traces of her parents' bodies anywhere in her sight.

  *pant pant pant*

  "It's over. . ."

  *pant pant pant*

  Yuki then turns around to look at her sister's body.

  She was startled by the fact that despite freezing everything in her house, Yuna's body remains untouched.

  *sobs*

  She starts shedding tears again after knowing that even subconsciously, she didn't harm her precious older sister. Yuki summons a tall knight made of ice. The tall knight then lowers Yuna's hanging body gently and carefully. The tall knight hands Yuna's body over to Yuki, who's now sitting on the floor in Yuna's room. Then the tall knight crumbles as per Yuki's will.

  Yuki looks over her older sister's face one last time. She closes her sister's eyelids with her hands. She then starts crying, looking at how peaceful her face seems. She kept crying harder and harder as she planted her face into her sister's cheek.

  "*sobs* Nee-chan. . .*sobs*"

  She didn't remember it, but on that day, she kept crying and crying, she cried the longest she has ever been in her entire life.

  I am sorry that I left you this morning.

  I am sorry that I wasn’t with you when you needed me the most.

  I am sorry, Nee-chan.

  I am sorry.

  I will always love you, my dear big sister. . .

  .

  *pant pant*

  Runelt was on his knees on the sand with tears running down his cheeks. He grips his chest as he tries to calm his breathing down.

  "This is *pant* your *pant*"

  ". . .And then, God the Son, appeared before me. He consoled me and comforted me in His arms. Then He appointed me as the Judge of Envy. And then I made an oath that day, so that I can save anyone who suffers from jealousy, so that what happened to my sister doesn't happen to anyone else ever again."

  *pant pant*

  "I. . .regretted killing my parents. Every day, I kept having this thought in my mind: what if I didn't lose to anger? If my parents are still alive, will they change to be better people too?"

  *pant pant*

  Runelt is still catching his breath on the sand.

  "And then I think to myself every day, 'If only I had known about God any sooner, I could've asked Him to console my sister. He could've saved her.' Those two thoughts kept swirling inside my head for everyday ever since that day."

  Runelt stood up as he kept trying to calm down. He looks at Yuki and realizes the 180-degree difference between her current dead and flat expression, to the lively and cheerful facial expression she used to have previously.

  "Second Judge, I hate people who lose and succumb to their own emotions more than anyone. It shows signs of immaturity. They cannot control their feelings and emotions. And then they always made mistakes because of that."

  "Yuki-san. . ."

  "There is nothing I hate in this world more than myself."

  *!!*

  Yuki walks over towards where Neo and Rena were lying down on the sands. She summons a giant ice bird next to herself, and she picks Neo up. The giant ice bird lay down its right wing to allow Yuki to drag Neo upwards towards the top of the bird's back.

  "I don't have an actual grudge towards the First Judge. It's just, I'm a hypocrite and I have no grounds to have a conversation with someone I mocked for doing the same thing as I did."

  ". . . ." Runelt has no answer.

  "I'm leaving with my senpai, 2nd Judge. Farewell! I hope we will meet again in the future."

  "WAIT!"

  Yuki looks towards Runelt.

  "Can we at least exchange our social media? This way, we can still keep in touch."

  ". . ."

  "Alright, I don't see any harm in that!"

  And so, the battle in the desert between the Judge of Pride, Runelt, and the Judge of Envy, Yuki, ends in a draw. However, Yuki still wins the war as Runelt has failed in his task of convincing Yuki to come to the gathering of the Judge.

  And then Yuki and Neo left the scene on her giant bird of ice, flying higher and higher into the sky as they eventually could no longer be seen.

  Runelt walks towards Rena's unconscious body and sits down. He lowers his head down and closes his eyes.

  "Dear little sister, I apologize for disappointing you. Your brother lost."
