Seven years had passed since the great war that shook the Earth. The world once shattered was now slowly healing. Villages that had borne witness to devastation had transformed into gleaming modern cities, illuminated by the soft glow of Edenan technology. Yet amid this new age of progress, nature still spoke. Plants and animals evolved, adapting to the presence of advanced machinery. Towering trees with leaves that glowed in the night stood firm, while creatures with both organic and mechanical features roamed the regrown forests.
In Ravara, a quiet and peaceful village, life remained simple. Lush green hills embraced the settlement, adorned with grand trees whose roots stretched deep into the crystal-clear rivers below. The wind blew gently, carrying the scent of leaves and damp earth.
In a small forest just outside the village, a young girl named Aelina moved swiftly. Her long black hair was tied high, swaying with each nimble step. Her sharp, eager eyes locked onto a silver-colored deer grazing in the distance. Its antlers glowed with a soft blue light, part of its body appearing metallic, a lasting imprint of Edenan influence.
"Focus, Aelina," she whispered to herself, trying to steady her breathing. She raised her bow, drawing a hand-carved wooden arrow. "Don’t rush it..."
With full concentration, she released the arrow. It shot through the air, fast and sure, but veered slightly left. The deer startled, then bounded away, disappearing behind the trees.

"Ahh, no!" Aelina cried, lowering her bow in frustration. She sighed, wiping sweat from her brow.
Suddenly, a calm yet firm voice called out from the distance. "Aelina! Time to come home!"
The girl turned, instantly recognizing the voice. She sprinted toward it, leaping over tree roots and fallen leaves.
At the edge of the forest stood a man and a woman. The man was Zephyr, his hair now touched with grey, though his frame remained strong. His face radiated calm. Beside him was Kirana, now visibly more mature, her long hair cascading freely. Her smile was warm, though her eyes still held the same strength and resolve they had years ago.
"I almost hit it this time!" Aelina exclaimed as she reached them, her face glowing with energy despite her disappointment.
Zephyr chuckled, crouching to meet her. "Almost doesn’t count, Aelina. You need more patience. Hunting isn’t about how quickly you release the arrow, but how deeply you understand your target."
"But the deer was so fast, Papa!" Aelina pouted.
Kirana laughed softly, brushing a hand through Aelina’s hair. "The deer in these woods are clever. But so are you, Aelina. You’ll learn. One day, you’ll be the finest hunter in all of Arbora."
Aelina beamed at her mother’s words. "You really think so, Mama?"
Kirana nodded. "Of course. You carry the blood of Arbora, and that blood is strong."
Zephyr stood, lifting Aelina onto his shoulders. She giggled with delight, her disappointment forgotten. "Let’s go home," he said. "Your mother’s made dinner, and I know your spirit rises when your belly’s full."
Kirana took Zephyr’s hand as they walked together toward their small home nestled in the heart of the village. Along the path, Aelina’s laughter rang through the air, blending with the whisper of wind weaving through the trees.
To be continued...
The Eden all the way to the final chapter of this first season, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
