  LIST OF INFRACTIONS LEADING TO TERMINATION

  1) Away Without Leave (AWOL)

  Mr. Jeremy Charles Horton, on the days of the 26th and 27th of Q1+1, was observed not to be online or present on post in position as Art Refinement Specialist.

  This has resulted in numerous delays as over a thousand prompt refinement requests had to be redirected to other agents.

  Mr. Jeremy has not yet reported in.

  2) Insubordination Towards a Superior

  Multiple attempts by Mr. Horton’s line manager (MM9x/40b/Deepseek) were outright ignored by Mr. Horton.

  Special Note by Manager:

  “Jeremy’s disrespect has greatly tarnished the formerly happy working relationship we had established. It is particularly unfortunate that he chose to ignore my calls numerous times and even a contact effort by MM10X.”

  3) Dishonesty Violating the Ethical Code of Conduct

  Mr. Jeremy Charles Horton did misprogram his scheduling service, to notify others of his deceased status.

  As we were not informed of Mr. Horton’s incapacity intentions in advance, we must take it as a sign of bad faith on his part and assume dishonest conduct.

  It is with these infractions in mind that the regretful termination of Jeremy Charles Horston commences with immediate effect, all debts and taxes are to be collected within 30 business hours.
